For those who are reading this story, please also read 'Remember You' in the YYH, Yaoi section. Pretty please! I know, my story can be kinda slow, but when it picks up, I'll make sure it takes off!!
It's been three years. Three long years since Sora had seen Riku since he had gone to live in London. Of course he and Riku had been sending each other e-mails for ever since. AAlways ending their e-mails with 'I miss you. ' But e-mails weren't enough to satisfy him, he wanted to see
his friend, and actually talk to him in person. Sora ran a hand through his cinamon hair and sighed as he stared out to the figures passing by outside his mother's car window.
" Now remember, Sora. " his mother chasitized. " I might-- "
" --be a little late. " Sora finished. " I know, Mom. This is the billionth time you've told me this. "
" Just making sure, you're forgetful, you know. "
" I don't forget things. " he said bored.
His mother gave him a meek smile as an apology.
Sora had been taking piano lessons since Riku left, although he had never told his friend, purely for the fact that it was fun keeping secrets to yourself, not even Kairi knew he played piano. And he made his parents promise never to tell anyone. His piano teachers was a
blonde named Cloude Strife. He looked enough like him to be his brother. But although they were alike in appearance, their personalities couldn't be farther apart. While Sora was obnoxious, warm, and loving, Cloud was quiet, cold, and quiet un-lovable, as hot as he looked.
Piano lesson had just ended and Sora was waiting for his Mother. A perfectly good grand piano stood in the room he was waiting in. Once in a while, his sky blue eyes would flick towards the piano's keyboard. 'Must... play... No... must resist....' he thought to himself. But despite his efforts, he found himself inching toward the piano keys. And as his finger stroked upon the first note, Sora was caught inside the piano's enchanting melody. He began playing Pachebel's Cannon. A favorite of his. As his fingertips danced upon those keys he always envisioned a story along with this song. A clear diamond-starry night, upon a white-sanded beach. The waves filling his ears, as the salty sea air filled his nostrils with their ticklish breeze. The stars seemed to twinkle with the tune, as the waves became their metronome. He and Riku sat there, on the sand; Right next to the surf. Riku's angelic silver hair that made him seem so enchanting. His well-toned muscles that seemed to ripple like the water. His aquamarine eyes, that seemed to glow so softly... Closer and closer their lips became drawn together... inch by inch... then...
The song ended.
Sora breathed a sigh of relief as his urge was satisfied. [A/N:Ooh... that sounds naughty... :P] As he was closing his book her heard a long applause.
" Hey Mom, " the brunette said turning around. " What took you so... " his voice trailed off. For who stood there wasn't his mother. But Riku. He hadn't changed at all. Still angelic. Still so... perfect...
" I didn't know you were so musical Sora. " Riku said smiling. " You never told me anything! Not in the three years we've been exchanging letters. "
" Ri...Ri... " Sora fumbled with his words as he tried to sputter out his friends name. 'Riku... it's really...'
" It's really you! " Sora cried happily and threw himself into the silver-haired boy's arms.
" Hey! You got heavy! " Riku said.
Sora ignored this comment for once, for he was too busy in his excitement.
Sorry! I know it's short! But I gotta go! Please review!!
