Just a little bit to tie things up, and to show that, once more, I'm not dead yet (you folks aren't getting that lucky).

Knight: Thanks for the kind words. I had to kinda force myself to hammer that last chapter out, I'm not sure how badly it's showing. >_<

Fawnheart: No nonononono, they were introduced in one of the RPG books. The bit from the games was the paladins' immunity, cause'... y'know, Arthas and them were. It's there, I know it!

Leonora and Itinahua sat by the fire, fully clothed (and armored, in the human's case), eating what remained of the day's catch. No awkward silence existed between them, but the air had a certain charge to it that was all but imperceptible to anyone who would have passed.
"Don't even think about regretting it," the tauren muttered in between bites.
The woman wiped her mouth on a piece of cloth sticking out of her gauntlet. "I'm not," the shot back. "Just wondering if it was right."
Itinahua shrugged. "If that's what you honestly think you needed, you shouldn't be bothered."

More silence passed, and as dusk began to fall, the two fishermen packed away the makeshift camp, preparing to go their separate ways. Leonora gave the tauren a hug goodbye, which the bull-man returned.
"Take care, big guy," she told him.
The tauren chuckled. "You too. And if you ever need anything you think I can help with, I'm always open."
The paladin nodded, grateful to know she now had someone to vent her frustrations to... and, if things ever got really bad, ease a bit of tension with.

You know... on the fishing lines, too.
