Amy's captor gasped as he saw the only way to catch Sonic retaliate with her Piko Piko Hammer, smashing the claw and the lower part of Eggman's robot.

"Foolish little brat! Die by the hands of the Egg Hydra!" He said as his robot roared at Amy and started to breathe blazing flames at Amy. Amy quickly dodged out of the way, and the ground where she stood became burnt and charred.

The robot readied to fire again, but was stopped by a blue comet which rocketed into it.

"HUH?" Eggman said.

The blue blur fell to the ground, and Amy and Eggman both saw the hero of Mobius, Sonic the Hedgehog.

"Sonic! How expected." Eggman said. "Come to save Amy, have we?"

"Cut the small talk, Egghead." Sonic said before using his Homing Attack on the Egg Hydra, destroying it's head. It quickly crashed to the ground.

"No! My precious Egg Hydra! Curse you, Sonic!" Eggman shouted angrily before flying off in his Egg-Mobile.

"Sonic! I knew you'd come!" Amy shouted, hugging Sonic.

"Of course I would come." Sonic replied. "You're one of my best friends." He then looked over to Cream, who was unconscious.

"What happened to Cream?" Sonic asked.

"She took a hit for me." Amy said.

"We gotta help her." Sonic said before he picked her up and carried her to the hospital.

Three hours later. . . .

Cream awoke, and looked around at the white room she was in. At her side were Amy and Sonic.

"Cream! You're okay!" Amy exclaimed before hugging Cream.

"What happened?" Cream asked.

"You blocked Amy from the Egg Hydra's attack. You passed out, so we brought you here." Sonic explained. "How do you feel?"

"I feel okay . . . I've felt better." Cream said, rubbing her bandaged arm.

The doctor then came in. The doctor was a grey one-tailed fox with blue eyes.

"Hello, I'm Dr. Krawlin." The doctor said. "And, Ms. Cream, you are going to make a full recovery. All that I advise is that you rest for a few days and you don't strain your arm. You are free to go home now. Your mother is waiting for you."

Cream rose out of the hospital bed, and walked out the door. She reached the exit and walked through. Her mother was waiting for her.

"Oh Cream, thank god you're okay!" She said, embracing her daughter.

"I'm lucky to be okay. The Hydra could've done a lot more damage." Cream said.

"Come on, let's go home." Vanilla said before getting into her car. Cream climbed into the passenger seat, and they drove home.

Two days later . . .

"Hi, Amy." She said.
