The Funeral

CLAIMER: All places and characters in this story but the main one belong to ME. If you want to use them, do so, but at least e-mail me about that.

DISCLAIMER: I do not own the main character or the game. The character belongs to my friend, with the same name as the before mentioned.

WARNINGS: There is yaoi, some blood and horror scenes. So, If you can’t stand this type of things, then don’t read it.

 


Chapter Four: The Funeral

Heavy, dark clouds were in the sky, obscuring the sun and floating slowly toward the south, the direction where the church was.

A celestial blue-vested priest, with a holy book in his right hand and a six-pointrossross in the other, performed the ceremony. Before him, there was a stone altar with the corpse of Dim on it, in white clothes. On the other side, there was Settum, praying silently to the goddess Eternity.

At the end of the sad event, the ranger’s body was transported to the graveyard to be buried and rest in peace. Before laying him down, into his last abode, the silver-haired angel put a small sack on his chest. It was full of sand…

Nowadays, angels are rarely seen, as the last discovered what they told him about the human world the hard way. Still it’s in nature that a being can’t stay too long away from his home; it was because of his elven half that Settum joined a group of adventurers. And perished in the great fight against Ashardalon…
