a note before we continue

You know, it’s sort of interesting my stories are called uninteresting when I write in fandoms, so many people call me unoriginal. You know, compared to the 90% in the Kingdom Hearts section, I’m not sure what the problem is. The OC? I suppose that’s it. I’m more comfortable working with my own characters (who I know with some amount of confidence how they would behave in a given situation, although with my manner of writing, it really is up to them to a certain extent) so I tend to tweak some characters in order to work with them, or introduce others that are not in the realm the story is taken place in.

The underlying concept is quite sarcastic for those who don’t know. I love to make fun of clichés. It’s one of the main things I do with fanfiction as well as original writing.

What I don’t do is write pointless fluff, although many, if not all of my fanfiction is pointless because fanfiction in itself is a rather pointless form of writing as none of it is official.

Don’t tell me what’s out of character, personally, making a prepubescent boy who is (in a very painfully obvious way) straight homosexual is stupid. And don’t call me homophobic; I’m bisexual. I mean, honestly, I make someone who is supposed to be a beautiful woman. Ansem is a man. With no hints in game of him being gay (I could give you about twenty hints pointing to the fact that he is in fact Kairi’s father) he is attracted to this woman.

Oh, no!!!! Heterosexual couple~! Eeeew!

I’m going to say flat out right now this was never going to be a “save-the-world” story. This was never going to be a “guy gets the girl” story. I could tell you right now what’s going to happen, but I’m sure someone would bitch about that too.

So instead of telling me I’m unoriginal, try working on your goddamn stories and for the love of all that is good GET RID OF THE FLUFF before you critique me. If there is one thing I can’t stand it’s people who tell me what I’m doing wrong and all they have is cotton candy stories to their name.
