"Hoshi get down here now!" said a deep voice. Cream turned around and saw Knuckles with Tails and Sonic and Shadow come up behind looking at the little fox in the sky. "Yes Poppa." and down he flew. "How many times have I told you not to fly to high?" said Knuckles. "I knew you shouldn't have taught him to fly. He was going to fly to high." Knuckles said and turned around looking at the others.
"He's only supposed to, to get to places or to get away from things, animals, or people." said Tails looking at his son who was now on the ground.

"Chaos you know better then to run off without us." said Sonic looking down at the young dark blue hedghog. Chaos looked up at Sonic and smiled.
"Sorry Daddy, but I wanted to see Hoshi and how high he could fly." said Chaos looking up at his two fathers. "You heard your father, you don't do that without us, okay?" Said Shadow in a stern voice. "Okay." Chaos nodded in agreement. Hoshi walked up to chaos and said, "Did you see how high I was going Chao-chan?" Chaos looked at him and smiled. "Yes I did. Wish I could fly." Hoshi looked at his friend in confusion. "I thought you could. Isn't that what your shoes do?" Chaos shook his head in a negative. "No they give me blasts and bursts of air that allow me to hover for a little while or jump to higher places. I don't skate like Dad, but I can run as fast as Daddy does."said Chaos blushing at Hoshi.

"Well now that all of us are here why don't we go inside the house and eat something. I know the others are waiting for us." said Sonic holding Shadow's hand. "Yeah food! Race you Hoshi-chan!" and off ran the two to the house with the others right behind them. "You know. I wonder if those two will become more then friends someday." said Shadow wrapping his arm around Sonic's waist. The group walked back to the House, upon arriving they saw the two youngsters outside laughing as they panted from their play. "I won Chao-chan." Said Hoshi as he smiled down at the little hog. "It is to close to dinner time and your aunt's Amy and Rouge are in the kitchen finishing our meal. So you two get inside and wash up." said A stern looking Sonic who pointed to the door. The two hung their head with their ears drooping and reached for the door. "Race ya!" Shouted Hoshi who shoved inside first followed by a little blue blur shouting something that sounded like 'Cheater!'

The parents looked at each other and went inside to the kitchen to see the woman setting the table. "Any trouble with Hoshi-kun?" asked Amy who was setting the table and looked at the young rabbit. "Not really...He sure can fly very high though." said Cream taking a deep sigh and sitting at the table. "You can fly too Cream don't be afraid to go up there and get him if he goes to high." said Rouge placing the last bowl full of rolls on the table. ''I know Mom. I should've but I was to amazed at how they learn so fast." Cream looked at the heroes and smiled. "Yes. He's only supposed to fly when he needs to. But you know eventually he was going to figure it out even without Tails' help." said Knuckles smiling at his hubby. "I know but you know. I want to make sure he can make a quick get away just in case." Said Tails sitting down next to his husband. "Well let's not waist this time argueing. Everybody dig in." said Rouge pulling out a chair for her wife, and then sitting next to her her with their daughter on the other side.

"Where are those two?" asked Sonic looking up the stairs waiting to see if he could see the two youngsters come down. "Hoshi! Chaos! Food's ready, Come down!" said Shadow. Laughter could be heard up stairs as they saw the two blur down the stairs and sit at the table next to each other. "Come on you two. Get it while it's hot." said Knuckles putting some Spaghetti on his son's plate and a roll along with a glass of milk. Sonic doing the same for his son.

They all ate in peace sharing their stories of recient events that have been going on. "Their getting big. How are you going to control them once they get older?" asked Rouge. "If they picked up any habits from you all. I think we all might be in danger." joked the bat seeing the faces of the fathers as they blushed at the comment. "Hopefully we'll be able to control them when they get a bit older." said Sonic slurping down more of his meal. The group laughed enjoying their evening.

"Daddy?" asked Chaos looking up at his Father. Sonic didn't look him in the eye but simply 'Hmphed' at the toddler as he took a bite out of his role. "Hoshi and I were wondering..." Everybody continued eating waiting for the question the young hog had to ask. Hoshi elbowed his friend and nodded his head. Chaos looked at his friend with a worried expression.
