Signas’ First Love.. Lost..
Chapter 5
Evilmon Appears
The maverick hunters, X, Soldjermon, Zero, Axl, Lindsay, Bass, Treble, and Zephyer entered Evil Forest. The forest is very dark and is covered in thick fog.
“Man this place gives me the creeps. Are you sure this is where the person told us to come?” asked Axl.
“Quit your whining. We’ll be there as soon as we get there.” Lindsay growled.
“Now, now, Lindsay. No time to get into a fight.” Said Zero who’s trying to calm her.
She snarled.
“Lindsay, what do think who send us the notes?” asked Soldjer.
“I don’t know. For months I have been looking around everywhere and have come up empty.”
“It’s true that she’s having a hard time finding out on who it is. Even with my ability to gather information has come up cold.” Said Bass. Treble roared in agreement.
They were close to where the guy said they’re gonna meet. Lindsay sensed something. She stopped.
“What is it Lindsay?” asked X.
“Something doesn’t feel right.” She said.
Zero walked passed her. “There’s nothing to worry about. Now lets go.”
She nodded and everyone went inside. Zephyer clinged to her leg. He wasn’t sure if he should take part in fighting, but with his mother he has gotten stronger. He never wanted to show his mother that he was scared. She told him to be a true warrior by not being scared, other wise enemies will take advantage of him and attack him. So he doesn’t show it.
They entered a cave that looked like a castle. It was dark and quiet and Lindsay and Soldjer doesn’t like it. They both feel that something is wrong.
“You feel that Lindsay?” she said.
“Indeed I do.”
“Mama? What’s going on?” asked Zephyer.
“Something evil is coming this way. Everyone, be on your guard!” she said. Zephyer clinged to her leg. Everyone nodded as they drew their weapons out.
The purple winged figure flew at top speed. He decided to separate the group. “Now to put the plan into motion. First Soldjer, then everyone else.” He snapped his clawed fingers.
There it is again! That evil energy! Lindsay thought. Then the ground shook underneath everyone.
“Huh!? What’s going on!?” asked Axl.
“Don’t know. The ground is shaking!” said X.
Lindsay, Bass, Soldjer, and Zero were looking around them. They can’t seem to find anyone.
“This is a trap!!” said Soldjer. The ground stopped shaking as the ground opened. They were holes.
“CRAP!” said Zero. He grabbed his son.
Everyone fell. “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!”
The purple figure laughed. “Soon dear sister, you will perish! Mwaaaaahhaaahaaahaaa!!”
Zero and Zephyer collapsed on the ground floor with a ‘thud’.
“Ow!” said Zero as he rubbed his head.
“What happened daddy?” asked his son.
“I don’t know. It seems we have been split up. Lindsay is not with us or anyone else. Something tells me that this person wanted all of us to be separated for a good reason. He wants to kill Soldjer first, then all of us.”
Lindsay and Soldjer landed as well on the ground.
“Ow!” said Soldjer as she rubbed her head.
“Damn!” said Lindsay. She was now mad. She has been split up from everyone, including her son! Zephyer, Zero. Please be alright.
Axl, X, Treble, and Bass landed on the ground as well.
“OWCH! Man my head!” said Axl.
Bass looked around them. “It seems that this was a trap, just like Demi said.”
“But who could’ve done this?” asked X.
“I don’t know. Let’s move and find a way out to meet with the others.” Said Bass.
X and Axl agreed as the 4 walked off to find a way out.
Lindsay and Soldjer were also finding a way out. It was dark. There was no light when they all first came here.
“Damn it! When I find this guy he’ll pay for this!” she said.
“Calm down.” Said Soldjer.
“I’m trying to! My son and Zero are probably lost! I must find them and protect my family!”
“I’m sure they’ll be fine. You know Zero, he’ll protect his son like he protects you. The two of you are alike.”
“I know. I’m just worried about them.” She was worried. Now she’s showing signs of love and concern for the first time. She knows that she may have to die to protect everyone. Lindsay then heard something.
“What was that?” asked Soldjer since she heard it as well.
“Someone’s coming.”
A purple winged creature flew at them and landed. “Well, well, well. Long time sister.”
“Brother!” said Soldjer. She got into a fighting stance. Lindsay drew her sword out. Soldjermon was angry. “So you’re the one that wrote the notes!”
“That’s right. I have been planning this for years, even when I was born. Now dear sister, time for you to die!!” He hissed as he flew right at her. His claws were ready to slice her.
“NOT A CHANCE!!” Lindsay said as she attacked him with her sword.
He hissed as he was hit. “Who the hell are you!?”
“That is for you to find out, when I kill you and send you to hell!!” she fired a beam shot at him from her hand.
He laughed as he dodged it. “Pathetic human!” He fired back with a Sonic Blade.
Lindsay got out of the way and so did Soldjer. “This is your brother?”
“Yes. His name is Evilmon. He’s like me but he’s pure evil, more evil than Sigma or Redips combined.”
Lindsay nodded.
Evilmon laughed. “Killing you both will be easy.” He fired another Sonic Blade, this time right at Soldjer!
Lindsay pushed Soldjer out of the way so she doesn’t get hit. Soldjermon fell only a few 1 ft as the blade hit Lindsay, at her stomach! “LINDSAY!!”
“G..ggg.gaaaahhh!!!” she coughed up blood from her mouth as she was sliced in half.
Evilmon laughed. “What a weak hunter! Now for you sister!” He was about to fire a shot at her until..
“I don’t think so.” Said Lindsay who is still alive.
Evilmon looked at her. He was shocked. “How can you survive my attack!? I sliced you in half!”
Lindsay laughed. “I hate to disappoint you, but..” Her lower body reattached back to her upper half. Evilmon and Soldjermon were stunned at what they saw. “..but I’m immortal and I can heal as well. I can’t be killed. Nice try Evilmon, but if you want to get to Soldjermon, you’ll have to get through me first!!”
“Very well then. I’ll destroy you first, then my pitiful sister!” he said as he and her got ready in their fighting stances.
