The Night after Training

 

It was late afternoon when Regret finally finished training with his sword. He looked up the sky and realized it was late.

'Darn.. It looks like I trained to long'  he thought to himself. 'I better go back before it gets really late'

So he decided to go back to his house. He wiped his sweat with his towel and he place his big sword back it's sheath. Then he started fixing all of the dummies that he used for training by putting them at the storage which is just near the forest. He locked the door of the storage and place his sword on his shoulder and he finally walk back to town.

The City of Adonis.

It was a very peaceful city since the defeat of Dark Lord Ladon. He liked it here better rather in his hometown Ayles. He knew that he was no longer welcome there ever since he cut down Mrs. Tender's favorite Corri Tree, not only that  it also includes his adopted father's death until now it still hurts.

He sighed sadly at this memories as he continue to walk to his new home. He looked around the city and noticed that everyone is still busy even at a late afternoon, luckily he got used to this. This city is after all a very busy city unlike Ayles. The people there always sleeps early especially it is a very small town. Yeah Ayles is a very small town so he knew everyone there as if every person who lives there.

Anyway he continue to walk and walk towards the place he is currently staying. He didn't even noticed that he suddenly collided with someone because he was busy thinking about his past. He just realized this when they both fell on the ground with a yelp.

Oww..that hurt.."  he moaned in pain and he realized he collided with someone and look at the person who he collided with and he saw her on the floor with him

"Uhm.. I am sorry I didn't see you there... " he apologized, while he quickly stands up and helps her to her feet and managed to take a good look at her.

"Jenna?" He exclaimed when he finally recognized her as his very first friend, Jenna that he met at Ayles

"Hi, Regret it's been awhile" the girl named Jenna replied while smiling at him

His cheeks turned a bit pink when she smiled at him

"uhm.. Yeah I know.."
