Chapter One: Appearances
Awareness... the very fact he had awareness was a surprise -
he was fairly sure the last thing he remembered was fading away. It was the
nearest a Nobody got to death, in their own special non-existent way, that is.
‘I’m… alive?’ Axel
thought for he was a bit bewildered - hadn’t he sacrificed the little bit of
himself that was left to save Sora?
“Sora!” Axel cried out as he was getting
up, he looked around wildly. Had the brunette won against the Organization? Was
he even alive?
Roxas…Axel knew as long as
neither was in his sight.
Axel slowly got to his feet, wincing as the pain slashed
trough his spine, quickly spreading in his body. Despite it he slowly looked around,
trying to get his bearings. Trying
was the keyword, wherever he was - it was definitely not a world the
Organization had been to before.
Trees, trees and more
trees, was what he saw – he squinted into the valley, nearly missing the
sight just below – there was a city of some type in the distance. Humming
softly under his breath, he headed that way - not even bothering with a portal
of darkness. He had to find out how long it had been since his ‘death’.
He knew - if he was lucky, he might even find something to
burn. ‘Yeah baby, number eight was back.’
A smile crossed his features with the passing thought.

Takuya – stretched out on the bed, moaned as
hard, pressing against his bare ass – teasing, but not as of yet pressing
inside. It was frustrating – this waiting, but well worth it. The ebony haired

through the Fire Warriors body.

in quickly as he gasped – softly crying out as Kouji

Takuya arched as Kouji thrust deep

Finally exhausted, they pulled apart only enough to look
each other in the eye - both panting and sweating. With that glance,
brushing a kiss upon Takuya’s bruised lips with his own.
“It was wonderful…” Takuya murmured his voice almost a purr
in his pleasure as he laid his cheek against Kouji’s
chest.
“You were wonderful.” Kouji corrected
with a soft smile, kissing the top of the brunettes forehead.
Together they laid there for a time, letting themselves
rest. Kouji was the first to fall asleep, Takuya
grinned when he heard Kouji’s breath even out as he fell
asleep. He found that he wasn’t mad for his boyfriend falling asleep...
rather busy today, what with helping Izumi and Junpei
move into their first shared apartment.
He and Kouji had just moved into
this one only a few weeks ago, but they had been dating for months before that.
“Sleep tight Kouji…” He whispered
after kissing the taller male’s lips.
Slowly, he slipped out of the bed; he found himself wincing
as he walked to the window – as his ass still ached from their love making.
He peered through the blinds at the darkening sky. Shadows were
becoming twilight, twilight becoming darkness; he knew light would not return
till morning.
Takuya shivered, unease filling him - he would rather light
over darkness. For all that he knew that, in truth - darkness was just an
illusion to evil - it only seemed
evil, because many times evil had made the darkness seem alike itself.
He paused at those oddly reflective thoughts, now and then
he would fall into such deep thoughts - often loosing track of time.
Stars began to shine within in the darkening sky; they
twinkled with an ever beautiful light.
Takuya then frowned, and for a split second his brown eyes
shifted to blue - then back.
“A star vanished,” he whispered softly, searching the night
sky at where he had thought he had seen it last, something winked at him,
relieved he assured himself, “no… it must have just been my imagination.”
But even that did not make him stop feeling the bit of dread
that settled at the bottom of his stomach for some reason.

Was he here? Was this the world they hoped to find… he found
himself hoping this was so.
Sora had to be here.
Riku wanted him to be there.
Ever since Sora had vanished -
things had gotten worse. Heartless – these ones huge by comparison, had
appeared and Nobodies had multiplied by hundreds.
Worlds were vanishing again.
‘Just, let it not be that
there are more people that are trying to open the Kingdom Hearts again - or the
Nobodies trying to regain their own.’ He was so sick and tired of those.
They needed Sora, he wanted
wasn’t to be here….how could he tell his blue-eyed long time friend that he was
in love with him?
‘Sora…’
He thought as he looked at the world they would be exploring next. It was a
blue-green world, with a phantom-type plant connected to it.
“King Mickey, what is this world called?”
“Earth - and the other is…the Digital World.” Mickey answered
from behind him.
Far away, another star blinked out.
