Serene leaned casually against the kitchen wall. It was a bigger kitchen than when she and Cierra had first moved into Lina and Fia's little place, but that still didn't make anything more than small kitchen. This suited Serene just fine. After all, it meant that she was now much closer to Cierra than would've been appropriate if they'd been standing in an ordinary kitchen.
"Everything going OK?" Serene asked.
"Oh, I'm fine," Cierra responded, never taking her eyes off the stove. "I'm pretty sure I got the intensity just right."
"You know, you don't have to use magic to cook," Serene said.
"Oh I know, but it makes everything so much easier."
Serene gave a disbelieving smile. "Right."
Serene looked up at the ceiling and found it still incredibly low. Arcs preferred high ceilings as a rule. More room to fly around in. But she wouldn't trade in Lina and Fia's little cottage for the biggest castle in the world, not if she couldn't take the girls with her. Because the simple truth of the matter was that Serene loved them all and not just as friends. Sure, Lina could be a bit immature and Cierra was really clumsy sometimes and Fia... Fia was annoyingly flawless, but there was nothing Serene wanted more than to be with them.
Well... there was one thing, but Serene tried not to think about it too much.
"So what's cooking?" Serene asked, shaking off the depressing thought.
"Soufflé," Cierra answered, still keeping her back turned to Serene. "I'm pretty sure at least."
"Pretty sure?"
"It might be a quiche."
"You know, I may not be all that up to date on cooking, but isn't there a bit of difference between the two."
"Well, a bit," Cierra answered. "But I'm sure it'll taste great. Whatever it turns out to be."
"I'm sure it will," Serene said. "So relax."
"I am relaxed," Cierra answered.
"No you're not," said Serene. "You're fretting."
Cierra sighed. "It's true. I can Calamity Flare hordes of demons into the next world but I can't even cook properly."
"So what?" Serene said. "I'm not exactly a star myself."
"But I want to be good at cooking. I want to be useful to you. All of you."
Serene's wings perked up at hearing Cierra's voice. There was something there she routinely hid in her own.
"Well, you're not going be to very useful if you stress out over the smallest things." Serene stepped forward and put her arms around Cierra's waist. Her heart jumped a little when she felt Cierra instantly relaxing in her embrace. "So just relax."
Cierra breathed out slowly. "I'm feeling better already. Thanks."
"Anytime."
"Could you hold me like this for a while?"
"Sure."
Cierra and Serene both watched the stove carefully. Cierra probably a bit more carefully than Serene because the Arc didn't really know what to carefully watch or what to do if it went wrong.
"Serene?"
"Yeah?"
"I... uhm... I kind of want you to know you're very important to me."
"You're very important to me too."
"Thanks," Cierra said and Serene could hear the smile in her voice. "But I mean... kind of really important."
Serene pulled Cierra's body closer to her own. "Thanks. That means a lot to me."
Cierra turned around in Serene's embrace, her lips already forming Serene's name, but something else was said first. Their eyes communicated whole volumes in just an instant. And then they closed their eyes and their lips met.
Serene had never kissed any before and to her knowledge neither had Cierra. But somehow that didn't matter. It was as if they already knew each other so well that their bodies too had already learned how to please each other. The kiss deepened and as it did, Serene felt something inside herself stirring. The desire she'd felt for Cierra for quite a while now filled her and it brought thrills of pleasure with it, coursing through her veins.
Cierra put a hand on Serene's shoulder and slowly pulled back. She looked up into the Arc's face and when Serene saw the silent pleading and obvious yearning in her eyes she could do nothing but smile and nod.
With one smooth movement, Serene swung Cierra around and lifted her onto the crude, wooden dinner table. The scarlet witch looked at her, one hand on the table, the other on her chest. Serene smiled and leaned forward to give her a quick, fleeting kiss. Then she kneeled and put her hands on the redhead's knees. She met with no resistence as she parted Cierra's legs and lifted her red dress. Serene leaned forward slightly and glanced up to see Cierra's face flushed with a mixture of embarrassment and excitement and her eyes dark with lust. Then the Arc directed her attention at the glistening before her, reached forward and kissed Cierra again.
Serene could feel Cierra's whole body shudder on her lips and revelled in the feeling. Her lips parted and her tongue peeked out to taste the witch. Cierra moaned softly, her back arching as she put both her hands behind her on the table, her knees spreading even wider, though Serene didn't really need it. The dark-haired Arc kissed and licked Cierra's slit, her saliva mingling with Cierra's juices, making sure she left no bit unattended. Cierra's breathing became heavier and heavier, punctured by the occassional moan when Serene's lips brushed a particularly sensitive spot. Serene felt pretty sure that she was starting to figure out what Cierra liked most and that Cierra was too. Yet the witch made no attempt to guide Serene anywhere. If anything she let her whole body open wider, giving Serene the opportunity, the power even, to do whatever she wanted. It was something Serene could appreciate.
Serene withdrew her mouth from Cierra slowly, trailing kisses. She used her hands to spread the witch slightly, then kissed her hard, her tongue easily slipping into her.
A grunt of sheer lust escaped Cierra's lips and Serene's mouth all bit filled with her juices. Serene drank eagerly, her tongue exploring Cierra's inner walls. She could hear the redhead's breathing coming in shorter, sharper bursts. Serene pressed forward, probing Cierra as deep as she could. Suddenly she felt Cierra's hand on the back of her head, pressing her hard against her as her writhing body shuddered. For a brief second Serene was worried she might choke on the juices flowing into her mouth, but that fear soon went when Cierra put her hand back on the table and rode her orgasm for as far as it would take her. Serene kept kissing and licking, trying to make sure Cierra's orgasm would take her far and then further still. Cierra's arms gave way and the witch fell onto her back. Serene doubted the girl had noticed the impact of the table, not with the way she was still moaning and writhing.
Eventually, Cierra's body calmed down and, presumably, so did Cierra. Serene carefully withdrew her tongue with her and placed a few more soft, gentle kisses on her flesh. She looked up to see Cierra was sitting up again, smiling down at her with eyes filled with lust. And love.
"You're a mess," Cierra said.
"I'm a mess?" Serene said, smiling.
"I came all over you," Cierra said. She took Serene's face in both hands. "Here, let me clean you up."
And with that, their lips met again, softly and lovingly.

Lina breathed out deeply, her chest heaving, her hand still between her legs. She couldn't believe what she'd just seen and heard. Or, rather, she could believe it. Serene kissing Cierra between her legs was an image that could've come straight out of one of her many and varied fantasies. Really, the only thing that had been missing from the whole scene was Lina herself.
But she felt very confident she would be able to rectify that situation pretty quickly.
