Anne is happily give the Eye of Geia or Green Cosmostone to Ash, then they go back to ship.



Sith is come on the time ship, he say he come to help but he stole the Green and Red Cosmostone D Team go in the Jurrasic Period, Reese inform them Plant and Giant Insect overtaking time. D Team go to Jurassic undo the plant and insects. Where Janzark, Mihasa, Gunenco and Zapper came to attack on D Team, Bronto's Jark Destroyer hits a volcano, its eruption causes the Zanjark members to withdraw their dinosaurs. The D-Team also withdraw their dinosaurs and retreat onto the timeship. Black Cosmostone fall in Mammoth mouth, Max remember this the Fossil of Mammoth is their home, Ash manage to defeat Gel Zarks and take the Max and Rex Parents, Seth is also defeat all Pirate members to take Black Cosmostone. Ash Spiny confront Seth Crylophosaurus. Ash Spiny defeated the Crylophosaurus but Seth ran away with Black Cosmostone. Seth then go Zanjark and sreal all Cosmostone, When Jark uses his tractor beam to steal the Cosmostones, it brings them together and creates the Black Pterosaur which envelops the Zanjark Timeship.



The Black Pterosaur start attacking on all, the city Sith, Everyone, then Ash use his fighting skill to first defeat all bad people, then he use One Tali Beast and knock all the dino, then he defeat Black Pterosaur like nothing, everyone shocked after see Ash, they everyone surrendor in front of Ash. All come back to his own time left Rex with his family, Zanjark and all bad people left in Gel Jark pond. Ash after greeting all he take all the three Dinoholder of Alpha Gang and come back to Pokemon World. Ash have five dino holder then he easily give them all Liea, Yuki, Molly, Xiaoyu and Hana.

Team Rocket snatch a apple of Shroomish, the Shroomish evolve in Breloom and start attack on Team Rocket and followed them, they attack on Corphish and Torchic. Torchic evolves into Combusken, and begins a one-on-one battle with the leader of the Breloom. A titanic exchange of kicks and punches ends in a double knockout. The two Pok¨¦mon become friends, and together they attack Team Rocket. In the end, everyone sits down for a shared meal.



Ash finally reach the Fortree City, where Gym Leader Winona check the carnival festival by riding on her Skarmony, she tell Ash for next day Gym Battle. Next day Battle begins, Ash send Grovyle against Winona Altaria. Grovyle takes out Altaria with Leaf Blade. Next up is Pelipper, then Ash send Pikachu. Pelipper uses Steel Wing on the ground, and Pikachu uses Thunderbolt with no effect. Team Rocket arrives to steal Pikachu, but the force of Pikachu's continued Thunderbolt sends them blasting off. It turns out that Pelipper is being grounded by its Steel Wing, making the Electric-type attack ineffective. Pelipper uses Hydro Pump, which Pikachu uses as a conduit to shock the other Pok¨¦mon. It results in a double KO.



Winona send Swellow, Ash counters with his own Swellow. Winona's Pok¨¦mon has the advantage since it has more experience battling in mid-air, especially with its Aerial Ace. After taking several hits, Ash has his Swellow use Wing Attack on the ground, which gives his Swellow a chance to counterattack, knocking out Swellow and winning him the Feather Badge.



Ash and friends come to LaRousse City where lasers are being fired by the researchers at the green stone, which starts to glow, but there is not enough power for it to do anything else. Meanwhile Deoxys has regenerated and bursts through the ice. Ash and co. are greeted by a security robotand given passports. Some people save Ash from going the wrong way on a moving side walk, who introduce themselves as Sid, Rafe, Rebecca and twins Audrey and Kathryn.



Ash arrive on Battle Tower where he see a boy Tory which have no Pokemon, against Sid and Rafe, Ash give his Torkoal to Tory and he win, he run to his dad to say he take part in battle. Then Yuko tells Ash what happened four years ago, and that Tory is scared of Pok¨¦mon. Ash decides to try to help him overcome his fear. Tory, after freeing the Minun from earlier from a bin with a stick, goes into the gardens to meet with a strange green light. Deoxys come to LaRousse City and create a Aurora around the city, Ash show Tory to his Pikachu and all Pokemon, Tory try to touch them and he touched. Rayquaza headed back to city but he not enter the city because the Aurora around of city, Tory's father get out and see what happening, Tory, Ash and Friends stuck into building. Deoxys make copies of himself and steal the Minun and Hot Dog machine. Deoxys throw the machine in water, Yuko tell Deoxys go to underground to revive second Deoxys from green crystals. Green crystals said "friend" Deoxys said "who r u, Rayquaza try to destroy barrier.



Yuko try to to wake Deoxys but they have no power, they go to make enough power but Deoxys land in front of them Ash say we r not enemies, but Deoxys ready to attack then all send their Pokemon, Ash escape from their, Rayquaza break the barrier. Rayquaza chasing Deoxys, Ash reach the door and Pikachu freeing them by attack Thunder on dome. Ash, Tory, Plusle and Minun go back to the lab, while the others try to power up the windmills to get more electricity, using ropes, Blaziken jumping from one blade to another, various Water Pok¨¦mon using Water Gun, Flying types using Gust, Metagross using Confusion and Team Rocket pedaling a machine.



Tory turns on the lasers to wake up the green Deoxys, but they're still 20% short on power, so Pikachu, Plusle and Minun shock the machine and it works. Deoxys wake up other Deoxys ready to finish Rayquaza. Ash stop them by create Aura sphere with Forse power and heal the Rayquaza. Both Deoxys change forme and release Aurora after being reunited. The robet and copies Deoxys goes overpower and try to attack on all, then Ash use Shadow Clone Jutso and here many Ash come and Ash break all the robot and copies Deoxys, everyone shocked by see Ash make its copies of himself, after destroying all the robot and copies Deoxys all Ash disappear only real Ash left. Deoxys go to his home, Rayquaza have order to go with Ash, then he come with Ash, only Ash knowing. Ash said all to keep his secret, after greeting all Ash and co. headed to Mossdeep City.
