Homecoming
A/N: Uh, I don't know what to say... yeah...Review! That makes sense. So review since if you tell me what you thought I can actually know what to put in the next chapter, or maybe some suggestions for me would be nice too. Oh yeah, I'm a HUGE Green Day fan, so if you are too you can notice all of the Green Day references in there. If you ask me nicely I might even put a few Dominated Love Slave hints in somewhere too ;)
Getting Home
It was raining down in the city. The people moved across the sidewalks in a hurried fashion, trying to get to work, trying to get home. It really didn’t matter to the civilians where each other were, it was just the fact that there was another slab of flesh in the way of them completing their task of the moment.
Yes, that was one of the things which Kix found disgusting about this city. She loathed almost everything about Dawn City, but the fact that no one cared for each other was something that used to get on her nerves. That was until she turned 10. When she was younger and she saw random people crawling on the ground splattered in blood and bruises they had no will to move anymore when they would pass out on the sidewalks of Dawn City, she would run to their slowly dying corpses and try to help them. To make them better, to heal whatever was ailing them. Little did she know at the age of 7 that these men she was trying to help were being beaten to death by her father’s employs for one reason or another.
Kix remembered this all clearly. She was 5 and an old man laid on the sidewalk being drenched by the ice cold rain murmuring about his wife. Young Kixara didn’t think it possible then for the old man to be making sense in his words, but there she ran to the dying man. She ran in her red little rain jacket and boots to see what was wrong, and why the man was laying down when it wasn’t time to go to sleep.
The poor little girl she was then didn’t know that this man was slowly dying as she shook his hand in a desperate attempt for him to wake up.
“Wake up! It isn’t time to sleep yet!” Kix remembered the words what were her own, but in her small sad childish voice. “Please..” Kix remembered her saying it one final time before one of her body guards had torn her away from the now deceased man.
“Dead.” Kix said softly to herself as he repositioned herself on the cement wall of a building. She now moved her left leg up and let it leave a muddy boot print on the wall where she lazily leaned against, her arms folded in to her as she watched the people’s feet make sloshing noises from the rain puddles.
'Fucking cattle. That’s all you do, isn’t it? You all just try to avoid each other. Good thing too, you’ll get your wallet stolen in a snap. Because that’s all you care about. Munny. Greedy little bastards.'
Kix stopped her thoughts, the sky’s clouds were a darker grey than normal. This meant that night was coming, and she needed to get across town soon. So with that she picked up her lonely bag and started to walk to the other side of town. To where her fate would’ve lead her sooner or later, she had hoped it would be later, but it was time to get going to where she hadn’t been in 5 years.
She sighed, it was after the Kingdom Hearts incident, but what would happen when ‘Daddy’s Little Girl’ has come home after she had run away at the age of 13? Kix gave a sneer. She hated to be called that. ‘Daddy’s Little Girl.’ It was completely the opposite and that’s what they all had found funny when they gave her that name.
But in reality would she really be allowed to go back there? After running away, it was unlikely. Running away at 13 when you’re a teenager didn’t help either. She’d hear a whole load of laughs and bull shit from Leon when she got there. Bull shit about how much ‘drama’ and ‘angst’ she put them all through when she was a teen.
'Fuck Leon. Fuck Cloud too. Its no doubt that he’ll join in too. Hopefully they’re off somewhere on a job. I don’t need two assassin fuck offs to deal with right now.'
Kix was trying to put herself together. She needed to be ready to face Leon, Cloud, Yuffie, Aerith, and even Sephrioth if it came to it. But most importantly she needed to be ready to face her father.
Finally after walking in the rain for so long she came across the building she needed to go into. It was once a hotel about 60 years ago, but then some woman torched the whole place when she found her husband in bed with another man. Kix found it disgusting that her father had bought it and made it so lavish. It fit his tastes though. Lavish was what he was, and there was no use to try to convince him that anything lower would be best.
At least the building wasn’t like that on the outside. It was still as rundown as it was 60 years ago after the woman had murdered everyone inside, you could see some of the burn marks on the sidewalk outside the building still. Fitting in perfectly with all of Dawn City. Rundown, savage looking, those were two words to describe Dawn City. Kix found it such a shame that Dawn City was once the capital of this world. It shone brightly in pride and glory once, but now it seemed like it was just another broken home.
Kix shook her head, it was a shame. So much greed, so many lies, and sex ruled this place now. Munny was one of the only things that could keep you alive if you were new to the city. But this was home. This was Kixara’s own Boulevard of Broken Dreams. She knew better.
When she reached the front doors of the hotel to which her father owned as his favorite headquarters she saw two young boys guarding the doors. One with blond hair that covered his eyes, the other had no hair. Kix could tell that Cloud had gotten to him and shaved his head clean. Too bad though, Kix could see that his hair was once a red color. They both eyed her suspiciously and moved in front of the entrance.
“Do you have a problem with me?” Kix stated. She didn’t want to play games. Least of all with some two new faggots that looked like they were recruited yesterday. They made no sounds or movements. They just stood.
Kix was tired of this game already, she was tired in general, and today was going to drain what little energy she had. She wasted no time my grabbing the blond one’s shirt, tugging him down and speaking to him directly in the eye. “You two little bitches are going to move. Because I’m the suicidal commando that your momma talked about and I’m not going to waste my time on maggots. You hear me?” she meant business and was stern. She didn’t want to have to beat newbies to a bloody pulp just to get inside.
The blond one gave a small gulp as the bald one took a step towards Kix, gun raised. Kixara’s gaze moved from the blond one’s eyes to the bald once red head. “Do you really think that gun is going to help you when I break all of your fingers and tie them together with your tongue?” The bald red head dropped the gun to the ground with out hesitation. This was when Kix let go of the blond one and pushed him towards the wall where he once was standing.
“Good. Now be good little boys and keep everyone out. I mean everyone. So if anyone, I mean anyone, has a problem with that tell them to come and visit me in room 217.” Kix was smiling as she said this in the most cheerful voice she could as she walked inside the building.
'After all this time. I’m back.' Kix made a little scoffing noise like and rolled her eyes. 'Its going to be something when those fuck wads at the door don’t let Leon or Cloud in.' Kix just shook her head. She did need to get to room 217, there wasn’t much to unpack, but the sooner she was settled the sooner she’d be meeting with Good Old Dad.
Kix did examine her surroundings though, still as lavish as ever. But there was a new touch in the lobby, the ceiling was painted with angels looking down from the heavens. How amusing. Kix gave a little chuckle, she found it funny that there would be angels looking down examining you when she knew well enough that it was soon to be her fate to be examined and picked away by her own kin. It was a little joke to her father, and she knew it. A simple task to have someone paint this, knowing that one day the angels would have more than a purpose than a decoration. That they the angels would be a bittersweet homecoming present to his little girl.
Kix gave a small smile at the angels above her head and continued on to the elevator. It was a good factor to have her room be located underground. Another flaw in the building is what Kix had always thought it, but now she saw the great advantages of battle tactics in being underground. She herself had only uses the tunnels under Dawn City as a training tactic with her defense teachers, and to run away from everyone for a while. But now, as she was older, she saw what the real meaning of the tunnels were.
Here. This was the hallway to her room. Kix rolled her eyes when she saw that from the underground levels of the building being bare and crude when she was a child, that they were just as lavishly decorated as the lobby and upper floors. There were even the vases with fresh flowers in them every 10 feet that were located upstairs. Same type of flower too. It must have been a new thing to have fresh flowers in the building brought every day because Kix had never seen this done when she was here.
Down the hallways she walked until she reached room 217. It was always her favorite. She’d never tell anyone why, but she did like this room best in the building. It even was favored over her official flat which was one floor under her father’s office. The flat was a gift on her 11th birthday, instead of her own room as she asked, she was granted with a full flat. Kix even had that key with her. That level of the building was locked of course, only she and her father had keys, so she supposed nothing had been changed. But this was of course time to be underground somewhere where she wouldn’t draw so much attention.
As she pulled a key chain from her pocket four keys were there. One to her flat, one to room 217, one to her car, and one to the trunk of the car. Besides, there was no need to bring her car here, and no need to keep anymore keys since she wasn’t traveling. Finally she opened the door. After all the time of waiting, she might get some sleep before she faced her dreaded kin.
Walking in she threw her bag down on the first patch of tile floor. Off when her shoes, while she hung her jacket on one of the kitchen table chairs. No lights were on, there was no use in having them be on anyway. She was just going to walk through the living room, flop on the bed and sleep. All the doors were locked, no windows, and she didn’t really need to unpack. So that’s what Kix did. Walking through the living room she made sure the television worked, turned it off again, and went to flop on the bed in the next room on the bed.
'Business can wait until I get some sleep...'
That was Kixara’s last thought before she drifted into a deep sleep. The Homecoming would have to wait for a little while.

A/N: I'm so glad you lived the first chapter! Even after all the Green Day little throw in's you should be fine!
Riku: What are you on? The Green Day shit was so annoying that even I, The Great Riku wanted to hurl.
Soda Pop and Ritalin. Hey! You be quite! You're not even meant to be here yet. Who let you out of your cage?
Riku: Uh...*looks around nervously*
I thought so. Now get back in that cage!
Riku: *swearing under his breath*
Damn right.
