Lovegame
*Don't worry there is more to come*
Roxas had been wandering around Twilight Town for about an hour. Normally he would have bee in school at this time but since it was his 18th birthday his mom had let him skip. He had been excited about it. He woke up at around 10:00 and played video games for about an hour, then ate brunch consisting of bacon on a grilled cheese. He decided to take is camera and take some pictures around town. He decided to head down to the more artsy area of town to snap some pictures.
He walked for some time before started to realized he was getting really hungry. He noticed what seemed to e a little shop called 'Flatbreads' so e figured he could pop in there and get something, more than likely flatbread. He walked through the door into an impossibly large dinning area with two large brick ovens. He sat down at on of the many empty tables and picked up the menu. He skimmed over it, noticing that all they had was flat bread. A waiter with pale pink hair strode over to his table.
"What can i get you today?" he asked sounding bored out of mind.
Roxas looked at him then at the menu.
"Yeah, give me a cheese flatbread and...hmm...a coke," Roxas said closing the menu and handing it to the waiter.
"Yep, not a prob-" he cut his words short as this was apparently the first time he had looked at Roxas.
"Shouldn't you be in school or something?" he asked putting a fist on his hip and cocking his head.
"Nope, not today" Roxas looked at his waiter and grinned, "Would you mind putting my order now?" he commented sarcastically.
"Yeah, fine" The pink haired waiter spun on his heel and walked toward the cook and handed him the order.
After about a fifteen minute wait His food arrived. He ate quickly and paid, not bothering to leave a tip. He headed for the door and started to walk down he street. He head a guitar playing somewhere off down the road. He presued the sound and as he got closer he could here a voice accompanying the the music. The voice was masculine but with a gentle tone to it. He was singing one Roxas' favorite songs, Hanging by a Moment by Lifehouse. He turned the corner and saw the singer. He was a tall and slim but had obvious muscle definition showing through his black tank top. From his head sprouted dozens of bright read spikes that bobbed as his head moved. His eyes were closed and under them were little dark red, diamond shaped tattoos. His eyes were lined with reddish black liner. He wore a pair of ripped, blue jeans and tall, black, leather boots.
Roxas snapped a picture of him and moved in a little closer. He snapped anther pic of the singer as he finished the song. The singer opened his eyes and looked right at Roxas, his eyes an amazing emerald green. Roxas stood stunned at the red-head.
"You a photographer?" the man said looking into Roxas' blue eyes.
"I...uh...kinda...I'm sorry, just your hair and-" he stumbled over his words, fumbling with his camera.
"It's no biggy, that's kinda the point of my hair."he chuckled,"Name's Axel. And you are?" he drew out the last word.
"Roxas" he said unable to come up with anything else.
"Well, Roxas, I wouldn't mind seeing some of your pictures." Axel gestured at the camera. "why don't we go sit down and talk."
Roxas gulped,"Yeah okay,"
He and Axel sat down on a bench. Roxas handed the camera to Axel not realizing the strap was still around his neck. Axel gave the camera a little yank which pulled Roxas close to him. The blonds head bumped Axle's arm. They both laughed and Axel began to skim through the pictures on the camera.
"These are really good. You have quite an eye." Axel smiled as he got to his own pictures.
"Thanks, it's kind of a hobby." Roxas looked up at Axel and blushed a bit. He looked at his watch a figured he had better get going if he wanted to catch his friends getting out of school.
"I have to go. I'll see you later OK?" Roxas said getting his camera from Axel.
"Or better yet, cal me tonight." Axel smiled
"I don't have your number" Roxas said reaching for his cell phone. When he noticed it was gone Axel pulled it out from behind his back and handed it to the bewildered boy.
"Now you do" he laughed.
When Roxas check his phone numbers, sure enough there was Axel's name right at the top. "How did you... I didn't even feel you...I...," He looked at Axel confused.
Axel giggle and sent him on his way. Axel watched as the blond kid jogged down the road. He was cute.
Roxas couldn't get the redhead off his mind for the rest of the day. He kept looking at the pictures he had taken of him. He planned on taking him up on his request to call him.
