Beat totem Ribombee. Beat Hapu (lose Peeka) > Beat Gladion > Mahalo Trail, catch Nebby (Lunala)
League! Beat Acerola. Fight Olivia, lose Nibbles, lose Cassie, beat Molayne. Fight Kahili, lose to Kahili. Surrender willingly when it gets down to only having Azaela against her fire Oricorio, as Flareon with only one non-fire move against a fire type with many non fire moves isn't good, also Azalea is darling baby girl and she shouldn't get hurt. Game Over.

Final fate: Wife of Kahili, fucker of birds, dark type Elite (replacing Acerola. Team; Kaden, Ika, Sapphire, Makua, Sakaki) as Acerola is shit.

I probably should have uses the Ultra Wilds/Ultra Desert catches, but I felt that would be cheating and decided not to. And paid for it.
And yes, Azalea the Flareon and Alder the Sylveon were going to be written as literally being Althea's children. (She's clearly in the Field egg group, as her dad's a Meowth, so it works!)
As for beating Ultra Necrozma while playing blind I, A: Knew that Neccrozma was a psychic type, at least in both base and Nebby form and hoped that wouldn't change, B: paid attention when the game started hyping it up as a big threat, and C: abused the fuck out of having access to a Golbat and Zoroark when facing what I knew was a big threat that was also a psychic type.
