There is no fair anymore

I do not own Mortal Kombat or and of the Characters. So please don't sue me Midway or Ed Boon. This is told through Shujinko's eyes after he beat Onaga in MK Deception.

Be kind this is my first story.

I froze Onaga and proceeded to pound the hell out of him. I jumped in the air and unleashed all of the power I had into a single punch and hit Onaga square in the head. Onaga let out a rawr of pain as he started to die. I watched with pleasure as the once powerful Onaga the dragon king burn into ashes at my feet.

I walked slowly out of Onaga's temple and saw my friends. Bo Ria Cho was drinking and farting as usual. Li Mei seemed very odd but I didn't pay no mind. Over in the corner stood Sub-Zero and Kenshi. I walked over to them and wiped the blood off my mouth. "So now what? Onaga is dead and there seems to be no reason to stay here anymore." I said. Sub-Zero smiled through his mask and looked at Kenshi. "Well I was hoping you could come with us. I want you and Kenshi to teach the Lin Kuei. My students could use a master of all martial arts as their sifu."

I didn't pay attention for I felt an uneasy feeling come over me. "Sub-Zero where is Raiden? I thought he was gonna be here to congradulate me?" Kenshi suddenly looked up into the heavens and took out his sword. "Something is wrong. Raiden seems differnt... The god of thunder has an evil presence now..." Suddenly a bolt of lightning hit kenshi and sent him flying into a nearby tree.

Bo Ria Cho stood up and looked shocked as Kenshi landed on the ground. He and Li Mei ran over to me and Sub-Zero. " What was that? " Li Mei asked frightened. Sub-zero looked up into the heavens and saw another flash of light. " MOVE!!! NOW!!!" at that the group got out of the way right as another lightning bolt hit. When they all looked back at the spot of impact they saw the lightning god himself stand among them... except different... he wore black robes and a weird armor. His once lightning white eyes were red and showed no emotion. I stood before him with extrem anger. "Why have you hurt the ones who seek to destroy your enemies? I have beat Onaga and yet you hurt the ones who helped me do so. Explain yourself now!?"

To my suprize Raiden summoned another thunder bolt. It hit me and all I heard was a loud buzzing sound. I felt my flesh tingle and burn from the shock. "Although you defeated him... do well not to forget it was you who allowed him to be born again in the first place. You are not better then the simple warriors I once protected with my life. You are just as weak. Foolish enough to believe that you help a greater good when the whole damn time you just helped the side that would destroy us all!" Raiden yelled. With each word the lightning seemed to hurt me more.

"Enough! FREEZE!" yelled Sub-Zero. A large shard of ice made its way to Raiden. "Pity that your so weak." Raiden said as he teleported behind Sub-Zero and kicked him in the back. However alittle bit of the ice hit my arm and I lay there burning from shock and frozen. Li Mei ran to my side to see if I was ok but once again my pride got the better of me. I made my way to my knees and looked at Raiden who was fighting Sub-Zero.

Sub-zero attacked with all of his might, however even with his new power armor he was no match for the thunder god. Raiden made quick of Sub-Zero with one punch to the stomic. " GET OVER HERE!!! " I yelled as I unleashed the rope snake that Scorpion taught me long ago. Raiden jumped out of the way and grabbed Bo Ria Cho. " Well well Shujinko... decide what happends now. Either Bo Ria Cho dies or you hear what I came here to propose." He mocked knowing full well what I was going to say. " I was once the protecter of this realm.... but thanks to you I gave my immortal powers to vanquish the evil you set loose. I was to weak. But now I am strong and I am Mortal now. So I wish to participate in mortal kombat... but a new kind of kombat. MINE!!!" with that Raiden electricuted Bo Ria Cho and disapeared in a show of light. In the wind you could hear his voice. " Get a team of 10 and meet me in the Liu Kang's Temple. You have 10 days or else I will hunt you all down myself. "
We ran over to Bo Ria Cho but we were to late. He was gone. I looked into the sky as the ice melted off my arm. I swore revenge.


10 days passed and I had my team.

We arrived at Liu Kang's temple on the 10th day to find the place in complete ruins. The temple of the Mortal Kombat champion was completely ruined. It pained me to see the once proud holy ground turned into complete piss because of Raiden. His team was in plain veiw...

I counted all of his fighters. " Raiden you are a man short. What is this?" I asked. Raiden just smiled. " My 10th fighter will arrive tomorrow. He will be in the first fight. Also tomorrow the Kombat will begin and I will arrange the fights." With that his team walked away.
