Doctor Yates: Born ??/??/????, classified under Mandate 915 of Vault-Tec employment contract, his medical degrees are unknown, he refused to tell Vault-Tec employment services and no records exist of him attending any colleges, but he has shown an above average aptitude for genetic theories of both the human and numerous animal genomes.
Yates was first approached by Vault-Tec when he was imprisoned for various illegal experiments involving animals and humans.
He insisted that human and animal DNA could be mutated and merged to create new more intelligent and genetically superior specimens.
He was arrested on ??/??/????, classified under Mandate 283 of Vault-Tec employment contract, for kidnapping three people and stealing an alligator, a zebra, and a tiger from a local zoo.
The police later found his hidden workshop and shut down his experiment before he could begin splicing the DNA of the animals and humans.
Vault-Tec promised Yates a limitless supply of death-row inmate test subjects to experiment on and a full equipped and staffed laboratory to continue his research and his freedom, in exchange for his completion of a contract of employment.
Yates agreed and began experimenting in ??/??/????, classified under Mandate 829 of Vault-Tec employment contract.
Yates research showed no results for 8 months and Vault-Tec prepared to cut his funding, when he had the breakthrough he needed and showed Vault-Tec CEO of the Research and Development department a working specimen.
The actual specimen is under the highest level of security classification and even I was not told what "it" was, but the CEO was so impressed that he doubled Doctor Yates funding.
Yates was considered by many of his assistants and colleagues a difficult man to work alongside.
He is considered eccentric and easily prone to outbursts of rage, he takes at least 3 medications for various mental conditions; and the only reason Vault-Tec employment even considered such a volatile man for employment was because of his unparalleled level of intelligence.
Yates is not intimated by many things and has been known to physically assault anyone during one of his rages.
This made many of his colleagues fear him and avoid angering him even the slightest, his lack of fear most likely stems from his, classified under Mandate 421 of Vault-Tec employment contract.
The only man who Yates appears to be intimated by is Doctor Jenson, this intimidation appears to stem from a confrontation shortly after Jenson arrived at Vault-Tec.
The actual confrontation has been muddled by various rumors, but apparently Yates went into one his rages and attacked an assistant.
Jenson, who was working in an adjacent lab, was so upset by the disruption that he entered Doctor Yates's lab, using an emergency Fire Ax on a glass door to bypass the security lock, and proceeded to hit Yates until he shut up.
Yates was so surprised and terrified by the assault that ever since then if Yates goes into one of his rages, Jenson is brought in to calm him down.
Yates was eventually frozen in Vault ???, classified under Mandate 537 of Vault-Tec employment contract, as Vault-Tec started to secure its assets in the wake of nuclear war.
Yates is currently stationed at Vault 0.5 and is in charge of various cross-DNA projects involving humans and the mutants that have sprung up in the wake of nuclear war.

*Author's Note: I am sorry for the long delay and yes I know over a year is a ridiculous delay. I got a new job and that coupled with school and financial difficulties at home took up a lot of my time. Also I got a bad case of writer's block and I lost a lot of the enthusiasm I had for writing this story. I am back though and ready to move on with the story, ready or not here is chapter 5.
Tasha was exhausted from her mating with the Yao-Guai and had to be carried by the guards back to her cell.
She lay on her cot for hours, her mind and body taxed by the brutal mating session.
At some point, she couldn't remember, Thompson brought in a tray with some food and water.
He set the tray down and looked upon her, she turned her head so their eyes could meet and saw something unexpected.
Thompson's eyes showed many emotions, pity, regret, guilt, none of them she expected to find in one of her tormentors.
He stared into her eyes for a few seconds, but unable to hold her gaze he looked away and left the room silently.
Tasha pulled her sore body up into a sitting position and grabbed the bottle of water on the tray first, she took many long sips feeling extremely thirsty.
She looked at her pants for the first time and noticed the large stain around her crouch area where the beast's semen had leaked out.
"They didn't even try to clean me up", she thought to herself.
She ignored the food and drug herself out of the bed and into the shower.
She remained under the water for over a hour, enjoying the warm water and trying to remove the smell of sex and semen and some other odor she couldn't identify, but assumed it was the beast's, from her body.
************************************************************
Thompson left Tasha's room deep in thought, he knew she was supposed to be treated like another one of the many subjects the vault held, but every time he was pierced by her eyes, eyes that showed an intelligence far greater than any animal, he felt only guilt and pity.
Thompson's journey took him to Doctor Yates lab, he paused at the door listening for any sound that indicated that the doctor had gone into another rage again, hearing nothing breaking and no shouts he opened the door and immediately realized his error.
Yates was raging, but at the far end of the lab where the thick door muffled any sounds, Yates turned his face red and stalked toward Thompson.
Thompson thought about running back the way he came, but knew the punishment would be worse and the guards would never let up if he was running in fear from one of the doctors.
Yates started screaming at Thompson, "Where the hell have you been?"
"I was feeding Ta-, I mean subject 117", Thompson stammered already fearing where his answer might lead.
"So", screamed Yates, "You were more concerned about Jenson's bitch pet than about watching subject 459!"
"What do you mean, sir", Thompson replied uneasily.
Yates a portly man, raised a meaty fist and brought it crashing down on Thompson's head.
Thompson dropped to the floor in pain as a nasty lump started swelling on top of his head.
"Subject 459 isn't in his cage you idiot", Yates howled at Thompson.
"But sir, you let Doctor Jenson borrow him for the UFMP project", Thompson replied trying to hold back tears brought on by both emotional and physical pain.
Yates cruelly kicked Thompson's stomach as the young assistant lay on the floor.
"You pathetic insect, why would I ever agree to such a ridiculous request?"
Thompson curled into a ball to protect himself as pain threatened to overwhelm him.
"I hate that man and his damn project, he is a glory hound and his project takes away from mine."
"He is a thief and a liar, you understand me", Yates yelled at Thompson's prone form.
Yates kicked Thompson head and yelled at him, "Now get your pathetic ass up and go get my subject back."
Yates stomped out of the lab as Thompson tried to regain his composure.
