The two qiaos.. lost?
2 days after Ce’s death, words have reached Cao Cao, who was pretty pleased.
He was constructing the Bronze Bird Pavilion, in this tower, he’ll put 2 woman and they shall be his wives. who? The two Qiaos!
Now that Ce’s gone, it’s the ideal time to make a move.
Cao Cao paid WU a visit, it was odd.
Cao Cao showed the white flag, meaning he came for peace.
Sun Quan, the leader now, came up to Cao Cao,
“Cao Cao what are you intensions here?” asked Quan.
“I’ve come to mourn your late lord, words reached me upon his death.”
Said Cao Cao.
Quan was suspicious, but there’s no way Cao Cao would lay his neck and show himself up like that.
Ce’s funeral was out in the open, many people came to mourn the late lord.
And it was too crowded to place the funeral in the church.
Lady WU, Da, brothers of Ce, Quan, Xiao & famous officers attended the funeral. Cao Cao of Wei came, they felt uneasy but it was a funeral not a battle field.
Zhou Yu heard of the curse, he went to check Ce’s health but arrived to find him a corpse. He mourned his sworn brother very hardly and swore to fulfill Ce’s wish.
Cao Cao bid farewell after the funeral and left, an odd visit but there’s no time to be suspicious.
Cao Cao’s visit was fairly part of the massive plan to take the two Qiaos.
Morning, Da Qiao is up, strange, she’s not up in her room..
Waking up, she finds pretty designed clothes laying in front of her a sign that she has to wear these. She did, puzzled, they moved her in another room, when? Out of the room she went. It doesn’t look like the castle..
A guard “good morning, lady, master Cao Cao is waiting for you in the dining room. I shall escort you there” the guard said.
Cao Cao?? Puzzled, surprised. Da asked “what's going on?”
“oh, you’ll soon know, my lady, “ that was the answer.
Finally she notices flags, not WU’s but WEI’s, how did she end up in WEI’s castle? Too many questions.
In the dining room. Cao Cao welcomed her in “Good morning, Lady Qiao. I’ve been expecting you.” Da asks, afraid now, “what’s going on? How did I end up here?”
The door opens Xiao is led up here too, face is pale, puzzled like her sister.
