Forgive and forget
Bennal was completely smashed in no time. Allanni was sipping at the first drink. Finally I walked up to him. It had taken me most of the night to work up the courage. He looked up at me and his eyes widened.
“Tilla!” He gasped then quickly looked away, as if ashamed.
“So you’re Tilla!” The drunk blood elf said standing up to face me. “You Kal’dorai bitch!”
“Bennal!” Allanni scolded.
“No, Allanni. He’s right. I was an absolute bitch. And I’m so so so sorry!” I said. I looked at Bennal. “Please allow me to speak with him.”
He was taken aback by my submission to his insult. He blinked in drunken confusion before sitting back down.
I looked at Allanni. “Please, let me explain myself.” I said. He nodded softly, looking afraid to hear it. I sat beside him. “Allanni... I didn’t recognize you.” I admitted. “You’ve grown up a lot.”
He blinked. “But... ya called out me name.” He said with a blush.
“That’s why I ran off. I didn’t think you were you and I thought I called you by someone else’s name.” I said. “I realized I used the you I thought you were as a substitute for you because I missed you. The entire time all I thought of was you, not realizing you were right there in front of me.”
“Ya... ya weren’t disgusted by me?” He asked timidly.
“No! Not at all!” I said firmly then threw my arms around him. “And had I realized I’d called out the right name, I’d never have run off on you. I’m so sorry for hurting you. Please, please forgive me.” I tried not to cry, but I was so miserable for what I’d done to him.
He lifted my chin and kissed me softly then wiped away my tears. “I’d fagiven back when I t’ink ya were disgusted. Of course I fagive ya now.” He said softly.
I heard Bennal sigh. “My poor cousin. Stuck loving a Kal’dorai.” He said.
“Oh, ‘ush.” Allanni said. “Ya fell fa de ‘uman girl.”
“That’s different!” Bennal gasped.
“’ow?” Allanni asked.
“Because the Sin’dorai were still part of the alliance when I feel for her. And she died of the plague only a month before the fall of the sunwell.” He said. “There was no cross faction love and certainly no loving of a Kal’dorai involved. Poor cousin. You should have found yourself a nice Sin’dorain girl. Much prettier.”
“No. Dey be to tiny fragile. I always t’ink I gonna break dem jus by lookin’ at dem.” Allanni said. “Besides... stuck up bitches... Tilla ‘ere, on de odah ‘and, be sweet, and gentle an I don’ feel like I gonna break ‘er.”
“You won’t break me, I promise.” I said.
“Good. I be sad wit out ya.” He replied and kissed me again. “But, Tilla... ya said before dat dere gonna be an ‘us’. Did ya change ya mind?”
“No. I still think this isn’t going to be easy. But... I’m willing to risk it.” I said. “I can’t take being apart from you. And I’m so tired of closed minded morons in the Alliance.”
“Trust me, Kal’dorai... it’s no easier in the Horde.” Bennal said.
“Cousin, please. She be me mate. Use ‘er name.” Allanni said. The word sent shivers of joy through me. His mate. *squee*
“Yeah yeah. Fine. I’ll try to be nice to her for you, little cousin.” Bennal said.
“T’ank ya.” Allanni said.
“Thank you, Bennal.” I said to the highly drunk blood elf.
“You two have fun. I’mma go get laid.” He said and walked off.
“Ya do dat.” Allanni said.
“So... you wanna go get laid?” I asked him with an innocent smile.
A grin spread across his face. “Ya, girly. I do.” He said. Hand in hand, we headed to a room. I love him. Always. Times are going to be tough, but I know we can get through it together. As long as he’s by my side, we can do anything. Me and my furry love.
