Da sat beside her husband all day, along with lady WU.
Feeding him, hoping he’ll grow back again.
Ce with a mouthful “I’m going to get sick! I’m stuffed!” said.
“you have to eat, you're so thin..” Lady WU pleaded.
“mom, go sleep.” said Ce.
“I’m fine, dear, you need me” Said lady WU, “its alright, I have Da, you can go rest.” said Ce, Lady WU nods, kisses her son and leaves.
“Da.. I must look awful!” he jokes, never losing his humor.
Da smiles, “you’ll be OK, you just have to rest,” said Da.
Ce sighs, he knew he’s going to die somehow.
“It was foolish of you to kill him [Yu Ji] , he could’ve cured you..” said Da, she began to cry. Soft tears.
“why the sad face? I have no regret in killing Yu Ji, what he did to me proves he’s evil, that’s all what matters.” said Ce.
“it isn’t a game, the curse might take your life!” cried Da.
“it might.” he replies, comforting her.
Then whispering softly to himself. “it will..”
“what did you say?” asked Da.
“nothing. Would you read me the story of yours?” asked Ce.
Da, surprised, “you’re interested?”
“yes, I think its time I spend time with you.”
Morning, after a Da read the story to Ce, Ce called all of his family.
He was sad Zhou Yu wasn’t there.
“this is it, I’m dying.” Ce said simply.
Lady WU began weeping, Da was emotionless.
“I lost the taste of food. I’m going to die any time now, I feel it in my guts.”
“for now, I’m saying my last wishes. Quan shall rule after me,”
He gave the seal to Quan, Quan bowed and wept.
“I have faith in you Quan, WU need you now.” said Ce.
“I trust Zhou Yu with in every core, I am sure he’ll help you to rule the land.”
Quan Nodded, “Brothers. Take care of each other, support your brother, for now he needs you most importantly.” the boys bowed. “Mother, take care of Quan. I am sorry I have to leave too.” Lady WU wept harder unable to speak. Then, finally, Ce called for Da, “Lady Qiao you and I must part half way through life, honor my mother and when your sister visits have her tell her husband, Zhou Yu, to give Sun Quan his full support for the sake of our friendship.” at night, Ce, closed his eyes and died.. At the age of 26.
