Artemis
Goddess of the Hunt
War once again tore the world’s people apart, pitting brother against brother and friend against friend. Seas ran red with the blood of entire nations. The God of War was not satisfied.
Little did it have to do with war.
Kratos sat on his throne, brooding once again. Aphrodite had returned to her husband Hephaestus sore and bruised and utterly satiated, but Kratos hungered for more. Glancing to the side of his throne, Kratos’s eyes came to rest on a long and vicious dark blade. A smile came to his white lips, and at once he knew what to do.
Kratos descended from Olympus, shooting down from the heavens as a fiery comet. He crashed into a vast forested wilderness far to the north of Greece, near the lands where he once led his troops against the barbarian hordes. Kratos assumed his mortal stature, not wishing to draw attention to himself.
The God of War sniffed at the air for a sign of his query. His eyes narrowed and he ran, slipping between trees with ease. After a time, he caught glimpse of something moving in the brush. Kratos crouched down and held his breath. Suddenly the thing sprang from the brush and into sight. It was a beautiful stag, but Kratos was not pleased.
“Retched beast,” Kratos growled in frustration.
“It is not wise to insult a goddess’s hunting stag.”
Kratos turned around in surprise to find a woman standing behind him. Her body was far more muscled than any woman Kratos had ever seen, even in harsh Sparta. Topped by short brown hair, this solid frame was draped in a short hunting dress while a quiver of silver arrows and a bow hung on her back.
“Artemis,” Kratos squared his shoulders. “I have come to return what is yours.”
There was a flash of light and suddenly the Blade of Artemis appeared in Kratos’s hand, gleaming with lethal power.
“It was a gift, Kratos.” Artemis’s brow furrowed in doubt. “Do you not still posses Poseidon’s Rage? Do you not still wield the Thunderbolts of Zeus himself?”
“All the same,” Kratos motioned with the blade. “I have no further need of it.”
“No further need?” A shadow fell over the goddess’s face. “My hunting blade is of no use to the invulnerable Kratos, the God of War? Indeed.”
“I have the Blades of Athena.” Kratos unsheathed the glorious and vicious weapons that had taken the place of Ares’s Blades of Chaos. “How can your hunting knife compare?”
“Hand me my blade, and I will show you.” Artemis’s voice dripped with cold fury.
The moment Artemis held her blade in her hand, she lunged toward Kratos. She attacked with the brutality of a hundred Spartans and with the grace of a god. The twin Blades of Athena flashed brilliantly as Kratos parried her assault, swinging them about on their chains. The two gods battled through the forest, splintering trees by the dozens with but a glancing blow. Scores of birds took flight and all manner of creatures fled in a panic from the maelstrom ripping through their ancient forest.
Artemis raised her blade high as she meant to cleave Kratos in two. The God of War sent the Blades of Athena shooting out, swinging around behind Artemis. But the blades themselves never touched the goddess, instead the unbreakable chains wrapped around Artemis, pinning her own blade against her back. The Blades of Athena swung around Kratos as well, circling the two gods again and again, wrapping them together. At last they found themselves pressed face to face, bound in chains.
“Was this your plan all along, Kratos?” Artemis shook with rage, straining in vain against the chains. “I have killed men for so much as looking at me. What makes you think you shall be any different?”
“I am no man.” Kratos growled low in the throat. His mouth covered Artemis’s lips in a hungry kiss. When he pulled away, Artemis seemed to flush.
“Perhaps…” Artemis’s eyes grew in wonder. “Perhaps it is true. I do not want a man. I want a beast.”
With a flash of light the Blades of Athena were once more sheathed and Artemis’s Blade was gone, but the two gods pressed together more tightly than before. Artemis ripped open her hunting dress. Her tanned breasts burst forth in all their divine beauty and Kratos was quick to taste their sweetness as his hands kneaded their warmth. Artemis’s confident hands grasped the long hard flesh betwixt Kratos’s legs, stroking him madly.
“I want a beast, Kratos.” Artemis’s voice commanded.
Kratos threw Artemis to the ground. She turned onto her chest, presenting Kratos her sculpted bottom. Kratos knelt behind the goddess, grabbing her hips in his rough hands. Kratos mounted Artemis and plunged his hard shaft deep within her moist folds.
“Like a beast, Kratos!” Artemis ordered him. “Like a beast!”
The God of War pounded into Artemis as a god gone mad. In and out, his mighty rod rammed deeply and violently into her as she reared back into him with every thrust. Artemis held his immense length tightly within, churning her hips against him and brining them both pleasure beyond expectation.
“AHHHH!!! Harder, Kratos!” Artemis cried out. Her mighty breasts swung beneath her with every impact of Kratos’s hips. “By all that you hold dear, ride me harder, Kratos! HARDER!!!”
Kratos reached out and grasped Artemis’s hair in his hands. He pulled, viciously arching her back as he continued to pound into the goddess with merciless power. Artemis voiced her approval, now moaning, now screaming in ecstasy for all the world to hear.
For days Kratos rode Artemis ceaselessly, ever harder, ever more ferocious. The beasts of the land and air returned after a time, coming to witness two gods in conjoined passion. A terrible storm swept through the land, and rain fell without end. Yet Kratos and Artemis never stopped, never paused for a moment as their bodies crashed into each other again and again.
At long last Kratos could sense the end approaching. Artemis’s voice began to rise in a beautiful crescendo of delight.
“Feel this power, Kratos!” Artemis’s muscular vessel bore down on Kratos’s spear with the strength of thousands, pulling the long hard flesh in a fierce grip. “Feel this pleasure!”
“Yes, Artemis! ARGH! YES!!!” Kratos pounded Artemis with every ounce of his strength, preparing for the approaching maelstrom brewing in his loins.
“AHHH!!! Come forth, Kratos! Come forth in the name of Olympus!!!” Artemis screamed, her body convulsing with uncontrollable pleasure.
“ARTEMIS!!! AHHHHH!!!!” Kratos roared, his seed rushing into Artemis as they both shook together.
After a long while they both stood and faced each other.
“We will do this again.” Artemis’s face was stern, her voice steady. “I hunt here every full moon.”
“Yes,” Kratos spoke gruffly. “And we do it again now.”
“Agreed.”
No animal feared Artemis’s arrows under a full moon ever again.
