Author's Note: What was it with my early days of making Leon a pussy? Ugh, forgive me for all the wrong things, please. -_-

Pets

Cloud hated his birthday. He never got anything that he liked—except for the gifts from his commoner friends—and it just brought him one year closer to death. Why would he want to celebrate that? It made no sense. Being the Sultan of Agrabah was no freaking fun.

He looked over the gifts he'd gotten from other people of great wealth with disdain. There were piles upon piles of fine silks and valuable jewels, and many other items he didn't need, like swords and bottles of wine. Most of it commoners would kill for, but he had enough of these fine things, and he was disappointed that people thought he needed more.

He pulled his hood over his head and slipped out of the palace unnoticed, quickening his pace so that he wouldn't be late in meeting his friends; that Tifa was a stickler for punctuality. He was glad that his hood shrouded his face; people didn't recognize him, allowing him easy passage through narrow streets.

"Cloud! You made it!" Aerith exclaimed, smiling in that motherly way of hers.

Tifa grinned and gave him thumbs up. "On time, too!"

"Hi, Cloud!" Marlene and Denzel exclaimed, smiling at him as well.

Cloud couldn't help smiling himself and nodded to them cheerfully. "Hey. How have you been?"

"Same old, same old," Tifa answered, waving it away, before holding out an amber-colored bottle to him. "Happy birthday!"

"It's not wine, is it?" Cloud asked, unable to keep the disappointment in his voice.

Tifa snorted and waved it away. "Oh, please! I'm not that lame! It's high quality ale!"

Before Cloud could apologize for doubting her, Marlene and Denzel were offering him a pendant and ring. "We made them ourselves!" Marlene explained, smiling at him.

Denzel nodded. "Yeah! We had Cid show us how!"

"Wow! These are amazing!" Cloud answered, then pulled the pendant over his head and slipped the ring onto his right middle finger. "I'll never take them off."

Marlene frowned a little. "…Well, you might want to take them off when you take a bath."

"Alright, maybe for a bath," he agreed, ruffling her hair.

"Happy birthday, Cloud," Aerith stated, offering him a small, brown leather bag. "I made it myself."

He smiled at her sweetly. "Thanks, Aerith."

Tifa frowned and shooed him away quickly. "Now hurry back before they realize you're gone! It's your birthday, remember? You've still got your huge banquet!"

Cloud scowled and crossed his arms. "Ugh, stupid banquet."

"Hurry! You're going to be late!" Marlene exclaimed, shoving him in the correct direction.

"Ack! Alright, alright! I'm going! Sheesh!"

Cloud flashed them one last smile and wave, then sprinted back toward the palace. He did not want to make his Grand Vizier angry. That would be like… instantaneous death.

"Don't worry, Leon," Yuffie cooed, running her fingers through the brunet's hair affectionately. "Cloud's going to be much nicer than that meanie that had you before!"

Leon plucked at his collar anxiously, blushing a little; ever since the perky girl had rescued him, he'd been a bit on the fidgety side. Then again, who wouldn't be fidgety after being beaten most of their life? She'd bought him for twelve thousand munny, but he was okay with that. Instead of beating him and yelling at him like his last owner, she'd babied him and pampered him.

…He felt good about himself for the first time in his life. She'd dismissed his old name—Squall—and given him the name Leon, so he could leave his past behind him. He didn't know that there were people as nice as she was in the world. Now that he did, maybe his life was worth living?

"You'll just love Cloud, Leon! I'm sure of it! I mean, sure, he doesn't talk much, but neither do you, so that's okay! Besides, who needs to talk to get to know someone? Sometimes silence is the better answer!"

As the princess babbled on, Leon closed his eyes and leaned his head against her hand as she ran her fingers along his elegant brown cat ears. He hoped that this Cloud person was as nice as she said he was. He wasn't sure he'd be able to cope with more physical or emotional abuse. He was only being held together with the petite girl's kind words and gentle touch at the moment.

When they arrived at the palace, Leon couldn't help but stare; the place was massive. What does a person do with all that space? …There weren't any torture chambers, were there!

"Chill, Leon!" Yuffie exclaimed, laughing. "Everything is going to be okay!"

-x-x-x-

Cloud sighed as he walked out into the audience chamber only to be tackled by a ball of energy. "What the-!"

"Cloud! Happy birthday! Oh, you'll never believe what I got you!" Yuffie exclaimed, hopping to her feet and yanking him up as well.

"Ow, ow!" The blond winced slightly, then sighed. "Okay, Yuffie, what did you get me?"

The ninja princess giggled and forced his hands up to his face. "You gotta close your eyes first, silly! Otherwise you won't get it!"

"…Allah forbid," he muttered, covering his eyes. "Alright, my eyes are closed."

"Okay! Just a second!" Yuffie ran back and grabbed Leon's hands, pulling him toward the blond radiating power. When the brunet pulled back, she scowled at him. "Oh, come on, Leon! It's okay! Cloud won't hurt you!"

Leon whimpered a little and let her lead him to what he thought was his doom. He had to admit that Cloud was, in ever aspect, perfect, and that just made him feel even more inferior. He wasn't sure his sanity would hold.

"Okay, Cloud! Open your eyes!" Yuffie ordered cheerfully.

Cloud opened his eyes slowly, sighing, then blushed a little and gasped as he found the most gorgeous brunet feline he'd ever seen standing in front of him. The small teen shifted his weight from foot to foot nervously, keeping his gaze trained on the ground. He'd always had an inferiority complex, and having this man—this man who was better than him entirely—staring at him just made him feel even more worthless.

"Isn't he just gorgeous?" Yuffie squealed in delight, clapping her hands together.

Cloud nodded slowly, eyes fixed on the brunet so carefully avoiding his gaze. He reached out and began to brush his fingers through Leon's hair, but the teen immediately flinched away, a whimper escaping his lips as he shut his eyes. Cloud frowned and turned to Yuffie questioningly.

She frowned and crossed her arms. "I found his owner beating him, so I just had to save him. I named him Leon. …He… doesn't get used to people that easily. I've had him with me for a few weeks, and he's just starting to get used to me petting him."

"I thought it was against the law for people to beat their pets," Cloud pondered aloud, leaning toward Leon and pursuing his head so he could feel the silky, chocolate locks. "I'll have to have someone look into that."

Leon hissed and slapped his hand away, taking a few steps back frantically. Tripping over his own feet, he fell and landed on his back with a thump. "Ooph!"

"Oh, Leon!" Yuffie exclaimed, helping him sit up. "Are you okay?"

Leon nodded and rubbed his back slowly. "…Ow…"

Cloud, totally dismissing the fact that he'd just freaked the poor boy out, rubbed the back of his hand and frowned. "Damn. He slaps hard."

Leon's eyes widened in shock and fear. Crap! He'd just slapped nobility! Nobility! His last master was just a commoner, and he got smacked around just for rolling his eyes at him! Oh, man, was he going to have his ass handed to him!

Cloud leaned down and offered the teen his hand, smiling pleasantly. "It's alright, Leon. I won't hurt you."

The brunet lifted his eyes hesitantly, then reached up and slid his hand into the offered one, flinching at how smooth it was compared to his rough, calloused one. Cloud yanked him up swiftly, misjudging his weight so that he slammed into his chest. Before Leon could fall back toward the ground, he wrapped his arm around him quickly.

"Aw, see? You're already getting along!" Yuffie cooed, smiling. "I knew I had a good eye for gifts!"

"Cloud? Are you coming to your banquet or not?" Zack asked, frowning, as he stuck his head into the room. "I must warn you that if you say you're not coming, even as a joke, I will maim you."

Cloud bit his bottom lip and looked back at Leon, then sighed and nodded, slowly releasing the younger boy. "I'm coming, Zack, jeez. Will you take Leon up to my room and get him something to eat? I'm not sure he'd enjoy being around a lot of people."

Zack tilted his head, gazing at the brunet trying to hide himself with nothing (and nearly succeeding), before smiling disarmingly. "I'd love to. Come on, Leon," he ordered cheerfully, waving for the pet to come.

Leon looked back at Yuffie pleadingly, whimpering. She shooed him away. "Go with Zack! If there's anyone nicer than Cloud, it's him! …And don't worry about Zack, either. He may act mean, but he's got a soft, gooey center in there," she added, winking at him.

The brunet hesitated, then latched onto her in a hug, nuzzling her shoulder affectionately. "Goodbye."

The ninja princess blushed, then sighed and ran her fingers through his hair. "Oh, Leon, you're so silly! I'll come back to visit!"

Leon graced her with a small smile (to which she grinned) and turned, making his way to the impatient Grand Vizier. Zack smiled at him again, then glared back at Yuffie and Cloud. "Banquet hall now."

"Yes sir!" they both exclaimed, before sprinting toward said hall.

Zack turned back to Leon and smiled again. "So, your name is Leon?" When he received a hesitant nod, he continued. "So Cloud has a new pet. Well, I guess you're just going to have to fight for his attention from his other two."

Leon tilted his head. Two other pets? Well, maybe if he saw how Cloud interacted with them, he'd get a feel for how he was supposed to act. After all, it couldn't have seemed as easy as Yuffie had made it out to be. …Could it?

-x-x-x-

"Who're you? Where did you come from? How'd you get that scar? Do you get in fights? How'd you get here? Who're you from? Are you a gift?"

Leon blinked at the smaller brunet, disoriented. "What?"

The boy opened his mouth to ask again (and probably at the same speed, too), but a silver-haired boy clapped his hand over his mouth. "Sora, calm down. One question at a time or else you'll never get your answers."

The brunet—Sora—nodded as the older boy pulled his hand away, then smiled brightly and grabbed Leon's arm, leading him over to a large pile of soft, cushiony pillows as his canine tail swung back and forth in delight. "I'm Sora, and this is Riku! What's your name?"

Leon shrugged slightly as he sat down next to Riku, toying with his tail unconsciously. "Leon."

"That's a cool name! Where are you from?"

Leon flinched and looked away quickly. Riku, quickly and correctly interpreting the unsaid message, threw a conveniently placed rubber ball. "Sora, fetch!"

Sora blinked, then let out a snarl and chased after the ball with a vengeance. "Ball!"

Riku sighed and tilted his head, watching fondly as the canine sprinted after the inanimate object. "…Don't worry about him. When he gets to know you and realizes that you don't want to talk about it, he'll stop asking. He's just naïve. Don't worry; he'll grow on you."

Leon rubbed his arms nervously as the other feline—so calm and seemingly mindful of everything—began to toy with his own ears. It was nothing surprising, really; when cats got bored, they played with their ears or tails. …Or even ears or tails of other nearby pets.

"And if you're worried about Master hurting you, that's not likely," Riku added, not looking away from his ears as he held them forward to see them. "He's only raised his hand to me once, and that was for scratching his 'Grand Vizier', whatever the hell that is."

"I thought his Grand Vizier was nice," Leon stated softly.

Riku shrugged. "He doesn't like me because I stare at him."

"…Why do you stare at him?"

"Nothin' else to stare at."

-x-x-x-

Leon winced as Sora's foot connected with his side again. He would have slept next to Riku, but the damn feline had this weird quirk that it was essential he sleep next to the wall. Sora had been there since he was a pup, and Riku had been there longer, so Sora had to sleep next to the older boy, leaving the brunet cat to sleep on his other side. Riku had always slept with Sora, so he must have been used to it. Leon was not.

Damn, that kid kicked hard!

Leon sat up and sighed, looking around the room—which, for a sultan's room, it was rather unadorned—before his eyes finally landed on the sleeping nobility. Cloud had stumbled in around midnight and fallen to the bed without a glance at his pets. Sora had informed him that it happened on his birthday every year and they shouldn't worry about it.

…Cloud wasn't kicking like Sora was. Maybe he could just snuggle up to him to sleep…?

Leon had never slept alone—or as painfully. Seifer—the cat his master had loved and lavished attention on—had always slept with him, licking the worse wounds that had been inflicted on him. Though Seifer and he had had their share of fights, Seifer had never struck him like his master had, and had always held him while he cleaned the wound later.

He missed Seifer now. Seifer was a 'take-charge' kind of cat. He would never be as hesitant and anxious as Leon was right now. And he definitely wouldn't care if Cloud was a sultan or not. All humans were equal in his eyes: pitiful beings that depended on their pets for support rather than their own senses.

…But Cloud was asleep now.

Slinking up to the bed, Leon gave the slumbering blond one last look before leaping onto the bed gracefully. Cloud didn't make a sound. Leon crawled around the bed for a few minutes, trying to find a comfortable spot, when all of the sudden the sleeping sultan reached out, latched his arm around the feline's waist, and yanked him down next to him.

Leon blinked, then snuggled closer. This arrangement would be fine.

-x-x-x-

Cloud blinked his eyes opened slowly, sighing, then frowned when he felt someone's head tucked under his. He glanced down and raised an eyebrow.

Cats shouldn't be allowed to look so cute. Leon had snuggled up to him during the night and folded his ears back in content. The tiny smile playing on his lips was testimony in itself that he was happy being snuggled with the blond. So happy, in fact, that he had wrapped his tail around the sultan's thin waist.

Cloud took that chance to finally feel the feline's long, silky hair. He moaned slightly as his fingers ran through the long, chocolaty smooth strands and leaned down, nuzzling Leon's head affectionately.

Man, he really needed to get laid.

Leon snuggled closer and began kneading his shirt, a purr making itself known as he hooked his legs around the blond's hips.

…Maybe he could get laid by his new pet?

"Uh, HELLO! I found him abused!" a little voice—annoyingly like Yuffie's—exclaimed. "You don't just get to sleep with him! Cloud, I thought you were better than that!"

Cloud growled softly, damning himself for being so polite. It was being polite that made him sexually frustrated in the first place.

-x-x-x-

As the long days passed, Leon found himself growing incredibly close to his new master. When Cloud wasn't doing anything, he allowed the feline in his lap and proceeded to just pet him. At night, when Leon snuggled up to him after making sure he was asleep (ha, the blond had been able to fake it a few times), they usually found themselves tangled up in the other in the morning.

Leon had found himself with a hicky one morning. Damn if that wasn't a fiasco.

Aside from Cloud's fixation with making him purr and his often wandering hands, Leon was quite content to stay with him. He enjoyed the attention he received from the sultan, and Riku and Sora—who were usually too busy with each other to actually care what their owner did—encouraged his friendly behavior, because when Cloud was happy, they all got treats.

People just had to be sure that they didn't hurt or annoy Cloud in any way. Leon was extremely protective. …Like a lot.

-x-x-x-

It didn't take Cloud long to figure out that when Leon got attached, he got attached. It wasn't until Sephiroth—the general of his armed forces—had come and informed him of potential war that he really found out. When the blond had gotten agitated with the information—because he didn't want to submit any of his soldiers to battle if he didn't have to—Sephiroth had started forward to comfort him, as they really had been good friends before the silver-haired man had become General.

Leon had hissed and scratched at him. Sephiroth had caught his wrist, twisted him around so his arm was trapped behind him, and thrown him to the ground. The feline probably would have gotten up and continued his assault if it hadn't been for the silver-haired general swinging his sword around and pointing it at him.

When Cloud had snapped at Leon to calm down, the feline slinked away and hadn't been seen until supper. Even then, when he showed up, he didn't go to the sultan like he usually did; he went to Zack and lay at his feet, unwilling to even look at his master. Zack had been concerned, but when he asked the cat what was wrong, he had fled, and hadn't been seen since.

-x-x-x-

"What do you mean you can't find him! He couldn't have just disappeared!" Cloud exclaimed angrily.

Zack scowled at him and crossed his arms. "Your highness, if it hasn't yet occurred to you, Leon is a cat. If he doesn't want to be found, he will not be found. Your best bet would be to get Sora or Riku to agree to search for him."

Cloud blinked, then stood abruptly. "Why didn't I think of that before?"

"Because you're an idiot!" Zack answered, watching him walk away.

Cloud found his other two pets playing in the garden near the fountain. "Sora, Riku? Will you help me find Leon?"

Sora looked up from gnawing on his bone and frowned. "But we know where he is. Why? Is he mad at you?"

Riku winced, then scowled and clapped a hand over the canine's mouth "Shut up, Sora! He shouldn't have yelled at Leon just for protecting him when he thought he was in danger!"

Sora shoved his hand away and shrugged nonchalantly. "It wasn't like there wasn't a cause for worry; Sephiroth is creepy."

"Well where is he? I can't find him and apologize if I don't know where he is," Cloud answered, sighing.

"Find him yourself," Riku snapped, before Sora could answer and spill Leon's hiding spot.

Cloud scowled and sent the cat a glare that would have made anyone else apologize immediately, then stalked away, furious. He wasn't really going to apologize to Leon; he was just saying that to get Sora and Riku to tell him where the brunet cat was. Leon had deserved being snapped at, because if he didn't trust Sephiroth, he wouldn't have made him a general.

Passing the library, he heard a soft sobbing sound. '…Please don't be Leon,' he begged silently. He hadn't meant to make the feline cry.

Leon had been trying his best to keep from crying, but having Cloud snapping at him so harshly after they'd been getting along so well had really hurt him; it proved that he still had a long way to go before he was truly healed. He'd found the library and tried to read to avoid thinking about it for a while, but of course he had to pick up some weird romantic tragedy called Romeo and Juliet and it had him bawling and wishing he were dead, too, like the two characters the play was about.

He still had a long way to go before he was truly healed.

The feline let out a startled shriek as someone touched his shoulder, then stood up, turning to face his adversary sharply. When he found it was Cloud, he hissed and began backing away.

Cloud frowned and followed him step for step, reaching out to grab his pet's arm. "Leon, calm down. I—"

"Don't touch me!" Leon snarled, throwing the book at him, before turning and ducking behind a shelf.

Cloud sighed, knowing better than to go after him. "Leon, I just want to talk to you."

Leon wiped his face frantically, knowing that Cloud had seen his tears. When he heard the blond's slow, hesitant footsteps coming closer, he grabbed the nearest book and flung it at him, making a bee-line for the door.

"Leon! No!" Cloud ordered sharply, making the brunet hesitate in step for a moment. But only for a moment.

Leon darted out the door only to slam into someone's large, muscular body and fall onto his back. "Ow!"

Sephiroth raised an eyebrow, taking in the scene of the sultan's cat fleeing him, then shrugged and leaned down, pulling the stunned feline into his arms. "You seem a lot more trouble than you should be for being an abused pet."

Leon trembled in fear as he felt Cloud's cold glare boring into his back. "…I… I…"

"Cloud, Zack wants to speak with you," the silver-haired general stated, adjusting his grip on the shaking cat. "I suggest you hurry; Zack did not look happy."

"But Leon—" Cloud began, but stopped himself in frustration. "Fine! You know what, you keep him! He seems to think that you're just peachy now!"

"Fine," Sephiroth answered coolly, carrying Leon away from the infuriated sultan.

Leon shook a little more, whimpering, and hid his face in the larger man's neck. "Sorry…!"

Sephiroth adjusted his grip on the brunet and frowned, sighing softly. "You've been abused. If I had known that, I would have never drawn my blade on you."

"…He hates me," Leon stated softly, tears filling his eyes again.

"Cloud doesn't hate you. He's just got a temper and he doesn't know how to deal with anyone as stubborn as he is unless it's me or Zack."

"But he—"

"He'll cool off. Until then, you're staying with me."

Leon frowned, pondering this information for a few minutes, before whispering, "How long will that be?"

Sephiroth sighed in thought, tilting his head a little, before shrugging. "Well, if not by next week, Yuffie will be visiting, and she'll knock some sense into him."

Leon brightened up a bit at that. "Yuffie?"

The general chuckled softly. "You really like that girl, hmm? She's hard to dislike."

"She rescued me," the feline explained, then started stroking the larger man's long, silvery hair. "You have pretty hair."

"Thank you," he answered, adjusting his grip again. "I take pride in my hair."

"It shows," Leon agreed, smiling.

-x-x-x-

"You what? Cloud, you fucking idiot!" Yuffie shrieked, grabbing the nearest convenient item (the book Zack had been holding) and beating the blond with it. "Leon's sensitive! Leon's broken! Leon's easily hurt! Why don't you just throw him out on the streets?"

"Ow! Sephiroth's taking care of him!" Cloud answered sharply, snatching the book from her hands.

Yuffie huffed, eyes narrowing, before crossing her arms. "I gave him to you thinking that you'd be able to take care of him correctly! Now I'm starting to think I should just take him back!"

"Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if I weren't in fucking love with him!" Cloud snarled, then turned and smashed his forehead against the nearest convenient surface (the back of his throne) with as much force as he could muster.

"…You're in love with him?" Yuffie asked, eyes lighting up. "Like, in love in love?"

"No, I mean as in dog loves food. Of course I mean in love!"

Yuffie and Zack glanced at each other before sharing a smirk that, frankly, scared the shit out of the blond.

-x-x-x-

"Yuffie!" Leon let enough of his façade drop that he could glomp the small girl. "I missed you!"

Yuffie giggled and hugged him back, then turned and scowled at the silver-haired general watching them. "You didn't hurt him, did you?"

"He gave me a bath and brushed my hair!" Leon explained, smiling at her.

Sephiroth nodded. "That's all. Otherwise, he's stayed in my room."

Yuffie's smile returned immediately as she turned back to Leon. "Do you want to make up with Cloud now?"

The brunet looked down at his feet sheepishly and nodded. "Yes."

"Great! Zack and I have the perfect idea!" she exclaimed, grabbing his hand and dragging him toward the in the direction of the blond's room.

"How-?" Leon asked in surprise, though he could sense that he wouldn't be too happy with the answer he'd receive.

"…Ribbons," was her elusive answer.

Leon tilted his head. Ribbons? What? He wasn't a girl!

Yuffie lead him up to Cloud's room and yanked him inside, closing the door with a soft snap. "I got him!"

Zack smirked and held up a long ribbon made of silk. "Let's do this."

"Huh? What are you doing?" Leon asked, panicking as Yuffie dragged him over to the bed.

"Helping you make up with Cloud!" the princess answered cheerfully.

"What are you-! No! No!"

-x-x-x-

Cloud growled and stalked toward his room. Just when he finally decides to find Sephiroth and his cat back, Yuffie had stolen him. …Well, she really hadn't stolen him, seeing as she'd been the one that had bought him in the first place, but… but still! Leon was his kitty!

Cloud blinked as he found a note on his door, then tilted his head. It was from Yuffie and Zack.

Don't forget to be gentle!

"…Be gentle with what?" he asked softly, frowning, then shrugged and opened his door. He let out a noise akin to a squeak as his eyes landed on what he had to be gentle with.

Leon's wrists were tied to the headboard of his bed with a long, silk ribbon, restricting him from leaving or struggling. His ears were swiveling back and forth frantically for any hint of noise, because his eyes were covered with another silk ribbon, and yet another was used as a gag. He squirmed a little, struggling to get his hands free and causing his back to arch with the effort.

The feline had never looked so erotically helpless.

Cloud closed his door softly, eyes locked on the teen writhing on his bed, and walked toward him. He slid onto the bed silently and ran his fingers along the brunet's exposed chest. Leon flinched, breath hitching, before struggling more, terrified.

"Shhh… It's okay, Leon. It's just me," Cloud murmured, toying with the cat's ear, before leaning down and licking the side of his face.

Leon whimpered into the gag and arched his back, wrapping his tail around the blond's waist. "Mmph-! Mmn!"

Cloud groaned and closed his eyes, swallowing loudly, before throwing his shirt off. His pants followed soon after, and then he stripped his pet of his pants as well. Leon whimpered again as the blond pulled his thighs apart. He thrashed his head from side to side, trying to hopefully get his gag or blindfold to give at least a little bit.

Cloud smiled and slid his fingers over the brunet's chest playfully, then cooed, "Do you want your gag off, Leon? Do you want to be able to tell me when something feels good and when it doesn't?" When the response he received was a frantic nod, he gently untied the ribbon gagging his pet and pulled it away, leaving the feline to gasp and pant freely. "Better?"

Leon nodded weakly. "M-Master… I… Master… Love you…"

Cloud groaned and licked the side of Leon's face again, fumbling for something to use as lubricant. "Love you too…" He turned his head slightly, eyeing his bedside table, then smiled as he found Zack and Yuffie had thought ahead enough to leave a bottle of lavender oil.

Leon tilted his head, frowning in confusion as to why the blond had stopped. "Master?" He yelped as he felt a slick finger slip inside of him, then squirmed, whimpering. "Ah-!"

Cloud kissed his chest softly, then nuzzled his neck lovingly. "Has anyone ever touched you like this, Leon?"

The brunet shook his head quickly, panting weakly as the finger inside him began to move in and out. "Oh…! M-Master!"

"Do you like the way I'm touching you?" His response was a nod. "Do you want more?" Another nod. "Will you promise to never hide from me again?" Another nod. "Good Leon."

Leon let out a yelp as another finger slid inside of him. "Ah-! Master, I—" When the blond began scissoring his fingers to stretch him, he whimpered again. "Ooh-! Master!"

Cloud smiled and kissed the brunet's full lips roughly, causing the teen to moan and arch his back. He slid a third finger in and moaned as the feline began to tremble beneath him, then broke the kiss, licking and nibbling his way down to his collarbone. Leon gave a breathy sigh and arched his back again.

"Are you ready, Leon?" Cloud asked softly, rubbing some of the lavender oil on his throbbing erection.

Leon nodded. "Yes… I… Please…" The blond sighed and pressed a soft, loving kiss to the teen's temple, then began to slip in slowly. Leon arched his back and whimpered. "Ah! Master! It hurts!"

Cloud frowned and stopped moving momentarily, letting Leon get used to the feeling, before continuing. When he finally finished, he stopped again. "Is this okay?"

Leon whimpered, tears beginning to stain the silk ribbon around his eyes until finally the tears slid out from under it. "I-it's so big…! It hurts!"

"It's only going to hurt a little longer, but it will get better, okay?" Cloud kissed his tears away quickly. "I promise."

"…It… It'll stop hurting?" Leon asked softly, finally hooking his legs around the blond's waist.

"Yes," Cloud answered, beginning to slide back out. "Just trust me."

The brunet whimpered and rocked his hips instinctively. Cloud groaned, rocking his hips in response, then slid his arms around Leon's waist and began pounding into him, instantly forgetting the feline's pain as the tight heat around his erection clenched.

"Ah-! Ah! Ngh-! Faster…!" Leon groaned, bucking his hips quickly. "Faster!"

"Does it still hurt?"

"I said faster!"

Cloud blinked, then chuckled softly. "As you wish."

Leon gasped softly, yanking at the ribbon restricting his hands desperately, then whimpered in defeat. "Next time… can I see you?"

The blond frowned in confusion. "Huh?"

"Can I see you next time? …Or… is every time going to be like this?"

Cloud sighed, then smiled and nuzzled the teen's neck. "You can see me next time."

"AH-!" Leon bucked his hips up sharply. "There-!"

The blond frowned, then sighed and reached around, jerking his hand up and down his pet's erection quickly. Leon bucked his hips up again, moaning loudly, and tried yanking at the ribbons holding his hands captive again. He arched his back and yowled as he climaxed, claws digging into his palms. Cloud followed a few thrusts later.

Leon panted weakly, listening to his master's sated moans and pants. His lips curved upward into a small smile. "Love you…"

Cloud reached up and gently untied the ribbon restricting the feline's hands, then untied his blindfold. "There you go, Leon."

Leon snuggled up to him quickly, whimpering as their body heats began to lower. "Cold…"

"Mm, not for long," the blond answered, pulling him closer.

"Are you always going to be like this? Or does it just hurt the first time?" Sora asked innocently, tilting his head.

Leon sighed, sinking deeper into the warm water he was bathing in. "Hurts so badly…"

"Wow. Master must have fucked you hard," Riku stated, frowning.

Sora frowned as well. "Can you walk?"

Leon shook his head slowly, willing the pain he was feeling in his lower back to melt away in the warm water. "No."

"Well, at least Master's happy," Sora chirped, smile back in place. "He's been happy all day, and he said he's going to let you two have warm cream for supper tonight! I get a steak!"

Leon blinked, then turned and smiled at them. "Cream?"

"Warm cream," Riku corrected, smiling as well. "You should let him fuck you more often."

"I do not fuck Leon," Cloud stated, walking into the bathroom.

"Fine, you make sweet, passionate love to him," Riku muttered, sighing.

"Emphasis on passionate!" Sora giggled, covering his mouth.

The blond scowled at him, then glanced at Riku. "Get out."

Riku rolled his eyes and led his canine friend out. "Come on, Sora."

"Okay!"

Cloud sighed, then got on his knees and rested his arms on the side of the tub, smiling at the brunet feline currently cleaning himself. "Are you okay?"

"Yes," Leon answered shortly, not looking at him.

"Are you mad at me?" Cloud asked, raising an eyebrow.

The brunet scowled at him. "I hurt!"

"So you never want to have sex again? Is that it?"

Leon paused in thought, seriously pondering his decision. "…I want sex, just not like that. My wrists hurt, and my back hurts. I don't want my hands tied again."

"What about my birthday?"

The feline turned and gave the sultan a frown, showing just how much he was not amused. "…You can do whatever you want to me on your birthday. But only your birthday."

Cloud grinned devilishly. "And any other day, anything but tying you up is fair game?"

Leon turned and gave the blond a sharp glare. "I have claws and I will scratch you in response to something I don't like."

"Ooh, that's kinky," Cloud answered, smirking.

The brunet paused for a moment before throwing his head back and screaming. "YUFFIE!"

The ninja princess was there within seconds. "What? What's going on?" she asked frantically, holding a large shuriken.

Leon pointed at the sultan and whimpered pathetically. Yuffie blinked, then growled, seeming to change from an innocent little girl to skilled assassin. Cloud squeaked, then fled the room, leaving the feline to grin and finish washing himself as the princess chased the blond.

Zack wandered in and sighed, frowning. "Well, I have to say he's more open-minded. …What are you doing, Leon? Oh, here, let me help." He sighed again and helped the brunet wash his hair. "Cats should not be left alone in the tub."

"Yuffie won't actually kill him, right?"

"Oh, please. I doubt she could ever kill him. And by the way, he's going to get back at you for this tonight in the bedroom."

Leon frowned and looked at his claws contemplatively. "Hmm…"

Zack rolled his eyes. "That would just turn him on more, Leon. Just let him do what he wants and get it over with."

Leon scowled and crossed his arms. "Stupid, perverted humans."

"We're not that bad," Zack answered, smiling as he rinsed the shampoo out of the brunet's hair. "We just show our love physically more than we do by just snuggling and kissing. Besides, sex is power; if Cloud makes you mad, don't give it to him. He won't resort to raping you."

Leon blinked. "…Sex… is power?"

"Especially against Cloud."

The grin that crossed the feline's face would make even Satan shiver.

Leon groaned softly, letting Cloud scratch behind his ears, only to jump and yowl as the door slammed open. "Sonofa—"

"Hey, Cloud!" Yuffie dragged a sullen looking blond cat in. "You got room for one more kitty?"

Cloud sighed and rolled his eyes. "Yuffie, why do you always bring them here—"

"Seifer!" Leon sprang from Cloud's lap and ran over to him, tackling the tall blond in a hug. "I missed you!"

Seifer raised an eyebrow, tracing the scar down the brunet's face absently. "Squall? …You seem… happier."

"My name's Leon now," Leon explained, smiling. "Yuffie saved me."

"I see that. Saved me too." Seifer brushed his messy hair out of his face to show off his own scar. "When you left, his anger turned to me. You've been doing well," he stated, glancing down the brunet's body.

Leon tilted his head, frowning, then gasped as he finally saw what the true condition of Seifer was. "Seifer! You're so thin! What'd he do to you?"

The blond rolled his eyes as his friend began to fuss over him. "Squall—"

"Call me Leon," he interjected sharply.

"Fine. Leon." Seifer sighed in frustration. "I just got starved a few times; it's no big de— Hey! Hey! Stop cleaning me!"

Leon ignored him and continued licking a long wound on his stomach, still raw from being rubbed against by the blond's pants. Seifer sighed and rolled his eyes, fisting the long, chocolate hair in his hands tightly to keep from grunting in pain.

Cloud glowered at the blond feline and looked down at Yuffie. "Who is he? And why is Leon babying him?"

Yuffie shrugged helplessly. "Well, the owner I saved Leon from started beating Leon's companion. I had to save him, Cloud! I mean, look how much they care about each other!"

Cloud raised an eyebrow as Seifer smacked Leon in the head, then rolled his eyes as Leon then jumped his 'friend' and started wrestling him. "Oh, yes, the way they hit each other clearly shows how much they care for each other."

"Sephiroth might like a cat," Zack stated, walking up beside the two royals. "He did take a liking to Leon."

"Oh, please. Sephiroth only took care of him because I wouldn't. He needs a cat that fights back when attacked," Cloud snorted, shrugging.

Yuffie winced and put a finger to her chin. "Well…"

Both men turned to look at her. "Well, what?"

"…Their… owner kinda looked like a scratching post by the time Seifer was pulled off. Seifer may not initiate fights, but he can sure finish 'em."

"…Get Sephiroth now," Cloud ordered softly, and Zack was gone before he could finish.

"I don't need a pet, I don't want a pet, and I won't have a pet!"

"But Sephiroth, look at him!" Yuffie cooed, hugging the blond cat.

Seifer rolled his eyes. "Oh, please…"

Leon looked up at the silver-haired general pleadingly. "Please, Sephiroth?"

Sephiroth sighed loudly and crossed his arms. "Leon, I can't have a pet that just lets itself get pushed around. I train soldiers. They won't hesitate to torment the General's pet."

"But Seifer will fight back!" Leon exclaimed, frowning. "He doesn't take crap from anyone!"

The general sighed and looked Seifer up and down appraisingly, then reached out to grab one of the blond's sensitive ears, to see if he was really as haughty as the brunet said. Seifer, not having cared until he felt a ripping pain in his ear, let out a yowling snarl and turned, scratching Sephiroth across the face angrily.

Sephiroth stared at the cat, stunned, as he began to nurse his tender ear, then turned and narrowed his eyes at Leon. Leon shrugged helplessly. "Hey! I'm not the idiot who went and grabbed an abused cat's ear!"

"You know what? I'm outta here. Humans suck. It's always 'me, me, me' without any regard for the pet's thoughts or opinions!" Seifer snarled, crossing his arms. "And frankly, I'm tired of it. Humans just can't seem to grasp the fact that they are lucky to have us! Come on, Squall."

Leon tilted his head and looked back at Cloud in despair. "Um…"

Seifer turned back and scowled at him. "Squall!"

The brunet sighed and ran after him. "Wait up!"

"Walk faster."

Cloud stared at where the two cats had been standing only moments beforehand before turning to Sephiroth with a glare that rivaled his own. "Get. My. Cat."

"How the hell do you get out of this God forsaken place?" Seifer exclaimed, banging his fists against the wall separating the palace from the city. "And I thought you were a recluse!"

Leon frowned. "Hey, that wasn't very fair…"

"Fair my ass! I want out!"

The brunet sighed and looked around, tail twitching in agitation. "Um… We… we could climb that tree and get over the wall, right?"

Seifer turned his head sharply, then grinned and clapped Leon on the back. "Good job, Squally-boy! Let's go!"

"But what about Yuffie and Cloud?" Leon asked, following the larger cat with more than a little hesitance. "They took care of me!"

"Good for them!" Seifer spat, climbing up the tree quickly.

"W-wait! But if I leave, they'll hate me!" Leon exclaimed, torn between keeping his friend happy or keeping his master and savior happy. "I can't just abandon them!"

Seifer turned and sneered at him. "Like they'll abandon you when they find another pet that they like better?"

Leon frowned. "They… they wouldn't do that. …Would they?"

"Why not? It happens every day to other pets. Just you wait and see, Squall. If you stay here long enough, that sultan or whatever he is will find a pet that suits his fancy better than you do and you'll be tossed aside like an old shoe," Seifer snapped, before leaping from the top of the wall.

Leon bit his bottom lip and turned to give the palace one long, last look. It had happened before. People grew tired of their pets, found new ones that were more interesting, and disposed of their old pets in various ways. One of the various ways had been to use the old pet as a punching bag. That's what happened to him when his master had found Seifer.

"…Goodbye," he whispered, then turned to chase after his friend. "Seifer, wait up!"

Seifer grabbed Leon's hand and yanked him close protectively as they made their way through the back alleys of Agrabah. "Stick close to me, okay? We wouldn't want someone seeing your pretty little face and stealing you away."

Leon scowled but did as told. After all, Seifer knew what he was doing; he was born on the streets. He was a stray cat, if you will. Leon, however, had been born indoors; his first legal owner—a breeder—had sold him to the highest bidder. He'd been tossed from home to home before finally landing with Seifer, where he stayed for years as an abused pet until Yuffie rescued him.

"Sorry, Cloud. No one has found them yet," Zack stated softly, afraid to set the sultan off.

Saying Cloud had been in a bad mood would be an understatement. He was furious, and had literally shoved Sephiroth out of the palace, snarling at him to either come back with the cats or not come back at all. Needless to say, Sephiroth had not yet come back. Even the legendary General Sephiroth wouldn't mess with Cloud when he was in that bad a mood.

Cloud glared into space for a while before turning his gaze on his Grand Vizier. "What did I do to deserve this?"

"Nothing. Leon's just loyal to his friends, that's all," Zack answered.

"And if I'm not a friend, then what am I?" Cloud snapped, eyes narrowing.

Zack swallowed loudly. "Um… I…"

Before Cloud could kill him with his Ultimate Death Glare (Version 2.0!), his lap was filled with a brown blur. "Cloud!"

Cloud yelped in surprise, then looked down to see what exactly the brown blur was, then grinned and yanked what he now found was his cat into a hug. "Leon! God, I was so worried about you! You were gone for days!"

"I'm sorry," Leon answered, nuzzling his neck.

"Um, Sephiroth, what…" Zack began, frowning, then gave up, at a loss for words.

Seifer struggled wildly, hissing and spitting, as said General held him off the ground by his waist, tucked under his arm neatly. Sephiroth shrugged. "Leon said he wasn't coming without Seifer. Seifer said he wouldn't come willingly. I used force and here we are."

Zack sighed. "They both need baths."

"Oh yeah! Just try it, buddy, and see how far it gets ya!" Seifer snapped, still struggling.

Sephiroth scowled at him. "Yes, let's, seeing as this is all your fault."

"Hey, hey! What're ya doin'? Hey!" Seifer began to struggle frantically as the General began to carry him out. "There are laws against abusing pets!"

"How unfortunate that I'm the one that enforces such laws," Sephiroth retorted, smirking.

Seifer froze, eyes wide, then began struggling harder. "NOOO! I don't want to die!"

Leon watched them walk away in shock, then looked up at Cloud in concern. "He's not really going to hurt him, is he?"

Cloud waved it away. "That's just Sephiroth's way of saying he's going to take care of the cat. Don't worry, Leon. You'll get to see Seifer again." The blond eyed the brunet's filthy body and ragged pants. "…It's time for your bath, too, however."

"What-! Wait! But you never-!" Leon spluttered, at a loss for words.

"…What was he trying to say?" Zack asked, raising an eyebrow at the blond sultan.

Cloud grinned cheerily and stood up, carrying his pet toward his personal bath. "I never let him in the bath without having sex with him first. Then we get to take a bath together."

"Save me!" Leon cried weakly, reaching toward Zack.

Zack held his hands up defensively. "Sorry, Leon. I know better than to mess with a horny Cloud."

Leon sighed in despair, then let his forehead hit the blond's shoulder limply. "Oh, I give up."

"Great! That means better sex!" Cloud answered, then turned his head slightly and bit Leon's shoulder lovingly. "Mm… Just as tasty as I remember."

Leon blushed and scowled a little, then rolled his eyes. "Tch, whatever."

-x-x-x-

Leon tilted his head slightly as Seifer limped up to him, then sighed as the blond sat next to him and rested his head in his lap. "Well, we're clean."

Seifer smiled dreamily. "Mm, I think I was wrong. Humans are awesome."

Leon raised an eyebrow. "Oh? And what made you change your mind, oh great Seifer? A while ago you were complaining that humans suck and don't care about their pets or their opinions. …And you convinced me that Cloud would just toss me aside for a different pet, too. What changed that belief?"

Seifer sat up slightly and turned to face him, smile still in place. "Fucking awesome sex."

Leon tilted his head. "Huh?"

"Okay, so you know how that General guy or whatever the hell his name is always seems to have a stick up his ass?" Seifer asked, smirking.

The brunet nodded, frowning. "Yeah."

"He gave me a bath yesterday, and I guess I pissed him off because I got water all over the floor and on him, and then he tried to dry me off. Well, he hit a few of my bruises wrong, so of course I start cussing him out and screaming like a fucking banshee, right? Well, he got so pissed off that he just threw me into his room—they have humongous beds, don't they?—anyway, so he threw me into his room and I had to start cussing at him for that, and he kissed me just to shut me up."

Leon tilted his head the other way. "Sephiroth kissed you?"

Seifer grinned. "Hey, trying to suck my face into his mouth was just the beginning. Then he got me on the bed, and the rest is history." He sighed and let his head fall back onto his friend's lap. "And what a history it was…"

Leon frowned thoughtfully and crossed his arms. "You know, I've had a lot of sex with Cloud, but it's never been after a bath."

"Try it sometime," Seifer suggested, shrugging. "I'm sure that Cloud won't complain."

-x-x-x-

Cloud narrowed his eyes, watching Sephiroth drilling the soldiers with a huge grin on his face, then turned to Zack and jerked his thumb at the general. "What do you make of that, Zack?"

Zack didn't even bother glancing for more than a second at the silver-haired man. "He got laid."

Cloud looked back at him in surprise, then smiled. "Huh. So the only one that really needs to get laid around here is you—"

"My sex life is my business, thank you," Zack stated sharply.

The blond blinked at him for a few seconds, then gasped. "Who are you sleeping with? Do I know them?"

Zack nearly crushed the scrolls in his hands. "Cloud—"

"Who! Come on, tell me! Who?" Cloud asked pleadingly, frowning.

Zack growled and slapped a hand over his face, then sighed. "His name is Demyx, okay?"

"Demyx? The dog that's always running around with Axel and Roxas?" Cloud asked, frowning, as he remembered just what kind of trouble the three canines could get into.

"He's a screamer," Zack stated, dissipating any of the blond's doubts.

"A screamer like Leon?"

"No. I don't think anyone can be a screamer like Leon. That cat just yowls until he cums, doesn't he?"

Cloud smiled and nodded. "Best little kitty I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping with."

"…We have no lives," Zack stated, sighing. "Come on, Cloud, focus. We need to get these plans done. Besides, the sooner we get done, the sooner you get back to your cat."

Cloud snatched the papers out of his hands. "Lemme see."
