Aerith looked up as the bell signaled that somebody had entered her shop. She was surprised that somebody was there. Normaly no one entered her flowershop so late.
Her gaze drifted towards the young man standing before her flowers. He looked like someone she once knew, but that couldn't be the same person, because the boy she meant was long gone and wouldn' come back either.
She examined him and had to say that she couldn't deny that the man was handsome.

He stood at 6 feet was slim but muscular built. His long legs were dressed in the same leather trousers that Leon wore all the time, also with many belts around his hips. His white shirt was only partly visible due to the waist-long leatherjacket.
His long mahagony hair was elegantly braided and fell past his shoulderblades and his hands were clad with black gloves that seemed to be made of leather too.

But what surprised her were his eyes. She knew this eyes, they had laughed at her often, but that couldn't be...
It couldn't be HIM...

A slow smile spread over the handsome face as the man saw that she recognized him.

"Aerith..." his melodic voice got her out of her stupor and she ran out to him and jumped in his arms with a squeal...

"SORA!!! Oh my god! WHAT are YOU doing here?"
He laughed out loud as he engulfed her with his strong arms.
She was laughing also and huged him hard.
"Where have you been? We were so worried..." At that moment she hit him upside his head. "You stupid moron..."
Ashamed and somewhat hurt, Sora gazed at her and was surprised to see tears form in her eyes.
"Aerith? What is it? Why are you crying?" He asked with a small voice.
"You've got no idea how hard it was to live with the knowledge that you weren't coming back. First we all thought you were dead and we were devastated but when the letter from king Mickey came that said you were back to your island and couldn't come back we all cried. Even Leon. He was totaly out of it. He spoke to no one for 2 whole weeks. He almost ate nothing and was always up in his rooms."
Sora gazed at her with eyes full of tears and engulfed her again with his arms.
He spoke with a broken voice as he laid his cheek on her head.
"You have absolutly no idea what it was like for me. There I was back at my island and I knew I couldn't see you again...
You were and are my friends and I have to say the best set of friends I ever got and I couldn't come back to you. I cried many nights and would dream about you guys."
Aerith relaxed in his arms as he spoke to her. She was astonished as how mature Sora had become.
His scent was that of a night at the beach with the full moon above them and the sea that played a lullaby to show you the way to dreams full of adventures and romance.
His voice sounded like the wind that played with your hair on a sunny day.
And his body felt like a rock to hold back the crushing waves.

Yes, you could say she missed him. After all, he was the boy who gave her the opportunity to open her heart to her husband in the first place...

"Oh I can't hardly wait to tell the others that you are back. They are going to flip." She was estatic. But the next moment she pushed him back and her eyes widened.
"There aren't new Heartless, are there? We don't have to fight again, do we?" She asked with panic in her voice.

Sora laughed. "No, no! There aren't new enemies as far as I know. I just found a way to come back to you."

"Oh good. For a moment I thought we had to fight again."
She got back behind her sales-counter.
"I just need my keys than we can close this shop and go over to Leon's.The others have to be there already."
And with that said she got her keys and her bag and came back to stand before Sora again.
"You are going to stay, aren't you? You won't go back again, will you?"
She asked with a desperate look in her eyes.
Sora smiled as he heard how he was missed.

He could still remember the way he felt as he found out that he couldn't go back. He also remembered the odd way he felt whenever he was around other people at home on the islands. He guessed it had to be like that because nobody could remember what happened, even Riku and Kairi. He was the only one who knew what happened in the one year they were absent.
He always thought he didn't belong there anymore. That was why...

"Sora an earth! Hey where were you?"
"Huh?" was all Sora could say as Aerith's voice shook him out of his thoughts.
Aerith was smiling. "You were somewhere far away by the way you looked."
Sora smile turned sheepish. "Ah, just rememebering the past. And for your information, I am planning to stay here. There is nothing back at the islands that's holding me back."
Aerith looked up at his words and her eyes narrowed.
"Hmpf, when we're at Leon's you've got to tell us what happened in the last years."
And with that she spun around, grabed his arm and draged him outside, where she closed her shop.
"C'mon! Let's go to Leon's..."
And soon they were on their way through the dark streets to Leon...

Anyway, I just wanted to thank you and at the same time apologize for mistakes that are in this story.
I can't help them, I am german and my english isn't the best.
But I try.
I would be happy if somebody would want to be my beta, I could use one...

Now, about this story:
I am writing this story original in german but I'd like to write it in english also.
My german story will have fewer chapters because they are longer...
I also don't know how often I have the time to write at this story because the only time I could is at nighttime when my son is sleeping.
I will try to up-date at least once a week, maybe two times a week.
I also don't really know how many chapters there going to and where this story is leading.
I am thinking about it at the same time I write.

Also, I'd like to warn people who like Riku and Kairi, they're going to be "bad" people in this story.
I will write them as people who can't and won't understand homosexual people.
That doesn't mean that they are really bad, they just don't know better.
It's the way I wanted them to grow up. They live on an Island as you can remember...
But they will play a role in this story and will show up later on...
There's going to be lemon, not here but on my homepage, but the major part will be the way Sora and his love fight the day to day gaybashers and maybe a little advernture...

But, and here it comes, I will stop this story if there is nobody who wants to read it, so PLEEAASE send a review.
I would be forever gratefull...
