The blue eyes slipped open, the smell of smoke and ash filling his nose. He lay in arms; that much was obvious. The sky was gray from clouds and smoke, and it took a second for his sharp eyes to adjust.
“It's all right.” A voice said. “You're safe now.”
He glanced at the face to the arms that held him. A human. He tried to push out of the arms, but a woman laid a hand gently on his shoulder.
“We won't hurt you. We're in the lower area of Ozette, where the fire's haven't spread.” Her smile was soft, eyes probing. She was very knowelegable. He let his eyes trail the group. A girl with pink pigtails, the chosen of Tethe'alla, the duke of Altimaria, a young ninja woman who's shirt couldn't possibly go lower without spilling her breasts, the chosen of Sylverant; the boy that held him was dressed in red, and the woman had soft silver hair, and blue eyes. She was half-elven. To her right was a boy, and he felt awkward that his eyes stayed longer on the boy then they had on the others, without him realizing it. He had soft lilac hair, the side tails trailing down past his shoulders, a small, button nose that flared when their eyes met, his own ice blue colliding with the innocent blue of a child. He looked only to be about twelve, but he himself didn't look much older, did he?
“Would you mind telling us what happened?” The woman asked.
He pushed out of the boy's arms. “The sky just suddenly lit up and angels attacked.”
“Angels?” The woman looked puzzled, if not worried.
“They had wings.” Mithos said. He glanced at them curiously. “Those with wings are angels, aren't they?”
“Cruxis...” The boy in red hissed.
“Cruxis...so angels attacked the village...” The pink-haired girl said, voice oddly monotone despite the fire that burned in her eyes.
“Presea, are you okay?” The Duke asked.
“I'm fine.” She whispered. “But, this unsettling irritation...is this anger?”
The Chosen of Tethe'alla scoffed. “I'm just impressed you survived. Are you the only one? What's your name?”
“I'm Mithos. I lived on the outskirts of the village by myself.”
“You have the same name as the hero.” The boy in red pointed out, smiling.
“Wait...” That strange, beautiful boy pressed forward, close to him. Too close. “Aren't you a half-elf?”
Startled by the comment, Mithos stepped back. “Ah...uh...n-no...”
“Relax.” The woman said. “Can't you tell? We have the same blood flowing through our veins as you.”
“But you're with humans!”
“We're friends!” The chosen of Sylverant squeaked happily.
Mithos shook his head. “Humans and half-elves as friends? You're lying!”
“No, it's true! My sister and I are part of this group!” The lilac-haired boy said.
Mithos eyes were hard, searching for any hint of deciete. He found none. But still... “Y-yeah, but...”
“Your reaction is understandable.” The duke said gently. “Ozette is particularly known for its contempt of half-elves. If you've lived an isolated life inside this village, you must have suffered.”
“I'm Genis. This is my sister Raine, my best friends, Lloyd and Colette, Sheena, Regal, and Presea.” Mithos noted the slight blush that came to the boy's cheeks when he said the girl's name.
“Hey!” The chosen of Tethe'alla called.
Genis rolled his eyes. “And Zelos.”
“What happened here?” A familiar voice called.
“Altessa?” Lloyd asked. “What are you doing here?”
“I saw the lighting of Judgement fall from the sky.”
“It was the work of Cruxis...” Presea said, voice toneless like before.
“Presea...” The Dwarf said in amazement. He shook his head. Somehow the girl had regained her true self. “How could this happen? Is this their punishment for failing?”
“What?” Sheena asked. “Punishment?”
Altessa shook his head. “It's nothing!” He called, running back out of the village.
“Wait!” Lloyd started after, but Tabatha blocked his path, arms stretched to the sides.
THE MASTER BELIEVES IT IS HE IS TO BLAME FOR OZETTE'S DESTRUCTION. Tabatha said, inflection eerily similar to Presea's.
“Altessa is connected to Ozette?” Colette asked, hands clasped in front of her chest.
YES. EXCUSE ME. I AM WORRIED ABOUT THE MASTER. Tabatha gave a slight nod, then followed Altessa.
Presea stepped forward. “I'm going to follow him.”
“But what about Mithos!” Genis called. “We can't just leave him here!”
Lloyd turned back. “Then come with us.”
“But...I'm a half-elf...” Mithos whispered, head lowering.
“That doesn't matter.” Lloyd said with a small chuckle. “Besides, what are you going to do if you stay here and the angels come back?”
Genis turned to the blonde. “Lloyd's right. Let's all go together!” Genis smiled, and walked to Mithos, holding out his hand. Mithos looked at it a moment, the slowly pressed his hand inside the half-elf's. Genis giggled and Mithos smiled a bit.
They headed to Altessa's house, not at a run, but still at a quick pace. Genis jogged beside Mithos. “So where are your parents?”
Mithos looked away. “They're both dead.”
Genis stopped, shocked. “Sorry...um...Mine are both dead, too.”
“Really?”
Genis nodded sadly.
Mithos smiled. “We're alot alike, aren't we?”
“Huh? Yeah, I guess.” Genis chuckled. “We could be great friends!”
“Friends...?” Mithos' eyes widened. He pressed close to the boy. “Do you really mean that?”
“Yeah!” Genis beamed. “Let's be friends!”
Mithos turned. “Thanks, Genis.”
***************************************************************************
Presea stood, shivering, though it was hardly cold. He shudders were wrought by sadness and anger. Altessa had been working with Cruxis, and had, under Rodyle and the Pope's orders, ruined her life. Her time would not come back.
“I can kind of understand how she feels.” Mithos whispered. “Some things never come back. Even if he apologizes, even if you want to forgive, you can't control the feelings.”
“Altessa worked for Cruxis though,” Raine pointed out. “He may know something. We should ask him what he knows.”
“Good idea.” Regal agreed. “We don' know much now, do we?”
Genis tugged Mithos' hand. “Let's go play.”
“Huh?”
“If Altessa let's us stay here, I want to play with you!” Genis smiled brightly.
Mithos bit his lip, a little unsure, then nodded. “Yeah, okay.”
*******************************************************************************
He couldn't seem to quite figure out his feelings for the half-elf. A part of him realized that they were enemies, that this boy was friends with Lloyd, son of Kratos, who had the potential to ruin his plans for the chosen of Sylverant. He had a feeling her mana signature was the closest to Martel's, so he couldn't risk his plans getting ruined. On the other hand, it had been so long since he'd felt like this toward another person. The most recent time he could recall was 4,000 years ago, when one of Kratos' lessons had run late. He'd been tired, and a little incoherent, and Kratos had had a bit of wine with Yuan and Martel to celebrate their engagement. They'd gotten just a bit too close, and things had gotten out of hand, gone to far. It had hurt when Kratos had told him it was a mistake, but he knew it was the truth, and no matter how he'd begun to feel for his teacher, they couldn't be together.
Now those same wretched feelings were back, directed at a boy who probably didn't even know the concept of sex, let alone how to perform it. Still, as Genis dragged him down the hill, he couldn't help but notice how warm the hand was that held his, how the lilac hair teased his face, the slight pants his ears picked up from the boy's running. He looked beautiful, running into the sunset on the horizon. It unnerved him, made him want...
“Genis, may we stop?” Mithos asked, voice unstrained at all.
Genis slowed. ”Why?”
Mithos raked his mind. ”So I can rest. I'm feeling a little tired.”
“Oh, okay.” Genis let go of his hand. He watched his friend lean against a tree, then slide down the rough bark to sit on the grass that shadowed it. He was a bit surprised when Mithos pulled his knees to his chest and rested his chin there. “Are you okay, Mithos?”
Mithos looked up. “Yes.” Those emotionless eyes turned from him. “Are you...worried about me, Genis?”
Genis leaned close. “Yeah. You're my friend so-”
The sentence was cut off as Mithos suddenly pulled the boy into his arms, between his spread knees. Genis gave a muffled umph as his face pressed into his friend's chest and his hands fell to the side of each of Mithos' slim hips to keep balance. A slight heat rose to his cheeks. His eyes slowly traveled upward.
“M-Mithos...” Came the startled exclamation. Mithos closed his eyes and buried his face into the soft lilac hair, arms draping around the slim, quivering frame. A hand that rest on his back pushed up the small blue coat, tugging the black undershirt with it. He trailed his fingers up the valley of Genis' spine, and the boy gasped, pressing harder against him. “Mithos!”
Genis whimpered. He wasn't exactly sure what was going on. He liked Mithos, a lot. He'd never had a half-elf friend before, so it was nice having someone like him. But now, he wasn't sure what to think. Mithos' body was warm, and his touch made his skin tingle, but he didn't understand why he had these feelings. He knew what they were; he'd read about them. And had been slapped for doing so.
They had been Raine's books, the ones she kept under the bed and told him not to touch, that they were FOR ADULTS ONLY. He'd obeyed her wishes, and stayed clear, but when Lloyd and he had dropped by the house on day, Raine hadn't been home. Of course, he'd warned Lloyd who immediately went and dug them out. He'd begged Lloyd to stop, but of course, he hadn't. Several times, Lloyd laughed and ooed, telling him to come take a look, and he's said no. But eventually, annoyed, he'd given in, and what he'd seen made him red to his toes. It explained how men and women had sex, why, how good it could feel. It explained about orgasms and pre-ejaculation, about pregnancy and the reprucutions of having sex. It even had pictures!!! How a penis could fit into something so small, he'd probably never know, but just as he and Lloyd had started to read about the emotions involved with sex, Raine had come in. He'd never seen his sister so mad. She'd smacked Lloyd clear across the room, the smacked him. She sent Lloyd home with a note to Dirk, and Genis hadn't been able to sit down properly for nearly a week. Still, it seemed even that couldn't stop his curiosity, because whenever Raine would leave, he'd get into the books, and start reading.
So he knew what he was feeling. The only problem was, these were feelings towards a woman. Mithos was not a woman, and nor was he. That's what confused him.
The snapping of buttons broke his thoughts and he found Mithos unbuttoning his small vest. He tried to pull away, but Mithos tugged him closer with a slightly annoyed grunt. “It's okay Genis.”
“What's okay?” He asked, eyes wide. He liked what he was feeling, but was also afraid at the same time. He wanted it to stop, but also wanted it to go on forever. His heart was pounding so loudly it was hard to hear the slight breathey pants from his friend. He didn't struggled when Mithos lifted the black under shirt over his head, ruffling his hair. His skin was so hot and flushed that he could barely feel the cool breeze in the air. Again, he went to pull away and again, Mithos stopped him. Small hands cupped each cheek, forced him to look into the hard blue eyes, which seems softer somehow, as if Mithos trusted him.
“Don't Genis.” Mithos' voice was barely a whisper. “I want you here, with me.” A thumb caressed the smooth cheek. Genis was definitely too young for this, but he couldn't seem to stop himself. It had been too long, his life too empty. Slowly, carefully, as to not frighten the child more then he already was, he lowered his head, and lightly, ever so softly, brushed his lips across Genis', testing the waters. Genis' breath caught in surprise before his body melted into Mithos. He liked it, liked it a lot. His hands curved up from his friend's chest to cling to his shoulders. Eyes half-lidded, he pressed up, and lay his lips against Mithos'. He spent the first two seconds trying to figure out what to do with his nose; after that he was simply lost in the sensation, and shivered when Mithos' tongue caressed his lips.
Mithos barely managed to restrain a moan. Genis' lips were perfect, not closed, not opened, just perfectly in between. It was an opportunity, one he wouldn't pass up. He let his tongue flick out, ran it over the soft mounds, heard the small sigh. The sound encouraged him, and he forced the boy's lips open wide with his tongue, pressing urgently to Genis', demanding he play. His request was not lost. Genis pressed back and their tongues wound together, each others taste and scent clouding their senses. Mithos ran a hand through the soft, lilac hair, his other running across Genis' rose-petal skin. His fingers curled around a small pink nipple, and Genis broke the kiss with a gasp of shocked pleasure. The small nub hardened between his fingers, and Mithos felt the grin creep on his face. Genis reached for Mithos' vest and tugged, then pushed it open. Unlike him, Mithos wore no undershirt, and Genis was surprised by how much of a turn-on that was. He shivered and squirmed at the fingers that rolled his nipple, heat coiling in his gut and groin. Not really sure what he was doing, he reached out both hands and grabbed Mithos' nipples. His friend sighed in enjoyment. Genis smiled a bit and pinched, loving the small sound Mithos made. Did Mithos feel as good as he did?
When Mithos pulled his hand away, Genis bit his lip, and wondered if he should do the same. Before he could decide, Mithos placed his hands on the his shoulders and pushed him back. His bare back squished the soft grass under him and Mithos' slim body hovered over him, making him blush.
Chapter 8/ section 4:
When attempting to devirginize a mate, it is best to lay them in a position that is most comfortable and has the easiest to the desired path of entry. The most common is the missionary position. It is most comfortable for the two partners and allows the most direct entry. The tearing of the the hymen should be least painful in such a position, and least damaging to the female. Bleeding is common, and may, in rare cases, continue after sex. Pain is also common, and while dull, should last for a day or two after her first coupling.
Again, he wasn't a female, but what he'd read still made him wonder. Would it be sore with a guy? He wasn't stupid. He knew how males did it, and while there was no hymen in a male, he wondered if there would be pain. Would he bleed? Mtihos had laid him down missionary. Did he know it would be painful? Had he done this before?
He grunted slightly when Mithos tugged his shorts down, leaving him in only his tight, black pants. After pulling off each shoe, Mithos grabbed his wrists and pinned them over his head together, so that he could hold them with one hand. With his free hand, he reached down. Genis cried out as his palm pressed against the tent in his pants. Mithos rubbed and Genis let out a long cry of pleasure, hips twitching upwards instinctively. Mithos quickly released the hands to pull at the pants, but stopped when Genis tried to move his hands, pinning them down again. He struggled to get the garment off with a single hand, which took awhile, the whole time Genis driving him crazy with those soft gasps as the fabric rubbed him. At last, Genis lay naked under him, and he marveled at the beauty that someone so young could have. That or perhaps Genis just reminded him of himself, so long ago.
He placed a tender kiss on the soft flesh of the boy's stomach, and it hicked with Genis' small gasp. He kissed lower.
“Mithos! What are you-? Ah!” His yelp rang in the quite woods as Mithos' soft mouth covered the small head of his twitching member. “Mithos!”
Mithos released his captive's hands to hold down his hips as the started to arch so he didn't gag. He slid his mouth a little more down the hard shaft, able to take quite a large portion in because of the small size. He was thankful that, while on the small side, Genis was still a little big for a child his age. Hands dove into his hair, and his soft lips broke a smile around Genis' pulsing shaft. Genis pulled a little and he chuckled at the boy's eagerness. He never expected the boy would be so responsive. He'd expected Genis to get angry or scared, not to give in so readily. After all, he barely knew Genis, and Genis didn't know him at all.
Genis was amazed. Never had even dreamed he'd feel anything so good. Something coiled in his stomach, hardening just above his groin. It made him tense and hot, and he wanted it gone, but wasn't sure how to get rid of it. The book hadn't said anything about this.
Mithos took his mouth from Genis, and licked up the side, capturing a small pearl of pre-cum at the tip. Genis' eyelids fluttered closed with a soft sigh.
“M-Mithos...” Genis whimpered. Mithos wrapped his hand around the swollen shaft, stroking from base to tip. Genis bit his lip, nails digging into the grass under him.
“Do you like this, Genis?”
“Y-yes...”
“Would you like to feel more?”
Genis nodded, hips bowing into the warm hand.
Mithos removed his hand and sat back, unbuttoning his pants. He took out him member, a slight pink tinting his cheeks as he touched himself. It felt good, after so long. He kicked of his shoes, then shifted, sliding off the tight green pants, but didn't bother with the purple bracelets.
Genis watched. Now that Mithos' hands weren't driving him nuts, the doubts began to rise. It seemed dirty doing this, and unnatural doing this with a guy. He knew what Mithos intended. He supposed that was the only way, but things came out of there, not went in. How could that feel good? Well... it would feel good for Mithos. But he hadn't thought that Mithos sucking him would feel good, but it had. So, what if he was wrong again.
“Is something wrong, Genis?” Mithos asked, making his voice as child-like as possible.
Genis looked down, away from that tempting body. “Mithos, I just... I'm a little unsure...”
Mithos stared at him a moment before a soft smile broke his face. “I wouldn't hurt you Genis. I'd never hurt you, or let anyone hurt you. You're my friend.”
Genis smiled at the kind words, then, gathering his courage, sat up. He crawled over to his friend and pressed his naked body close, lips brushing his. He pulled on Mithos' shoulders, pulling him on top of him.
“Are you sure Genis?”
Genis nodded. “I trust you Mithos.” He squeaked when Mithos lifted his legs up, draping them over his shoulders. He sat up on his heels, then reached down, and skimmed the boy's lips with two fingers. Genis seemed to know what was wanted, and sucked, taking the fingers in. Mithos sighed at the feel of that warm mouth. It would be nice to feel that mouth another place, but he needed Genis too badly to delay any longer then needed. He slid his fingers out, the scraped them against the small, pink ring of tight muscles. Genis took a breath, trying to calm himself. “Do it.”
Mithos nodded. One finger sank slowly into the heat, the saliva helping its entry. Genis tensed in discomfort, immediately not liking the feeling. It didn't hurt, nor did it feel good. It was simply invasive and uncomfortable. Mithos held just the one in, waiting until the boy's body stopped the act of trying to push out his finger. When he sighed and relaxed, he slid in a second. Genis exhaled quickly at the dull pain. He resisted the urge to ask his friend to stop and simply bit his lip. It seemed to work, until a third began to push in. A sharp cry escaped him, and he tried to pull away. Mithos panicked, thrusting the third completely in, then began to worm around, the tips of his fingers running along the velvet walls. All he needed to do was find it and...
Genis suddenly wailed, and his body gave a violent shudder. Mithos paused and Genis fell back, panting. He pressed on the spot where his fingers rested, rewarded with another cry of pleasure. When he started to move his hand Genis squirmed closer.
“Please Mithos. More...” Those soft blue eyes were pleading as they gazed up at him, and Mithos let his eyes roam. His brows slanted opposite coupling with begging eyes, damp skin, flushed cheeks, small hardened nipples, weeping shaft, and the tight walls around his fingers, squeezing, just as pleading as those eyes.
He leaned closer, pressing his lips to Genis', devouring every cry and moan of ecstasy from each press against the small gland. Genis' heels dug into Mithos' back, tiny toes curling in delight. The position Mithos had him in hurt a little, but he barely focused on that as that spot inside him was pounded repetitively, bringing him higher and higher in pleasure. He turned his head to the side to break the kiss, getting the air his lungs so craved.
Without warning, Mithos withdrew his fingers. The small body under him relaxed a little, and again those eyes turned up to him. “Don't stop.” He whispered. “Please don't stop.”
Mithos shook his head. “I won't, Genis.” Reaching down, he pulled himself to the boy's swollen entrance. The head pressed against the entry, and Genis sighed happily. Slowly, Mithos pushed in. Genis grunted cutely, then gave another sigh, pleased that it hadn't hurt as much as he though it would've. Mithos slid deeper into him and Genis moaned with eager anticipation.
At long last he was fully seated inside his friend, that warm grip crushing his eager member. He pulled out, then sank in a long stroke. Genis threw back his head and wailed in sheer pleasure, legs trying to jerk Mithos closer, arms circling his neck. Mithos built up an easy rythem, and found that if he angled his hips just so, he could drive himself strait into Genis' sweet spot, and get the most pleased cries he'd ever heard. Genis' head thrashed on the grass, his body straining for a release he still didn't quite understand. Mithos knew though. Mithos would help him.
Mithos held himself up with shaky arms, fingers gripping the grass so tightly his knuckles were white. His body demanded release, but he wanted Genis to come with him, to reach that peak either before him or with him. Sweat ran off his body, the small droplets splashing off Genis' equally damp skin. Soft nails dug painfully into his back, so hard they broke the flesh as he thrust harder and harder into the small body under him. His teeth clenched, his breath ragged through them. Genis continued to gasp and moan under him, his fingers raking up Mithos' back. An idea sprung through the haze of his pleasure and he clenched his muscles, hearing Mithos moan his thanks, and loving how much more friction there was inside him when he did this. He moved with Mithos, who rewarded him by reaching down with one hand, and squeezed his aching boyhood.
Genis' body gave a violent shudder, and his mouth opened in a silent scream as waves of pleasure burst over his skin and through his body and he actually stopped breathing for a brief instant. Mithos groaned, feeling the heavy liquid splash over his stomach, and he collapsed, cumming inside that tight cavern as he gasped. Panting he buried his face in the base of Genis' neck, unable to catch his breath. Genis panting matched his, his body still humming. They laid there like that for a while, until both were calmed.
Mithos sat up off the boy, who, not surprising, had fallen asleep. He gave a soft smile. It was late, and the others were probably wondering where they were. They'd promised to be back by supper. Grabbing their clothes, Mithos dressed himself before he carefully dressed Genis, as to not wake the sleeping child. Picking him up in his arms, he headed to Altessa's.
***************************************************************************
“Where have you two been!” Raine exclaimed angrily.
Mithos looked around. All eyes were on him and the sleeping Genis he held in his arms. “Well, we were playing and we kind of lost track of the time. Genis said he was tired so we took a rest and he fell asleep.”
“A nice story.” Zelos commented. “But what really happened?”
“It's true!” Mithos exclaimed.
Raine nodded. “Next time, I'd like the two of you back here by sunset. Different monsters come out at night, and Genis can't properly defend himself and you, Mithos.”
“I know. I'm sorry.”
Raine smiled gently. “Well, I'll talk to Genis about it in the morning. For now, could you go put him on one of the beds Altessa set up?”
Mithos nodded, and headed to the spare room.
“Well, it's nice to see that Genis has made a new friend.” Lloyd commented.
“Genis has never had a half-elf for a friend. I'm sure he feels that Mithos is kin.”
“Kin? But I thought Mithos was a half-elf.” Lloyd said.
Sheena shook her head. “You're an idiot, Lloyd.”
Mithos laid Genis gently on the bed, and even pulled the covers up over him. He looked a moment then smiled and softly brushed his lips over the boys. “Good night, my friend.”

YES. EXCUSE ME. I AM WORRIED ABOUT THE MASTER. Tabatha gave a slight nod, then followed Altessa.

“Yeah!” Genis beamed. “Let's be friends!”
Mithos turned. “Thanks, Genis.”
