~Chapter 4 “Actions More Powerful Than Words”
The sudden wave of vibration caused them to stop what they were doing. Julie-Su opened her eyes in full surprise as her body shaked on top of his tender spot. “OH~!” She quickly grabbed for the covers and bit her lower lip to control herself.
Knuckles slowly removed his hands away from his face, as he stared upwards in alarm as this sudden new wave of excitement took over him. He was surprised to see his reflection on the ceiling of the room. ‘A mirror? Wait a sec?!’ “Julie-Su…? OH!”
Julie-Su had reached over to embrace him into her arms and began to passionately kiss him on the lips. Knuckles was completely caught off guard by this, but it seemed like nothing else in the world mattered to him anymore. His head was in a complete daze as he closed his eyes and accepted her loving embrace. His hands slowly stroked over her bareback. He had just recalled that he had undone it for the massage that had gone wild. He felt himself getting so excited that he began to kiss her gently in return and without a thought slipped his tongue into her soft mouth. Julie-Su eagerly accepted his offer and slid her tongue in movement with his. It sent them off to their own little distant world and the room vanished around them. She began to move her hips slowly and firmly over Knuckles’ waist in a circular motion that it caused him to moan and cry out in both pleasure and surprise as the bed still vibrated his back.
His loud cry caused Julie-Su to snap back to reality as she realized what moves she had just pulled on her best friend. She quickly shifted off of him and hit the switch. The bed came to a stop. It took awhile for Knuckles blood to pump slower as he finally came back to reality himself. His eyes fluttered as he heard Julie breathing hard beside him almost in tune with his. Knuckles was shocked at her actions, but he never imagined them feeling that good. He glimpsed over toward Julie-Su to see her look on the verge of another break down. He slowly sat up and made his way to her and touched her arms with his fingertips as if to call out for her. She horrifyingly looked at him as she trembled out the words, “I’m sorry…I couldn’t control myself.” Her face turned bright red as she just remembered that her top was undone.
Knuckles found that he couldn’t exactly look into her eyes as his hands quivered lightly as they touched her fingertips. For all that they’ve been through he still had a weakness when it came to girls and a fear of intimacy. He knew he somehow wasn’t supposed to stay like this forever after what just happened, and gathered enough courage to look up to her beautiful face. As he glanced up at Julie-Su, he realized that there was nothing really to be afraid of when it came down to her as he stared into her lovely violet eyes. “Th-there’s no reason to apologize,” Knuckles finally managed to blurt out. Julie-Su’s breath slowed down as she glanced over to his face only to see a charming smile. Obviously it was a bit forced since he was trying to hide how nervous he actually was, but she knew that he meant it with all his heart. He sat so close to her and if by instinct reached over and kissed her on the lips. He really did enjoy what just happened, but he wasn’t the kind of guy going to rush his friendship with Julie-Su into anything serious. He drove himself to complete his statement, “If there is anyone who should be apologizing it’s me. I should have known better that it was time to turn our friendship into something much more intimate than just a kiss on the lips. I just didn’t want to rush into things.”
Julie-Su’s eyes lit up with understanding. “That really means a lot to me…Thank you, Knuckles.” She reached over to peck him lightly on the cheek. “I’m sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable, but I wouldn’t mind doing that again!” she couldn’t help telling him the truth about that as a very provocative grin shot across her face.
Knuckles gulped a little and leaned against the wall on the bed at that statement. His instincts kept pushing him, and he couldn’t believe what he was about to say. “I’d be lying if I said that I didn’t enjoy it myself, but I’m just so unfamiliar with these new feelings… You’re my best friend, and I don’t want anything to ruin that.” His hands began to shake timidly as he was holding hers.
He was shaking pretty furiously now, and it was making Julie-Su even have some second thoughts. ‘He’s so innocent that I’m making him nervous!’ She knew right then that they weren’t ready to go that far yet. Why rush it? This would only give her more time to think of all the things they could do together when the time was right. Especially now that she knew he was interested in her in that way, too. She could buy a special outfit for the occasion, tease Knuckles with a bit more foreplay, and possibly even ask her Grandfather to set her up with the best room they had onboard the airship. She wouldn’t have to explain all the details to him, but she figured out that he’d get a good idea of what it was for. Dimitri would do anything to keep Knuckles happy while he was a guest with the Dark Legion, and that he’d have to comply with her by any means necessary. The idea made her purr with excitement as she cuddled up to him trying to calm down his nerves. “Knuckles, just because we become more than just friends doesn’t mean we’ll lose those original feelings for each other. You’ll always be my best friend no matter how intense our relationship gets. Nothing’s ever going to change that. I’m willing to wait if you ever feel uncomfortable about anything…” whatever else she had left to say was interrupted as Knuckles cupped her face and brought her in for another wet kiss. At that point Knuckles had no idea what he was doing, but he got the feeling that whatever he did she’d be there to help guide him along.
She gasped at how intense he was without her lead. This time letting her own feelings get caught up in emotion as she closed her eyes to take it all in. She lightly poked out her tongue, letting it just barely touch his lips, as a warm invitation to more things to come. He eagerly accepted the opening, and felt her climb into his lap for in a straddling position for her to get the upper angle. She slowly pulled away from his kiss much to Knuckles’ protest and raised her head to start rubbing against his upper locks again. She always felt so safe just being in his arms. That’s when Knuckles eyes caught hold of the most tempting sight.
Julie-Su yelped out in surprise as Knuckles took a nip at her fully available neck. She looked down at her lover to see him look almost shamefully as if he had done something to upset her. She smiled cutely at him, “It’s alright, Knuckles,” she rubbed the back of his head urging him on, and shifted her dreadlocks out of the way for him to get better access. Knuckles heart began to flutter faster after getting permission to do that, and pulled her in even closer to go for the kill. He started to nuzzle his snout against her soft fur. Inhaling deeply taking in a good whiff of her sweet scent, and eventually started to nibble on her just a bit like he did before. His pure curiosity got him to change his technique though into something gentler, kissing softly over a few different areas of her neck to see what got the most reaction out of her. All this attention started to make her shiver with delight, and after he hit her softest spot heard a loud purr ring into his ear. Knuckles chuckled lightly as Julie-Su began to rub more affectionately at the back of his neck just begging for more. Knuckles began to purr at her actions and began digging his claws into her back more aggressively before attacking her neck again, but his time sucking on it gently along with the few other tricks he thought she liked.
By now her breath was deep and hot as she panted lightly at the side of his face. That’s when Knuckles felt this sudden new urge arouse around his crotch. He knew that meant he was getting overly excited, but as to why it happened he never got the chance to ask his father. In the moment he had a flashback to when he asked his dad “why boys and girls get together.” ‘Looks like I figured that out partially,’ he smirked to himself. He wouldn’t give up showing his affection for her for anything! ‘Oh, what I wouldn’t do to ask father a few questions now!’ He remembered when his father sat him down to talk about his situation with Julie-Su, and then left the room for a bit. No doubt to pull himself together. ‘Geeze Archy, why’d you have to go and distract me like that…!’ He felt the urge again, stronger this time, and despretely tried to keep his nerves under control.
Julie-Su felt his pace almost complete slow down to a stop, and figured he was getting extremely nervous again with him quivering underneath her. It felt good to be so spoiled, but she promised him that she wouldn’t make him feel uncomfortable. She sighed heavily after all that good treatment and whispered into his ear, “I think we’ve had enough fun for one day.” Knuckles was truly thankful she brought that up, and couldn’t help but nod in agreement. He glanced at her through half lidded eyes as she rested her head on his shoulders. 'God, she's beautiful...' He'd taken time to stare at her before, but it was never this close and personal. He ran his hands over her bare back while calming down from their intimate experience, and decided playfully that he'd zip it up for her. Though he couldn't help admitting to himself that he was really quite curious as to what the her frontside looked like when the top was off.
“Hehe, thanks!” She gave him another deep kiss before slipping off the bed to help Knuckles up. “Now what was that about cooking me dinner?”
He rose to his feet to meet her. “Oh, I almost forgot all about that!” he rubbed the back of his head as he remembered his promise to her. He had forgotten about how hungry they were after what just happened. They never did get a chance to eat all of the grapes in the bowl. However, his instincts began to nag him about hungering for something that was more than just food…

Awe…they decided to wait! Like Julie-Su said, if it can help better the first experience, I say go for it! Now unlike the last couple of chapters I’ve posted, I haven’t actually written the rest of the story yet. *sweat drop* However, plans have been made! So as of now the rest it is just one big WIP! Things get more exciting within the next few chapters! It’ll be worth the wait! Hehehehehe! Honestly though, I don’t really think the Knuckles in Archie Sonic was ever explained the “bird and the bees”, so it’s going to be very interesting to see how nature takes it’s course…
