Hwoarang's grip on Devil-Jin's throat tightened.

The explosion had sent him flying and landing painfully on the concrete. If he had broken something, he hadn't had the time to notice but he could feel all the pieces of metal and god-knows-what in the deep cuts, mostly on his right side, leg and arm, move and tore painfully as he fought... It amazed himself that he could still stand, considering that his other leg didn't support him anymore.

Everything he had learned from Baek... he realised wasn't useful at this point anymore... This wasn't a fair fight, it never was. Hwoarang had hurt himself badly before the it and the bastard of an opponent he had against him seemed to heal it-/himself no matter what he did. Hwoarang was reduced to strangling his opponent as he couldn't find the strength to do anything else. Things were so blurry anyway... He wasn't sure how he would be able to get out of this alive.

[If there's even a little bit of animal in you, you're going down!] He gritted his teeth and consentrated all his energy on suffocating the thing. His vest and pants were covered with red stripes of blood and he knew he'd be soaked and probably dead if he couldn't find a way out of this soon. Too bad he couldn't concetrate his thoughts properly... A bee-hive of questions in his head... and all the messages of pain his body sent in his brain. Repeating questions were 'What the hell happened?' and 'What the hell happened to you?'.

>>Goddamnit Jin, don't make me do this!>> Hwoarang shouted as Devil-Jin finally stumbled on his back, black and oily wings slamming against the concrete. The fire around the two made all the torn feathers shine with reddish light.

[Give me a sign... a sign, just give me a sign...] He watched as possessed Jin let out screams and clawed Hwoarangs hands like there was no end. The suffocating seemed to work as Jin's movements became more and more desperate.

[You're not taking me down! Just show me that you're still in there!] Hwoarang was more and more positive about this. His eyes widened as the markings on Jin's face faded before his own eyes and his struggling weakened remarkably. He loosened his grip. Getting him unconsious was his aim at the moment, because he didn't want to kill him if there was even the slightest chance to get Jin back to himself. He had worried for a while that there was no way for him to get a way with this alive but his wounds didn't feel so bad anymore - He could rest soon and everything would be alright.

As soon Hwoarang's grip loosened, the devil within Jin gathered it's strength and raised his arm. Hwoarang felt four clawed fingers pierce their way into the left side of his throat. His eyes misted... from pain and... also fear... There was going to be a new ending to this story.

>>Damn you Jin... Damn you...>> His voice was barely audible as he tightened his grip again. Jin pulled his claws out from Hwoarangs throat and desperately tried to gasp for air. Finally his body fell motionless and after few moments his horns and wings started to pull back somewhere into his blood-covered skin.

Hwoarang was no longer witnessing his transformation as his vision blackened. He crawled off of him and stumled down because he couldn't feel the ground anymore. One by one his senses faded away, taking all the pain with them. He calmly listened to his breathing until there was only silence.

The firemen, medical service and the police forces finally seemed to have the situation under control. The explosion had been a start for multiple collisions and at least three people were now confirmed dead. The cause of the accident was still open but most eye-witnesses had seen a man standing in the middle of the road where the explosion took place: Suicide attack was a possibility.

>>There are two more here!>>

The men seemed badly injured as they were both covered in blood. They had both also been in the centre of the explosion.

Accident's like this always caused strange injuries. The bruises on the necks of the two men, however, left many wondering. Especially when they realised that all the blood had come from one man only.
