Chapter One:
Steamy Introductions
Jin Kazama didn’t care how much he wanted to prove his father wrong, he still hated being here. He’d rather be in a desert infested with Jack-5 robots than at Paul Phoenix’s gym to work for his greatest enemy. With a growl on his stern face, he opened the door to the gym and stepped in. The place wasn’t bad, considering who ran and owned it. A mahogany desk stood to greet him as he walked in. On it was what looked to be a brand new desktop computer complete with a printer and phone. Flowers stood on the top of the desk, seeming out of place in a gym like Paul’s. Jin’s frown grew deeper as he saw the lack of a secretary at the desk. Knowing, and hating, Paul made Jin figure that he probably hired some bimbo of a secretary just because she looked good behind the desk. On his own fault, Paul probably forgot to make sure she’d stay at the desk rather than walk around. As Jin surveyed the place, however, he saw no fancy dressed receptionist waiting at his beck and call. What he saw in the front room was a state of the art weight training area, complete with cooling down stations on the far wall. At the back wall were two doors and behind the desk was a door marked “Authorized Personnel Only.” A couple lifters dotted the weight area either stretching or lifting, but only one person in particular caught his attention. And, for that matter, she caught his full attention.
She was at one of the stretch mats strewn over the floor stretching her calf muscles. Jin had to admire the way her legs looked in the sweatpants she was wearing. His eyes also didn’t miss her hips peak out underneath her tight tank top she wore that didn’t fail to show her slender back. As she bent forward to stretch her hamstrings Jin suddenly felt a familiar sensation in his pants as his eyes focused on her perfectly round ass. He cursed himself under his breath, forcing himself to look away and not become hard on right in front of the entire room. Looking back at her, Jin saw her arching her back and it was all he could do to not pitch a tent right there in his pants when he saw her perky breasts, the top of which was shown by her tank top. He bit his lower lip to keep in control of himself and his hormones before he lost his sense all together. He was about to leave the gym, partially because he was annoyed there was no receptionist and partially because he couldn’t bare to look at the woman any longer, when Paul stepped out of the door behind the desk and glared at him.
“Jin.” He growled through his clenched teeth.
As soon as Jin heard Paul’s voice, all hormonal thoughts of the woman fled as he turned to Paul. “Paul. Sure doesn’t surprise me that you don’t have a fucking receptionist to greet your customers when they walk in. I’d expect as much from someone like you.”
Annoyance flickered across Paul’s face before he turned to where the woman was. “Isolia, what the hell are you doing?”
The woman, Isolia, looked up from her stretching surprise in her deep brown eyes. Then she spotted Jin and frowned. Grabbing a towel and slinging it around her neck, she walked over to the desk and sat on the chair. “What? I was stretching. You want me to train or not?” She said to Paul, obviously annoyed.
“Sign him in, give him the tour, and bring him back to my office. We have something we need to talk about.” Paul said shortly before turning his back to them and marching into his office again.
“Fucking works in his office all day, leaving me alone out here. Asshole…” Isolia muttered under her breath before looking up at who stood in front of her. “Well, isn’t this pleasant? Jin Kazama in the flesh, or is it in the Devil form nowadays?” She smirked smugly before standing up. “You never need an introduction Kazama. None of your cursed family line does.”
Jin was taken aback by what she had said, but didn’t let it show on his face. “Men like me never have need of introductions,” he replied forcing himself not to stare at her chest. “We have all the power so everyone, everywhere, remembers us.”
Isolia let out a short laugh before pulling her brown curly hair back into a ponytail with elastic on her wrist. “Well, you’re certainly arrogant enough for one.” She scoffed, pushing the chair back in, not bothering to put him into the computer.
Jin smirked. She had a real problem talking back to him like she did. “Look who’s talking. You sure don’t seem like you had to work for everything in your life do you?” He said, noticing her recently manicured nails and professionally done dark red highlights.
“What’s it matter to you? You want the tour or not?” She asked, peeved at him.
Jin smiled content that he had annoyed her. “Why the hell not? This place is probably shitty upstairs.”
Isolia flashed him a glare. “Paul put his entire life into this gym, so shut the hell up.”
“Or else?”
“You don’t want to know.” She said, walking out from behind the desk to the back where the two doors were. “As you can tell, this is the basic weight training area. Only weight training and stretching is allowed here. Anything else you go upstairs for. Got it?” She flashed him a look back as he shrugged not really caring either way. Two months after this, he’ll have this place under this thumb running the way he wanted it to run. She shook her head at him and opened the door to his right. Looking into it, he could see a spiral staircase made of mahogany coming up from a granite tiled floor. “This is where the employees sleep. You have no need to go up there at all, got it?”
Jin smiled. So Paul hadn’t told her he was working at the gym did he? “How do you know I have no need of going up there?” He smiled walking into the room. “I could have a million reasons to climb those stairs.”
“Ha, name one.” Isolia said.
Without thinking, Jin pushed the door shut and pushed Isolia up against the door, trapping her arms above her head with his hands and locking her body in place with his.
“Get the hell off me!” She shouted, trying to twist out of his grasp.
‘Damn,’ Jin thought, still holding her in place. ‘She’s fucking strong.’ He was ignoring her twisting until she almost got loose from his hands. Angered and without thinking once again, he smashed his lips up against hers. He could feel her shock as she shrank back against the door trying to get away from his kiss. In response, he grasped her hip and shoved it against himself, enjoying the way her body felt against his. Releasing her lips, he brought his own down to her neck gently nipping at it and making his way down to her collarbone.
“Jin! Stop, ju-,” Isolia was cut off by Jin’s mouth on hers again. As his hand slid up from her waist to the back of her neck he moved his mouth from hers to her neck. Seemingly against her own will, Isolia’s body succumbed to Jin’s actions as she heard herself sigh. Dragging his mouth back to hers, Isolia’s lips parted to let Jin’s tongue duel with her own. His kiss deepened as his hand slid to the small of her back, pushing her body up against his, feeling the heat radiate from her body. Slipping his hand under her shirt, Jin ran his hand up her bare back, lifting the tank along with it. Getting to her bra snaps, he slid his hand around to her stomach. He was about to push the tank up even more when he finally grasped hold of his senses. Releasing his mouth from his, he tugged down the tank and let go of her hands he had held up above her head. Isolia stayed where she was against the door, breathing hard with her eyes half-shut. Jin, raking his fingers through his hair to tame it, took a few large breaths of air to calm him down. He didn’t want to know what could have happened if he didn’t stop when he did. He never before had felt the sexual attraction that he felt for Isolia and it partially scared him. Stepping back from her, Jin clenched and unclenched his hands, staring down at the floor.
“I shouldn’t have done that,” he said, surprisingly softly. He looked back up at Isolia who was staring at him, wide eyed. “It was stupid mistake and should never have happened.” He saw the shock in her eyes even as she quickly covered it up with a stoic look. “Well, I suppose we should head back to Phoenix’s office.” He said, surprisingly calm. “The tour can wait…” He started for the door when Isolia grabbed his arm. He tried to wrench it out of her grasp, but she was too strong for that. He looked up at her and scowled. “What?”
“Why the hell did you do that?” She asked quietly, still planted in front of the door.
Jin sighed, all his energy going out of him. “I don’t know to be honest. It just happened. I promise it won’t happen again.”
“How can you say it won’t happen again?”
“Because…I highly doubt you enjoyed it as much as I did,” Jin said, smirking.
Isolia grabbed his hand. “How the hell do you know that if you don’t give me the chance to decide whether or not I liked it?” Suddenly she pushed her lips against his. Slightly taken aback, Jin’s hand went to her shoulders, but didn’t push her away. Instead, he gripped her tightly and pulled her to him. Wrenching her hand from his, he grabbed her waist and pulled her hips against his own. She moaned underneath him and opened her mouth, allowing his tongue to duel with hers. Grasping onto his shoulder with one hand she ran her other through his hair. Pushing her against the wall, Jin’s hands went to her shoulders before letting go of her lips.
“Like it?” He asked, smirking. Isolia sighed, her eyes closed lightly. She nodded, wrapping her arms around his neck.
“More,” she said, intoxicated by the sensations coursing through her body, having no idea that those same sensations were going through Jin’s body as well.
“Whatever you desire,” Jin said, bringing his lips back to her mouth. Sliding his hands down to her waist he moved his lips to her neck, kissing it as her head tilted back in pure pleasure. As she wrapped her arms around his neck more tightly, his hands went down to grasp her buttocks, lifting her up slightly onto him. His lips moved from her neck to her collarbone teetering on the edge of going further. As he pulled her up to his waist, she wrapped his legs around his waist, hugging onto his body. Groaning, he brought his lips to her shoulder, biting gently and making her gasp. As one of his hands slipped under her tank top, he brought his lips back to hers, the greed in him overpowering his sense. Dragging his hand up farther over her back, the tank pulled up as well. Not bothering to stop at her bra straps, the tank pulled back to reveal the strapless bra she wore. Releasing her lips, he brought his down to the top of her breasts, kissing the right one first, and then moving on to the left one. Isolia moaned in pleasure as erotic sensations went through her body. “Isolia,” Jin breathed.
“Jin,” Isolia gasped, clutching his hair. “I want you.”
Jin looked up at her, her eyes half closed before answering. “If you’re sure…” he trailed off as she nodded. Grabbing her into his arms he turned to the stairs, making his way up them slowly with Isolia’s hands running over his back and chest. Pushing open the door at the end of the spiral staircase, Jin saw a long row of doors. “Which one?” He asked, shifting his eyes from door to door. When Isolia pointed to the first door on the right, Jin quickly turned the knob and pushed it open. Getting inside, Jin quickly put Isolia down before shutting and locking the door. As he turned to her, he grabbed her in his arms against, kissing her with all the passion he could muster. Lifting her up, he placed her on her bed, moving his lips from hers to the tops of her breasts. Pushing the tank off her, he attacked her lips with a ferocity he didn’t think he had in him. Her hands ran down his black button up shirt, pulling out the buttons one by one before sliding the shirt off his back, throwing it onto the floor. Sure, Jin knew he might regret what he was about to do later, but at the moment it didn’t matter. Grabbing her waist, he lifted her off the bed, placing her higher on it and towering over her, running his hands up and down her sides. In her own ecstasy, Isolia’s hands went to his belt, struggling with it but eventually pulling it off. Jin’s hands ran behind her back, unhooking her straps and pulling the bra from her chest, revealing her soft plump breasts and erect nipples. Capturing one in his mouth, he heard Isolia gasped out, arching her back to meet him and digging her nails into his back. As Jin’s other hand toyed with the other breast, Isolia’s hands moved to the front of his jeans, stroking his hardening member through the denim. Jin moaned into her skin before going further down with his kisses to her navel. Isolia’s hand went to his zipper, pulling it down and unbuttoning the top button. “Isolia,” Jin raggedly breathed, moving up and placing his forehead on hers, looking into her eyes. Her hands moved around his waist and up his back to rest on his neck as he placed light kisses over her face. Moving his lips down to her mouth he captured her once again in a passionate kiss.
They were suddenly interrupted by a loud knocking on the door, startling them both. Jin sat up and turned back to the door, a scowl on his face. Isolia propped herself up on her elbows, a frown breaking out onto her face. “Who the hell is that?” Isolia wondered half out loud as the knocking continued. Scowling, Jin got off the bed, zipping and buttoning his pants as he went to the door. Behind him, Isolia grabbed Jin’s black shirt off the floor, putting it on and buttoning up the front of it.
“Who the hell is it?” Jin yelled through the door, not bothering to open it.
A muffled “I’ll fucking kill you!” came through the door before it blew opened, splintered as Paul strode into the room, fuming.
“Paul!” Isolia yelled from the bed, Jin’s shirt half-buttoned on her. “You fucking broke down my door!”
Paul looked at her, furious before looking at Jin. “I’ll fucking kill you!” He said, lunging at him with his fists. Jin knocked him aside easily before putting himself up to fight.
“You sure about that Phoenix?” He asked, walking to where Paul stood, glaring.
“I’m pretty fucking sure asshole.” Paul spat out.
Just as Paul raised his fist to slam into Jin’s mouth, Isolia pushed herself off the bed and grabbed Paul’s raised hand. “What the HELL do you think you’re doing?!” She asked, throwing his arm back and shoving him in the chest.
“What am I doing? What the hell are you doing? You were about to sleep with him!”
“Why the hell do you care Paul? It’s my fucking life, not yours!”
Paul sighed. “It’s Jin, Isolia,” he said, trying to reason with her. “He’s a bad lot to mix with.”
Jin’s eyebrows shot up. “Well, if it isn’t the singing saint who’s talking.” Jin said.
“What the hell is that supposed to mean?” Paul asked, looking to Jin who stood smirking with his arms across his bare chest.
“Face it Phoenix, you don’t have the best background to be telling Isolia who she can and cannot sleep with.”
“You dirty rotten-”
“Paul!” Isolia yelled, stopping Paul from finishing the sentence that would most likely have gotten him a fist in his face. “Out.” She said, pointing towards the door.
Paul looked taken aback as Jin tried to hide his grin. “What?”
“Out. Now.”
Paul’s eyes narrowed, but decided not to argue. Turning on his heel he stalked out the door without looking back. Sighing in relief, Isolia sat back on the bed, not bothering to cover up the bottom of her torso where the shirt was still unbuttoned. Tugging her hands through her disheveled hair, she looked up at Jin. “What?” She asked, annoyed that he was just staring at her.
“Just thinking you’re out of a bedroom for a couple nights until the door is actually…well, a door.” He said, grinning. “My room is always opened for you.”
Isolia had to smile as she shook her head. “There are other bedrooms. Only me and Paul actually sleep here so I don’t think I need to go all the way to your apartment just to sleep.”
Jin nodded, walking over to the bed and sitting down next to her on it. “So, I take it that’s why he’s pissed he caught us in here?”
Isolia chuckled. “Paul hates you Jin. And he’s protective over me. Put those together and it ticks him off beyond anything.”
“Well, I guess he’d hate it if I did this…”
As Jin’s lips touch Isolia’s, his hands went to her waist, going underneath his shirt to feel her bare skin. Isolia’s hands went to Jin’s neck, bringing him closer as he pushed her back onto the bed. Opening her mouth under his, her hands went to his chest, tracing the outline of his hard muscles. His mouth left hers to go to her neck, kissing it gently before tracing it down to where the buttons on his shirt made a ‘V’ just above her breasts. Sighing, Isolia moved her hands from Jin’s chest to his arms tracing his biceps. Lifting himself up from her, Jin looked down at Isolia, pushing her curly hair out of her face. She smiled up at him. “I guess he would hate you for doing that.”
“Well, he’s going to have to get used to me, isn’t he? Since I’ll be working here.”
Isolia’s eyes opened wide in surprise. “You’re what?” She asked, pushing herself up on her elbows. “You’re working here!? Since when?!!”
Jin sat back. “Since today, I suppose. Why do you think I’d be here if it wasn’t something I had to do?”
“Oh, so you have to work for him? What the hell didn’t you tell me before?”
Jin shrugged, slightly annoyed that she was looking at him like he just told he was a murderer or something. “I thought Paul told you.”
“If Paul had told me I don’t think I would have…” she trailed off, pushing herself off the bed and pacing the room.
“Wouldn’t have what Isolia?” Jin asked, irritated.
“I don’t know Jin. Maybe I wouldn’t have been so fucking rash in my actions.”
“So, if I had just been here a fucking day or two you would have done anything, yet since I’m actually working here, against my own will by the way, you don’t want anything to do with me.”
“Jin, stop okay?” Isolia said, rubbing her temples with the tips of her fingers. “I just, I don’t know. Maybe it all came out wrong. Thing is, you’re here constantly now. You’ll be living down the hall from me. It’s awkward, is all. I just think that we should avoid each other for a bit so everything can just calm down. Especially Paul,” she ended, looking sideways at him.
Jin let out a short laugh. “Since when do I give a shit what Paul thinks? Listen, I don’t need this money from this job. I don’t need this job. I’m taking it for personal reasons. That’s it. Before long I’ll have this place under my thumb.”
Isolia shook her head. “You’re such an ass.”
Jin stood up, walking over to her. “I’m an ass you wanted to get into bed with though, aren’t I? And I’m the ass of whoms shirt you’re wearing. Of which, by the way, looks pretty damn good on you but even still makes me want to rip it off your body. And since we’ve already been physically forward with each other, I don’t think saying that is forward at all. And if I have my way, not only will I have this place under my thumb, but I’ll have you also.”
Isolia backed up. “Don’t you even think about it.”
Jin smiled smugly. “Don’t even think about what Isolia? Kissing you again? Taking off your shirt? Finishing what we started already?”
“It’s amazing how people change within moments,” Isolia scoffed, clutching Jin’s shirt closed.
“No need to do that,” Jin said smirking. “I mean, it’s not like I haven’t seen that part of you before. As for the bottom,” he said, closing the space between them and clutching her waist with his hands. “I’d love to see that part.”
“Jin, don’t you even-”
“What? Do this?” Jin moved his hands up her back, pushing her body to his. “Or this?” He said, leaning down his head and nipping at her neck.
“Jin!” Isolia snapped, pushing her hands against his chest and trying to ignore the sensation going up her back as his lips connected with her skin. “Please, stop.”
Jin stopped and looked at her. “Are you trying to tell me that whatever you felt at first was fake?”
Isolia bit her lip, looking up at him with wide eyes. “Jin….I just-”
“Forget it,” Jin said, cutting her off and stepping back. “Fuck it all, alright? I work here now, there’s no simple way to avoid me but I sure as hell will try to avoid you. I don’t want to reawaken fake sensations again.” Turning he started walking out of the room. When he got to the broken down door he turned back to her. “Just to let you know, I’ll make sure to steer clear of your damn room while I’m here too. Oh, and keep the shirt. I wouldn’t want to have you come near me just to give it back.”
After he left, Isolia sat back on the bed with a million thoughts running through her mind. What the hell just happened? Why the hell did Jin snapped at her like that and where does he think he had the right to speak to her like that? Lying on her back she closed her eyes and wondered how the hell she was going to deal with tomorrow.
