Chapter 5: United


When moring had come, Raine told Genis that Sheena left while he was out. Genis decided to see Lloyd so they could greet Colette together. Lloyd was, meanwhile, rushing off to the school, like he was in a big rush. He burst into class out of breath.

"Hah! I made it! I'm not late today!"

Lloyd opened his eyes ot see the classroom empty. "Lloyd, what are you doing here?"

Lloyd turned to see his half-elf friend looking at him strangely. "Genis! Where is everyone?"

"Lloyd, it's Saturday!" Lloyd was dumbstruck.

"You mean I woke up early for nothing!?"

"Wow Lloyd, you really showed me. Guess you can wake up early."

"Shut up Genis!" Lloyd was angry that he missed sleeping in.

"Well, come on Lloyd." Genis started to walk out of class.

"Where are you going Genis?"

Genis let out a sigh. "Did you forget already!? Colette is suppost to come back today! Remember?" LLoyd stood there for a moment, then mentally slapped himself. Of course, how could he forget!? Lloyd apologized and ran off, Genis behind him. They waited by the front gate until they saw the familar running of thier friend. But someone else was with her.
