Chapter seven dash one

Eliza

"It's dark here" said Lynn.
"Well, this place isn't called DUSKwood for nothing, ain't it?"
The two friends made their way through southern Duskwood in order to reach the crossroads because they both had work to do on their own.

"So, Ely, what is it you have to do in Raven Hill?"
"I'm not sure. I know the priest there is having problems with some ghoul in Raven Hill cemetery. You know what that means? Hammer time!"
"Hmm" thought Lynn as she remembered that dream Elza had a few weeks back in Theramore Inn. "Too bad I won't be there" she said with a wink. "How can you think about that at a time like this?!? This is serious, I mean, I'm not going there for fun..."

They finally arrived at the crossroads and Elza hugged Lynn and at the same time she whispered into her ear while kissing it: "If that ghoul doesn't exhaust me too much, you might get something special tonight" "Oooh, looking forward to it" said Lynn as she smiled and went off to do what she had to do.

As Elza went on her way she thought to herself "Ah, good for her, now she'll only think about me for the rest of the day". Raven Hill finally came into view and she headed for the house with a candle on the door. She knocked and a priest opened the door and he invited her to sit at the table. "Greetings good paladin" said the priest "As you know, the priests of Darkshire are having some problems with a ghoul. They tried to purge her soul but she goes mad as soon as she sees someone alive and they can't complete the prayer"
"Her?"
"Yes" answered the priest "Eliza, the bride of the embalmer is still alive in death"
"Hmmm... Father? Don't you know I have already put her to rest some time ago"
"Yes, you did put her to rest, but the magic of the embalmer is strong and her spirit still inhabit her ruined body. In order to deliver her from this curse, you'll have to release her spirit from this... body"
'Great, an undead undead' thought Elza as she got up. "Well, no need to worry anymore father, she'll trouble the cemetery no more"

"Do you intend on fighting the dead dressed like this?" said the priest.
Realizing she was only wearing her dress, Elza said blushing "Oh, no, my armor is in my pack, I just don't wear when traveling because... well... anyway... I've got to put it on. Is there some place where I could dress?" The priest showed her to the back room.
As she got out of the house, the priest said to her "May the ligHt be with you" and he quickly closed the door behind her. "I see that he's afraid... I don't blame him, this cemetery as really been tainted by some evil power. Ah well, time to kick some rotten arse" she said to herself while seeing skeleton and other unnatural things flee before the light that was shining around her.

With each step she took, she was getting closer to the catacomb where Eliza "rested" and it was getting unnaturally dark. When she finally arrived at the catacomb, the only light shining came from her. She made her way down, meeting little to no resistance.
She finally arrived at Eliza's room only to find her surrounded by skeletons. 'Amateur' she though to herself as she raised her hand. The closest skeleton literally exploded under the might of the pure energy Elza was wielding. One by one, the skeletons exploded as Elza made her way towards Eliza. Stopping a few feet from Eliza, Elza kneeled down while taking her hammer out. She put it in front of her and she started praying. Then, her hammer started to shine with a faint white light and as the prayer went on, the light grew stronger. Fearing for her "life", the ghoul let out a howl and she jumped forward to attack the kneeling paladin. Elza quickly parried the attack and with all her might, she hurled her hammer at her foe's head. The undead was hit right on her temple and was sent crashing into the closest wall. The paladin got up as she was pulling back her hammer. She kneeled before the body and she could clearly see where she hit the head as the flesh was disappearing under the holy energy of the weapon.

Putting her hands together, Elza started praying, this time to heal. When her prayer was completed she laid her hand on the corpse. In a flash of dazzling light, the corpse disappeared and Elza found herself standing in a white world. Before her was the spirit of a beautiful women. By her look, she was about the same age as her saviour. "Thank you paladin" said the spirit "I've finally been liberated from this curse my husband put on me two years ago. May I have the pleasure to see the face of my saviour?"

Elza nodded and she proceeded to remove her helm. As soon as she had removed her helmet, her plated robe transformed back into a cloth one and when the ghost saw that she was a woman, she smiled. "You see" continued the ghost "My husband went mad when he found me with another woman and in his fury he killed me. Fortunately, my friend, a young, yet skilled mage, was able to escape before him. When he came back to his senses, he could not believe what he had done and refusing to live without me, he called my spirit from the dead and he proceeded to implant it into my dead body. As time passed, my body started to rot and I lost more and more of my sanity until I became the thing you just killed. Now my good paladin. I don't know how I could ever thank you enough for putting me out of this misery"

While she was telling Elza her story, she had been walking around her touching from the tip of her fingers. Her touch was cold yet warm at the same time, it was something Elza had never experienced before, even with Lyn. The ghost stopped behind Elza and she putted her arms around her waist. Knowing what was going to happen, and there were no way out of this white world anyway, Elza decided to relax and enjoy the moment at hand. The spirit started to kiss slowly Elza's neck while her hand were starting to explore her body. Eliza then whispered to Elza's ear "You have never experienced something like this... and you will never again... for a long time."

Elza got free of the spirit's grasp only to remove her dress and turn around to face her. She then embraced Eliza and started kissing her lips, which felt as if she was kissing pure light. Following Eliza's lead, Elza laid on her back while the ghost was pleasing her. The ghost left hand started to go down, slowly, really slowly, as if to make sure Elza would remember this moment forever. When she finally got where she wanted, she started rubbing her while her other hand was playing with her breast. Elza's breath started to go deeper and seeing she was enjoying it, Eliza decided to go down. She kissed her all the way down until she was at Elza's waist height. When she got there, she started licking the body that was in front of her. With each lick, Elza's pleasure increased and she forced the ghost's head against her. With one of her hands, Eliza started going into Elza and with her other hand, she continued to massage her breast. As Elza's pleasure grew, the spirit pulled her fingers from her and put them to her mouth. "So cold" Elza thought as she was licking the ghostly fingers in between breaths. She then slowly brought her hand back down, but instead of putting them back where they where, Eliza started to play with Elza's behind and she slowly got into her. The combined warmth and coldness of the ghost was beginning to be too much for Elza as she fell into another state of mind.

"Elza?? What are you doing there? The priest told me you never came back" Elza was still kneeling before the corpse and her helm was laying beside her. The voice came closer and when it got close enough, Elza raised her head only to see that Lynn was standing before her.
"What happened to you? .... You're crying!?!?" Said Lynn as she looked into Elza's eyes. As she was looking into Lynn's eyes, Elza understood at that moment that she could always count on her when she would need her.
"Come on" said Lynn kindly "I'll get you out of here"
Supporting her exhausted friend, Lynn started to move toward the exit of the crypt in order to reach the priest's house. There Elza could spend the night to recover.
"Guess I won't get anything special, eh Ely?" said Lynn jokingly.
"She asked me to tell you it's not your fault" replied Elza weakly.
