Fears

As the cathedral began to show decorations for the upcoming wedding in only a couple more weeks, a winter ball was being held at the Castle by the house of nobles, not only as a yearly celebration, but also a time for the nobles to drum up money from private investors for projects around the city. As King, Varian was required to attend, and Ali had come to the ball with him, the two dressed with exquisite looking outfits, Varian wearing a silky black tixedo, and Ali in a blue colored dress with golden trim. They walked around inside the event, talking with others and Varian proposing his future plans for the city as needed, talking of repairs from the recent attack by Deathwing, and adding more ships to his fleet. He also mentioned better armor for the Stormwind army, along with better combat training. Most of this however, was something Ali couldn’t understand. She looked at him, “I’ll be back in a bit, I’m going to walk outside for som air.” He nodded and she walked outside of the grand ballroom, leaning against the wall with a sigh. She knew she had to eventually get used to this sort of thing once she married him, but he had mentioned teaching her more about politics after their schedules had lightened up some, which would likely be after their wedding. As peaceful as the sky and atmosphere seemed to be, it wouldn’t be so for long. A man exited the room and neared her, slicking his hair back as he spoke, “I see you’ve managed to do much for yourself after Icecrown.” The voice struck terror into her heart as it hit her ears. She stood up straight, but not as to look at the person. She tok a more defensive approach. The man walked closer to her, “Don’t act like you’ve forgotten me already Ali. That would just break my heart.” “What are you doing here Aku?” He chuckled a moment, “You know how long I’ve been looking for you dear? I almost thought you were dead! But then I happened to discover you just seduced the king.” She glared at him, “I didn’t seduce him.” “Oh? Then why is he so attached to you?” “That’s none of your concern!” He laughed as she yelled somewhat at him, “I see now, You aren’t just a seductress, you want to make him do whatever you want to Stormwind!” If she had her weapons with her, she would have tried to slam her mace across his face. He suddenly stood face to face with her, “well, It looks like you aren’t well in the head. I’m just going to have to fix that for you, my dear Ali.” She tried to push him away, but her hands were grabbed by him as he pushed her against the wall. “Let me go.” “Why? So you can get away from me again? Not after that little event.” He tossed her to the ground roughly.

She tried to stand, but was stopped by him placing a foot on her back. He chuckled a bit as he knelt down besides her, casting chains of ice around her as he looked at her with his soulless eyes. “You know, It gets lonely without someone to sate me at nights.” He grabbed her again, throwing her once again to the ground and keeping her still with his ice chains. He knelt down in front of her, picking her head up and looking at her face, “You know I really missed being able to do this to you dear.” He moved her so she was laying on her back as he pulled the dress up, “Lets see if you still go without panties….” She tried to fight her hands down to stop him, but they wouldn’t move, “Stop it.” He sneered a bit at her, “No no….I’m going to take my time tonight.” She fought against the ice chains as best she could, but he only kept refreshing their strength on her as he managed to push her dress up to her waist and laughed slightly at her bare womanhood, “Good girl. Now I wonder if your just as tight as I remember…” He jabbed an icy finger into her, and before she could yell out for help, he silenced her with his dark magic. He moved the finger around in the dry hole, “Hmm….not as tight as I remember, but you are still fairly tight…” He undid his pants, already aroused from the though of taking her like this. His member sprang forward as he moved between her legs. Her body tried to stop him, her legs trying to close, but his steady grip keeping them opened as he rubbed the head around her dry entrance. “N…no….please…. Don’t do this to me…” Tears had begun to run down her face as she tried futily to stop the advances of Aku. She cried out as he roughly entered her, but her cries were silenced by him once again as he began to slam into her roughly, pain shooting thorough her body as he did. She cried for him to stop, but he only leaned down as he sped up, “Oh don’t worry daer Ali, It’ll be over before long, and then we can go home and you can make me a wonderful dinner.” she struggled, his words stabbing her like a knife as she tried to escape and cry out for help, but it was unsuccessful. He kept her silent with his magic, and he leaned down as he panted, “I have something for you, dear ali…” “No please…. Don’t… don’t do this to me….” She cried out futily before she felt it. The warm seed shooting into her, and filling her with more pain that she could ever imagine. She tried to fight him off as she felt it, but he stayed inside her, thrusting in a couple more times to make sure all of it was out. He sighed contently, “I’m glad we got to spend such a wonderful evening together dear Ali. I assume your bags will be packed and you’ll be in Ebon hold tomorrow then.” He wasn’t asking her if this would be true. He was telling her this would be her morning tomorrow. She only cried as he kissed her cheek, “Don’t worry the pain will be better once you’re back where you belong.” He stood, composing himself and walking off into the city, leaving the woman there to lay on the ground, crying and humiliated.

Inside, Varian walked up to Yuki, who had accompanied one of the various single nobles to the ball, “Yuki, have you seen Ali lately, she said she was going out to get some air about an hour ago and hasn’t come back.” Yuki shook her head, “No I haven’t seen any sign of her except with you.” Worry began to come to his face. “I’ll go look outside for her, sir. I don’t think she would be anywhere else..” She excused herself, walking outside to hurt for Ali. Her search was quite short however when she turned the first corner. Ali was curled up against the wall, covered in dirt from her earlier attack. She was still crying as well and her friend rushed to her side, “Ali, What the hell happened to you?!” yuki sat the crying woman upright, seeing her still curling herself up, “What happened ali? Are you okay?” She only shook her head, and looked up at her with eyes full of sadness and humiliation, “Aku was here.” The worgen took a sharp breath, “You mean…?” Ali only nodded and the dots connected in Yuki’s head. She hugged her, “It’s okay, look, I’ll get a guard to keep watch over you and I’ll go get Varian..” “No! Don’t… please… I…I…I don’t want him to get angry about this…” Yuki sighed a bit as she looked back to her friend’s eyes, “He’s worried about you, and I’m sure he’ll get angry, but not at you. He’ll be angry and try to hunt down and murder Aku for doing this to you. Don’t be ashamed of this Ali… It wasn’t your fault.” She looked aside, yuki running to grab a guard to watch her for a moment while she ran back inside to Varian, “Excuse me Varian, but I need you to come with me for now..” She looked to him and the man he was speaking with, giving a slight bow to him as she rushed him out of the ball. “Yuki, What’s going on? Is everything okay?” She sighed, “This is going to be hard for me to explain, but I need to explain all this to you right quick. I’ve got a guard keeping an eye on Ali for the moment.” She sat down on a nearby bench to tell him to information he needed to know. “In northrend, ali had fallen in love with a Deathknight named Aku. They did much together, and she accompanied him everywhere. But their relationship was rather… one-sided. He took everything he could get from her, and she gave him all she could give. He was cold towards her if she wanted something. He was only out for himself in the relationship. He even slept with numerous other women, but she stayed for some reason. And then she finally had enough. She had made arraingments with a mage to send her to stormwind to change her hearthstone, and the first place she was going was a barber shop for a change of hair. She even had a new set of armor hidden from him for her to wear to keep him from hopefully finding her.”

“The two were in the citadel, fighting against the lich king himself with things went bad. She was one of the lucky ones who escaped. She left him behind with the words, “Goodbye. Forever.” But….he didn’t die. He came back to see her tonight…” Varian stood quickly, “Where is she?” Yuki stood, leading him around the corner. As soon as she came into sight he ran over to her side, watching her shaking and crying helplessly made tears begin to well up in his eyes as he knelt down besides her. He grabbed her holding her close. The two stayed there like that for minutes as Yuki only watched, not wanting to interrupt the two. Varian petted the dirtired black hair and rubbed her back gently, tears running down his own face from seeing her like this. This sadness however was soon welled up into rage, “Don’t worry Ali….I’ll find the bastard who did this to you and kill him.” Her head buried itself into his chest. Gently, he picked her up in his arms, Her own body too confused to hold onto him. He looked back slightly over his shoulder, “Yuki, Come with us please.” He carried her up to their private quarters, opening the door and walking over to couch with her, setting her cold body down in front of the fireplace to warm up. His soon to be wife hadn’t looked up since he arrived at her side, and he was emotionally unprepared when he ran his hand under her cheeck, lifting her head up to look at him. Her eyes looked as if she was broken, filled with sorrow and regret. Tears began to run from his own eyes again. He sat down for a moment resting his forehead against hers and whispered just soft enough for her to hear, “I promise, I’ll kill the bastard who did this to you. We’ll get through this and you’ll never have to worry about him ever again hurting you.” He kissed her lips, and as he stood to return to the ball, his heart nearly broke. He didn’t want to leave her like this. He wanted to sit there and hold her close and make the pain go away. But he also knew that he had to at least talk to a couple more people about funding for the new armor for his army. “Yuki… keep a close watch on her, please?” “Of course. I know you need to attnd to business.” She looked up at him from the spot her had placed her in, her eyes crying with fear of him abandoning her. This was all it took to change his plans immediately. “Actually yuki, Go tell them I have personal matters to attend to.” she nodded again and slipped out of the room, going down to the ball and doing so. He said back down with her and held her as close as he could, tears now opening streaming from his eyes. The only things he whispered was his promise to kill Aku for this, and that he loved her until they both fell asleep crying on the couch.
