Malpractice
A/n: Yeah... this is like more of the stuff I used to write. No fluff here, just PWP (porn without plot). Also, the sex is non consentual. That being said, this fic may disturb some people. You've been warned, but hey, you're on adultfanfiction, so you shouldn't be too shocked :P
As a side note, yes, I am still working on my other fics :)

Ellen Chakwas was living her dream. She remembered that when she was a little girl playing with her friends on Earth, she'd always taken the role of doctor, no matter what game they played.
Some things never changed, and as Chakwas looked around the Normandy's med bay, she felt her purpose in life being fulfilled. Sometimes it was lonely; her patients had the habit of dying or being shipped off to different stations. But they needed her and she wasn't about to retire, not while the Alliance had a shortage of doctors. Soldiers were special to her. She needed her patients more than they needed her.
The door to the med bay opened and Chakwas looked up. Her visitor was Staff Lieutenant Kaidan Alenko, a powerful L2 biotic. He was a quiet man, full of strength and wisdom beyond his years. The Lieutenant had over a dozen special commendations in his file; every one of his superiors praised him for his helpfulness and strong work ethic. Chakwas wondered if she was the only one that saw the impenetrable wall that Kaidan had built up around himself. Though friendly, he kept everyone at arm's length.
“Another migraine, Lieutenant?” she inquired. She knew the answer already.
“Yeah,” he murmured, “the worst one I've had in months.”
The doctor peered into his soulful brown eyes and smiled in sympathy. The front that he put up in front of others was good, but not good enough for the experienced Chakwas. She'd been a doctor for too long; by the brief time she'd spent with the Lieutenant, she could tell that he was a lonely man.
Rummaging through her medicine storage, Dr. Chakwas procured the necessary medicine.
“I'm going to give you a painkiller and a sedative to knock you out,” she said.
Kaidan nodded his consent and extended his arm. He'd been trained in medicine; the migraine was bad enough that he needed to sleep it off. His shift was over anyway and Shepard would understand his need to be knocked out. Shepard was always good to him.
Chakwas cleaned the injection site and injected the potent drugs. Staring into the Lieutenant's pained eyes, she rested a comforting hand on his arm while the sedatives dragged him under.
“Thanks, doc,” he murmured before passing out.
“Of course, Kaidan,” she replied, her response falling on deaf ears.
Dr. Chakwas gazed upon the man in front of her. Even in sleep, he remained ever the soldier. Kaidan lay on his back, his legs straight and his arms pinned to his sides. She shook her head; a handsome and kind man like him should have been smiling more. He should have had a family waiting for him back home, a beautiful, smiling wife and children that called him 'Daddy' and begged him to tell them about how he took care of the bad guys.
Instead, Kaidan was thirty two and single. He didn't have many friends and didn't think about much other than work. He'd been reclusive enough to not only hone his biotics, but to master decryption, electronics, and medicine. She ran a hand through his coarse, dark hair and sighed.
Such a smart, handsome man didn't need to live his life alone.
And handsome he was. If he hadn't chosen a military life, Kaidan could have modeled. He was slightly taller than average and covered in lean muscle. His pale skin held an olive tone; if he didn't live in space most of the time, he could tan very easily.
He had the traits of many races; his hair was black and wiry, his eyes were semi-almond shaped, and his nose, chin, and jawline were markedly European. The doctor smiled to herself. She had quite the head-turner asleep in her office.
Her hand drifted from his muscled arm to his chest. He was completely sedated; she felt his heart slowly beating beneath her hand. He'd be out for a few hours.
Dr. Chakwas untucked his shirt and pulled it up to reveal his finely toned stomach. Her hand trailed down the line of hair on his belly to unfasten his belt.
She jerked away in horror when she realized what she was doing.
Ethics were important to her, but she would let them slide if she could provide the patient with extra comfort. Dr. Chakwas eyed the Lieutenant's semi-hard erection that bulged against his pants and her heart hammered in her chest. This wasn't about the comfort of the patient; it was about the comfort of the doctor.
The patient would never know.
Dr. Chakwas unbuttoned and unzipped his pants to reveal a distinct lack of undergarments. Her eyes widened in surprise; she'd never guessed that he'd be the 'pants only' type. Chuckling to herself, she scooted his pants down past his hips and gently seized his half-mast cock.
She held him while her other hand reached over to the medigel dispenser. Grabbing a small amount of the tingling gel, the doctor ran her newly slickened hand up the length of his shaft before switching hands. It wasn't long before he was fully erect.
Wrapping both of her hands around him, she deeply massaged his throbbing member. The doctor glanced up at Kaidan's face for signs of him waking and was pleased to find that he was still very much passed out. Her hands switched positions to rapidly pump him, the movement creating wet sloshing noises from the medigel. She began to notice the telltale signs of his impending orgasm; his chest rose and fell rapidly, his balls tightening against his body.
Kaidan's unconscious form froze, his whole body tense as if wound up. The doctor firmly pumped his cock near the tip, sending him over the edge as copious amounts of cum ran over hand to the base of his shaft. Her eyes drank in the sight.
Dr. Chakwas waited patiently for the last of his orgasm to ebb away before removing her hand. She methodically cleaned up all of the evidence and put the Lieutenant's clothing back to the way she had found it.
Hours later, when Kaidan awoke with a lazy smile on his face, he thanked the doctor for the sedation. Apparently he'd needed the forced rest and he felt incredible.
Doctor Chakwas simply smiled at him and sent him on his way.
The patient would never know.
