Ash and co. near to a lake, next side show Giratina is upset because the fight of Dailga and Palkia make distortion in space and time, Shaymin go to lake drink water, at same time Dailga come their. Giratina is also came their and take the Dailga to reverse world but Shaymin also go with Dailga tail. Giratina and Dailga battle, it fear the Shaymin, Giratina uses Will-O-Wisp while Dialga dodges, and Shaymin is sent flying and uses Seed Flare to reopen the portal in fear of Giratina. Shaymin back to real world, Dailga fight to come back real world, he success and lock Giralina in Reverse world by Time Loop. Shaymin come in the front of Ash, she eat the all food of their, she jump on the Ash hat and biting him. Shaymin speak them "that place" which not understand anyone, Shaymin is red from fever, they go to PC, where Ash introduce himself and Pikachu to Shaymin. Shaymin blows smoke on Ash face, she make fun of Ash, Shaymin jump on Ash head and take him where she want to go.



Ash go outside, Shaymin pull Ash head in direction where she want to go, Shaymin leads everyone to a garden triangle shaped statue, at same time statue rip and Giratina pull all them into Reverse World left Brock. Shaymin hide in Ash arm fear from see Giratina. Pikachu and Piplup start attack on Giratina, Newton appear there and said them to stop attack, Giratina use Will o Wisp but they dodge and follow the Newton, there is no gravity, Newton shows them a decide which help to exit portal from the reverse world. They see purple smoke, Newton tell them the fight between Dailga and Palkia create this, Giratina take all the smoke inside for save the world. Giratina take Dailga here to punish, but Shaymin Seed Flare help the Dailga to escape. Giratina come their and grab Shaymin, by fall Ash hat on the ground and fromt their Shaymin come he use Subsititute to escape or left fake on Giratina mouth. They all escape from portal and reach the real world, but Newton left in reverse world. Shaymin start mocking Ash, Ash not understand where she want to go.



Many Magnemite, Magneton and Magnezon appear to attack on them, Pikachu knock out many by Thunder Bolt. They go into a train, Shaymin pulls Ash ear, then she mock Ash, she smoke on his face, a man tell them Shaymin live on the top of mountain, Shaymin change into sky form and jump on Ash head. Magneton and Magnemite again show himself to attack on Shaymin, but Ash save her and Pikachu knock out them by Volt Tackle, then Magnezone come, Piplup uses Bubble Beam, Pikachu uses Thunderbolt, and Shaymin uses Energy Ball on Magnezone to send it out ofthe window and hits the wall of the tunnel.



They leave the train and take the boat to go Shaymin home. They see many water Pokemon, Piplup try to fly but he fall in the sky, Shaymin change in Sky form and fly she grab Ash and take him up to fly with her, at same time again portal appear, they all go in the reverse world again. Shaymin uses energy ball on Giratina, Giratina dodge it and use Shadow Force which throw Shaymin to back and she again change into Land Forme and ready to fall but Ash catch her, she sit again on Ash head. There Newton assistant Zero is also came, Magnemite again came and grab Shaymim and throw him the purple gas, Shaymin use Seed Flare which create a big explosion and all fall back, as they hear Giratina roar, the explosion reopne the portal and all came to real world.



Newton said them the Giratina only want the Seed Flare to regain his ability to transerve between Real World and Reserve World. Giratina came in the real world by change in Altered Forme, because of Gravity changes. Zero came their with airship, a cage came from airship and capture Giratina, red cage draining Giratina energy and Zero attached it with the airship. A red 3D diamond shape surrounds Giratina while draining its energy, as Ash and his friends look on. Newton said them he designed the airship to travel between reverse world and real world but this is danger for world then he destroyed all and blueprint, but Zero all remember it and make it with rocky terms.



Shaymin change into Sky Forme and she with Newton, Ash and Dawn followed airship. Magneton, Magnemite and Magnezone attack on Ash and friends but Pikachu and Ash manage to knock out them. Magnezone hit Mirror Shot on Shaymin, she fall down on ground, Ash grab her, Pikachu and Piplup unable to break cage. Giratina energy is drain 75%, Newton try to shut down computer to stop draining energy of Giratina. Ash use his power and break the cage but Giratina loss her 99% power and fall in water. Ash take Giratina from water and with the help of Shaymin start healing, when she full heal and wake, Shaymin hide at Ash back fear from Giratina, Ash said them he and Shaymin help her. Giratina lick on Ash cheek, at the time Zero enter in the Reverse World by the power which his ship take from Giratina.



Ash followed Zero with Giratina and Shaymin, Zero start breaking Ice Crystal and in real world Glacier break, a glacier breaks apart and slides down towards the Ten'i Village. In the temple, a Regigigas wakes up during the commotion. Zero continue breaking the Ice crystal or in real world glacier breaking, Regigigas and Ice Pokemon r use their freezing power to freeze to Glacier. Giratina use Shadow Claw to break ship, but Zero dodge it. Shaymin and Turtwig use Energy Ball, Pikachu uses Thunderbolt, and Chimchar uses Flamethrower on the ship. Zero attack them by his ship both attack collide and many Ice Crystal broke, in real world many Glacier broken, Regigigas use Crush Grip to freeze the Glacier. Ash now start use his power, he start freezing the Zero ship, but he escape from their. Zero enter in purple gas, which is danger Ash all Pokemon, Ash fresh the air by gas change in good air.



Back in real world, Regigigas continue freezing Glacier by Crush Grip, Shaymin use Seed Flare to reopen to portal. Zero attack by a beam on Shaymin but Ash block the beam and ripping the machine, he freeze the Zero ship, ship in freeze with Shaymin and Ash Pokemon all come in the real world. Ash and Giratina left in Reverse World, Ash freeze all the crystal in reverse world, Giratina say thanks to Ash, Giratina lick Ash cheek and said "I love u".

Ash not understand her, Giratina left Ash in real world, and she go in reverse world. Ash their see the many glacier are brokes, by his waterbending power he freeze them. After she change in Sky Forme and go to her home after saying all goodbye, Ash and friends see Regigigas to for a short time and Regigigas disappear. Ash secretly melt the Zero ship ice, and Officer Jenny arrest him. Ash and friend headed to Calalave City, Ash is confused on what Giratina last time say to her, what his secret is he not known.



Ash and friend reach Canalave City where many people was sleep by nightmare. Officer Jenny said them Darkrai is come their one time in year, then from Full Moon Island Cressilia come their and drives Darkrai away, but this time Cressilia not come.

Jenny take Ash and co. to Full Moon Island, where they meet with Cressilia, Cressilia come to city and drives Darkrai away, but before disappear she said by telepathy "I love u Ash", which create a great confusion in Ash. Ash is now curious to what his secret hide.
