I envy you for being given such an important mission. I would have asked to be the commander officer for this mission, but Admiral Janeway convinced the rest of the admiralty otherwise, so don't mess this one up." "I wonder who they got for this crazy mission?" Riker asked.
"I just hope that he has experience with first contact missions." Picard said.
"Indeed he does," a voice came from the turbo lift.
"Ambassador Spock," Picard said shocked as he turns to see the aged but wised Vulcan.
"Yes, it is agreeable to be back on an Enterprise. My re-unification talks have completely stopped until Romulus gets back on its feet. This mission was so important to the Federation that the conclusion was made that I should be the one to open lines of communication with these people" Spock explained.
"Helm, take us back to the Delta Quadrant." Picard ordered.
"Aye sir." the helmsmen said and the officer set the course and punched the transworp drive to full and the ship disappeared into the blackness of space.

A few hours later, the Enterprise was in orbit around Mobius. It was a stunning sight to see. The world that was on the view screen could be consider a sister planet to Earth.
"How shall we approach this one?" Picard asked.
"We'll have to find the leader of the planet and talk to him or her alone. To pose as one of them would be...difficult at best and impossible at worst." Spock said.
"Looks like we'll have to take the bull by the horns this time." Riker said.
"I will also require Picard's presents as well. This will be a show of friendship and strength to the people of this planet."
"Censors have found what appears to be the capital city of the planet. The major structure appears to be a palace." Data said a little hesitantly.
"There ruled by a monarchy. Most federation planets have a democratic form of government. This is going to be fascinating." Spock states.
"Data, find a discrete place and send the coordinates to the transporter room." Picard said.

"Sir, a cubical object is on an interception course." The helmsman said.

"Sir, this particular cube is about 2 and a half times larger than most of the other Borg ships that we've encountered." Data said.
"Captain, we are being hailed." Lt. commander Hedly said.

"Ah Captain Jean Luc Picard, also known as Locutas of Borg. I am the supreme ruler of the Borg, Packbell." he said.

A few hours later, the Enterprise was in orbit around Mobius. It was a stunning sight to see. The world that was on the view screen could be consider a sister planet to Earth.
"How shall we approach this one?" Picard asked.
"We'll have to find the leader of the planet and talk to him or her alone. To pose as one of them would be...difficult at best and impossible at worst." Spock said.
"Looks like we'll have to take the bull by the horns this time." Riker said.
"I will also require Picard's presents as well. This will be a show of friendship and strength to the people of this planet."
"Censors have found what appears to be the capital city of the planet. The major structure appears to be a palace." Data said a little hesitantly.
"There ruled by a monarchy. Most federation planets have a democratic form of government. This is going to be fascinating." Spock states.
"Data, find a discrete place and send the coordinates to the transporter room." Picard said.
"Aye sir." Data said.

Spock and Picard were beamed into the outer chamber of the bedroom of Sonic and Sally.
"I'm hearing unusual sounds coming from the inner chamber." Spock said. Picard listened very carefully. He then realized what they were doing.
"They are..mating like humans." Picard said.
"That's one thing your two species have in common, your sexual habits." Spock retorted.
"What a common ground." Picard said sarcastically.

Five hours later, Sonic was through mating with Sally. He came into the outer chamber, which startled Picard and Spock, to see the two standing there apparently waiting for him.
"Ah, I knew I heard a transporter beam out here. I knew it was not the Borg because they would already have been in here by now. Come on in, I know you have a lot of questions." Sonic said leading the two Federation citizens into his inner chamber.
"I apologize for the smell. If I new I would have late night guests I would have worn her out in the bathroom. Don't worry about waking her...it takes her quite awhile to fall asleep, but once she's in dreamland, she stays there."
"Are you the government of this world?" Spock asked.
"If you mean I'm the ruler of Mobius, then you are correct. I don't have complete control though, I share it with Sally. Her family had the blood line that made me king after marriage." Sonic said poring some Mobian ale into a glass and drinking it. "Want some?" he offers.
"No, that's all right. So your world is called Mobius. When we discovered your worp ship, we were amazed to find a race like yours. On my homeworld the animals aren't anywhere near close to your level." Picard said.
"Yes, that's what millions of years of evolution plus no interference from greedy humans will do to a planet of this type." Sonic replied as he took another swig.
"Your planet has a hatred of humans?" Picard asked worried that this meeting might turn out just like the Federation's first meeting with the Klingons.
"I can tell that your race of humans has gotten out of the dark ages, unlike the ones that were indigenous to our world. However, you better stay away from the chaos emeralds, they have a way of changing people." Sonic said putting the bottle down.
"I am ambassador Spock, of the planet Vulcan, speaking for The United Federation of Planets. Our policy states that when a world like yours reaches the
advanced capabilities of the worp drive, the Federation offers membership to that world." Spock explained.
"Like a giant democratic empire." Sonic said.
"No, all member worlds rule themselves as long as they abide by a moral code." Picard explained.
"Ah, so you allow a world to keep its identity while being under an umbrella with other planets." Sonic said.
"Yes, that's correct. Your world is important to the Federation council because it is the first in this quadrant of the galaxy to have membership offered to it.." Spock explains quietly declining the drink.
"Okay, what do I need to sign?" Sonic said getting to the point.
"This is the official document that needs to be signed." Spock said handing a scroll to Sonic.
"I thought she would have to approve of it." Picard said.
"I can put my foot down sometimes. She'd approve of this as well. We need something to defend us against those damn Borg. Besides, if the people of Mobius think I was the one who suggested this then they would go for it. If Sally is the one to make this decision, the people would not be happy with either direction she took. Her family was overthrown by an evil tyrant. I was the one to finish the tyrant off in the first place. The people trust me."
"How many times have you encountered the Borg?" Picard asked.
"More than I want to remember. I must say this though, they did give me something good." Sonic said smiling as he drank more of the Mobian ale.
"What could the Borg have done that would be damned good?" Picard said angered about what Sonic said.
"AFTER Sally was de-assimilated, she lost all interest in another male. So if it was not for those stupid drones, you would
have been meeting with a skunk." Sonic said.
"An actual skunk?!" Picard asked.
"Yes, that's right." Sonic answered.
"We assumed that this was a planet of hedgehogs." Spock said.
"aaaahahahah, fooled ya. Look, she ain't a hedgehog." he said gently pulling the covers away revealing Sally.
"She appears to be a squirrel-wolf hybrid." Spock said.
"Yes, our planet is more diverse than what you thought it was." he said putting the covers back on her.
"So she was made to be a spokesman for Mobius for the Borg." Picard said.
"Actually, she was a queen, she took orders from another higher queen who took orders from the supreme high commander
of the Borg, Joshua Lee Acorn." Sonic said.
"You mean to tell us that the Borg are controlled by one of your own people?" Spock said.
"Yes, he seduced the head queen and now she's puddy in his hands. He was taken during the beginning of the coup." Sonic said.
"Your discovery is very much appreciated." Picard said.
"Just a little gift, from the newest member of the Federation." he said.
"Enterprise, this is Picard, two to beam up." he said and both Picard and Spock vanished. This awoke Sally who saw Sonic
holding a copy of the declaration that Mobius was now officially
part of the United Federation of Planets.
"Let me see that." Sally said.
"Here," he said and she read it.
"Well, you've taken the bull by the horns." Sally said.
"You wouldn't be able to handle the "negotiations" if I were to wake you up." Sonic said.
"Yeah, three men talking about red tape this late at night." Sally said.
"No, one Mobian, an Earthling, and a Vulcan talking about red tape." he said smiling at her.
"Whatever," she said getting on top of him and relaxing herself in his warm embrace.

"How did it go?" Riker asked.
"Everything went Well. Mr. Data, scan the planet with a full sensor sweep. I would like to have more information for my report to the Federation Council." Picard says sitting back down in his chair.
"Aye sir, scanning the planet's surface." Data said.
"I guess that Q was right when he said there are wondrous things out here." Picard said.
"Don't mention him, he'll appear out of nowhere." Riker said.
"Planetary scan complete." Data said.
"Helmsman, take us out. Full impulse until we reach the outer edge of the Mobian system. Mr. Data, report to me the sensor's findings once you have gone through them." Picard ordered. The enterprise left the Mobian solar system, but there was a surprise waiting for them before they went into worp.
"Sir, a cubical object is on an interception course." The helmsman said.
"Cubical...red alert!" Picard said.
"Sir, this particular cube is about 2 and a half times larger than most of the other Borg ships that we've encountered." Data said.
"Captain, we are being hailed." Lt. commander Hedly said.
"ON screen," Picard said slowly.
"Ah Captain Jean Luc Picard, also known as Locutas of Borg. I am the supreme ruler of the Borg, Packbell." he said.
"Sir, he seems to be a primitive android, however, if his body is destroyed, his "conscious" dumps itself into another body." Data said.
"Jealous are you Data? Well, anyway, I'm not here to talk about android design. What I'm here to talk about is the fact that your Federation has opened the door to that blue little planet. I know that the damn hedgehog has accepted your gracious offer. The problem is that I'm declaring war on the entire federation. That means Mobius has been dragged into another war." Packbell said smirking.
"We thought that a Joshua Acorn had control over the Borg." Picard said.
"I took it from him and killed his bitch. I'm the controller now." he said and the screen went dark.
"The cube is braking off." Data said.
"Let him go, we have to get home now." Picard said.

A few weeks later, on Mobius, a couple of the royal guards found Joshua sneaking around the palace.
"Sire, we found this scum bag wandering the halls." the guard said.
"well, what ya doing here Joshua?" Sonic asked.
"Shall we execute him?" the guard asked.
"Guards, I order you to..." Sonic started.
"Sonic, I will not have you kill my twin, at least not now." Sally said.
"He's the leader of the damn Borg." Sonic said.
"Not anymore. That damned Packbell from this Mobius took over and killed the head queen, now he's in charge." Joshua said.
"Put him down." Sally said.
"If you're not telling me the truth, you will certainly die today." Sonic said.
"He's telling the truth, I can smell it." Sally said.
"I'm here to help, I know how to shut the Borg down permanently, but we have to do it now because Packbell is trying to find a perfect body. He is searching all continuities. If he succeeds, the entire universe will fall down on its knees to suck that android's cock. He won't be happy with just assimilating one universe, he'll try to asimulate all existence." Joshua said.
"Looks like Packbell was not finished off after all." Sonic said.

Packbell was still searching for the right body to integrate himself into.
"Borg, set temporal coordinates for timeline 87613 space grid 0001." Packbell said. The Borg cube disappeared into another reality.
"On this particular Earth there is a body. He is an android, but he's different. he is more biological than I am. I shall overpower his programming." Packbell said and he left the cube in a spark of electricity.

On that Earth, Cell was preparing to fight Gohan which was a task
that he didn't want to do because he wanted to kill Goku. Then the Z warriors saw Cell fall to his knees screaming in pain. Then he rose again, but when he spoke he had a much different voice. His eyes were also a different color.
"Cell no longer exists, PackCell now exists. As for you, I will assimilate you guys into the Borg collective later." he said and disappeared in a spark of electricity. The others were stunned and stupefied. It appeared someone had taken over Cell, and would use Cell's body to destroy something, but none of them could sense Cell's kai signature.

"This body was not built for looks." PackCell said examining the new body. "Let's return to our continuum finish what I started"

A few weeks later, Joshua, Sonic, and Sally were on board the Enterprise. there had been attacks on Federation territory in both quadrants. the growing concern was that Packbell hadn't shown up in his new body, if he had found one.
"If Packbell has found his new body, he'll want to show it off eventually." Sonic said.
"Sir, distress call coming in from Earth, that oversized Borg ship is attacking." Hedly said.
"Set course for Earth now!" Picard said loudly and the ship went into worp.

It took the Enterprise a few minutes to get to Earth.
"WHATEVER you need to do, do it now!" Picard said.
"Activating de-assimulation pathway." Joshua said.
"You're going to de-assimilate the entire collective." Picard said in shock.
"It was a special command pathway I created. I knew if something like this were to happen, I could de-assimilate them all. That way I could find the error and correct it." he said.

PackCell notice all his drones were gone. he was the only thing on the cube. Then he saw Sonic beam in right in front of him.
"Let's finish this, once and for all!" Sonic said revving up and charging into PackCell.
"As you have noticed, I have another body." PackCell said.
"Yeah, ya look uglier than before." Sonic said.
"Kahmehameha." PackCell said. He learned how to perform the attack by absorbing the knowledge from Cell.
"Absolute power!" Sonic said and the two energy blasts collided. Sonic's chaos energy was too much for PackCell's kai blast. He was destroyed.

Joshua was smiling, Sally turned to him.
"What are you smiling about?" Sally asked.
"I deleted PackCell's body regenerative powers. He's dead. Any trace of him has been wiped out from the data banks of the former collective." Joshua said. Sally hugged her brother. Joshua was for the first time having a true happy family moment. Sonic came back and all three of them were in a family hug. The crew of the enterprise crew were celebrating. The Borg had finally fallen. The galaxy was safe once again.
