Teardrops on the pillow
The next morning, Varian awoke to the sun shimmering through the window, but without the warmth of his newfound love in his arms. He sat up, looking around, “Ali?” The open window was his only sign, and he walked over, the view being of the cemetery, Tiffin’s grave in pain sight. In front of her grave however was a bundled up woman, sitting there in front of her grave. He grabbed the large fur coat in his closet and walked outside, still feeling the pang of the cold air. As he approached the gave, he looked at her, “Good morning Ali.” she jumped a bit hearing him, “Oh, Varian… You scared me for a moment.” He chuckled and walked over to her side, “What brings you out here so early this morning?” “I…I had a hard time sleeping last night.” She looked aside. “I see. Bad Dreams I’m assuming?” She nodded a bit, “I don’t even know what the whole point of them was. All I remember was…..being killed.” he looked to her and wiped the tear that slipped down her cheek away. She leaned on him, “I…I don’t even know why I came here, I just felt I needed to.” He took her hand gently, “Well, at least you’re safe. I got worried when you weren’t in the room when I woke up.” She gripped his hand tighter, leaning against him. Neither of them noticed the watching eyes from the cathedral of a Priest.
-----
“King Wrynn, I have a message from Priestess Dia, She wishes to see you today in private.” He looked up, a small pair of glasses on his face as he read through some boring paperwork, “Any particular reason?” “She did not specify, only that she wanted to meet you in the Cathedral.” he nodded and returned to his work for the moment being, “I’ll go after this paperwork is finished.” The guard nodded and walked off. He set the papaers down after signing them, placing the glasses on top of them and stood. What did this Priestess have to speak with him about?
He arrived at the Cathedral shortly after his departure from the castle, walking inside and greeded by various other clerics of the church. Iupon reaching the sanctuary, he was greeted by a Draenei in high ranking priest robes, “King Wrynn, I’m glad you could make it.” “I’m assuming your Priestess dia then?” “That I am. Please, follow me.” She walked off towards a hallway, the king following her. “As you know, we have a large healing wing with priests on call that are able to not only heal the injured, but also preform last rites on those who cannot be saved. Rarely though do we need to perform this service to a person, but when we do, we catalogue it for reference, in case they happen to show up again.” They stopped at a large box, various tagged scrolls inside of it. She grabbed one and Handed it to varian, “I believe this may be of interest to you…” He undid the ribbon around it, reading the report. His eyes widened, “Ali? She was?” “She was supposed to be dead. Keep reading however.” “Late rites performed… wait… this is the same date as…” “I know, but please, continue reading.” “ After being made comfortable, She died in peace for 5 minutes. After those 5 minutes, she sprang back to life. We can only consider this a miracle. She had no memory of anything, and was scared of where she was. Sent to Lordearon for more advanced assistance.” he looked at the Priestess, “What does this have to do with her though?” “The priest who was with her when she awoke remembered her yelling your name vividly and trying to shield herself from something. He may have more information for you if you wish to find this out.” He nodded, “Take me to him, please.” She led him farther into the wing, passing various priests healing those who were wounded before reaching the small room left for those who needed Last rites. She opened the door, only two people sitting in the room, and all the beds empty. It must have been a good day for the room to be vacant. “Sir Belmonde, I need to speak with you.” The priest looked up and gave a bow, “King Wrynn, It’s an honor to see you down here.” “The priestess here said you were the one who knows of what happened to Ali Thina.” “How could I ever forget her, springing up from the bed in fear. Please, have a seat.” He pointed to two nearby chairs and they sat down, “She was dead, there is no doubting that. I was besides her when I felt her die, her spirit leave and her heart stopped. I stood then doing the normal procedures as normal, but as I was anointing her for the final rites, she sprang up suddenly.” “She screamed as well from what I was told.” “She did indeed. She ran, cowering in fear as she tried to shield herself from something screaming, “Varian, please, don’t let them kill me. Please save me!” That was all she screamed until I calmed her down. But she had no memory of why she was screaming it. She couldn’t remember her name. We told her that her name was Ali, but out of protocol, I took her to another room, one to make sure it was a divine miracle. She passed those tests with flying colors.” He thought hard about the priests words, “So why wasn’t this brought to my attention until now?” “Because frankly, we didn’t believe it to be anything significant until we saw her go to Lady Tiffin’s grave in the middle of the night. She only sat there, and even fell asleep there.” “One more thing….Had she visited that grave before yesterday?” “No, she hadn’t.” “Last night she said she had bad dreams and was unable to sleep, might this be related to it?” “Possibly, but you would have to find out the content of those dreams in order to realize if it is true or not.” He stood, “thank you Sir Belmonde. You as well Lady Dia. I must return to my castle, for this is quite a puzzling mystery.” He walked out, returning to the castle as these things weighed heavy on his mind.
Upon returning to the Castle, he went to the den for they royal family, seeing Ali there asleep on the couch. He was still unsure of what to think, but he wanted to find out more. He walked over and sat down on the couch next to her, stroking her hair as she napped. Her sleep seemed to be peaceful, but her shifting around seemed to be saying a different story before long. He kept watching her as she turned in her sleep, beginning to mumble, “No…. please…. Let me through….” He looked to make sure the room was empty before he leaned down to her, “I’m right here…I’ll keep you safe…” She began to relax in her sleep, “Varian…” her sleep returned to being peaceful for the time being. His reading glasses had been placed on the desk, so he began to read the book placed besides them.
As Ali dreamt, her dream changed from the violent nightmare to a more sweeter dream. “I’m right here, I’ll keep you safe..” She heard his voice whisper to her as she was in the bedroom with him again, laying on the couch in front of the fire. Varian looked younger in the dream, stroking her hair which was now colored blonde. He kissed her gently, laying down on the couch as they continued to kiss each other. “I love you with all my heart, Tiffin…” He whispered in her ear as his hands rubbed her back gently, “Varian, I’ll always love you even though death…” He kissed her lips again passionately. “please, make love to me Varian, I love you, and want you to take my virginity…” He blushed at her as those words were spoken, “I will, my love.” He kissed her as her pulled the dress off, letting it fall down onto the floor. She pulled the tunic off him, tossing it onto the floor on top of her dress. He wrestled out of his pants, letting his arousal press against her womanhood. He looked into her eyes as the last remaing cloth hit the floor, “Are you sure about this, Tiffin?” “Of course dear, I want you to be the one have my virginity…” He blushed with a loving smile at his lover, slowly beginning to enter her, this being his first time as well. He moaned as he slowly pushed into her, stopping when a look of pain came to her face, “Did I hurt you?” “No, my love, It’s normal, I’ll be fine in a moment…” He waited for the pain to subside before he continued, moaning as he entered her completely. She moaned, feeling him begin to move inside her, “Ah…. Varian…I love you…” “Ah… ahh… I love you too, Tiffin…”He sped up kissing her lips again. Their passion filled the room with warmth, their hearts seeming to beat in conjuction. They continued for a few minutes before the kissing was broken, “Oh… Tiffin… my love… I’m…I’m going to..” “Please…let me feel your seed inside me Varian… lat us make a beautiful child together..” the two moaned out in pleasure as their orgasms hit. Ali felt the orgasm’s power herself, jolting her awake from the dream with an orgasm of her own. She bit her lip hard and shook slightly, hoping that no one had seen her awaken, but she looked up, only to see Varian looking at her with his reading glasses on.
She blushed at him as he spoke, “You okay?’ “Yeah… just a strange dream..” He put the book down along with his glasses, “Why don’t you tell me about it…and the nightmares you had last night too.” she looked down at the floor still blushing a bit at telling him of the sex dream, but began describing how it was a dream about him and Tiffin making love for the first time, and how she was observing everything as if she was Tiffin herself. He looked at her, a more serious and confused look on her face, “How the hell did your dream go the exact same way it did in reality?” She looked shocked, “I…it did?” He nodded, “Yes, it matched it to a T. What about those nightmares?” She looked down, “I was in front of an angry crowd, all of them throwing stones at me. I kept getting pelted by them, each injuring me a little more. Until one that was larger came hurling towards me. I woke up as it impacted me.” varian stood up as she told him this, “I’ll be back in a bit, I need to make a visit to someone.” She nodded with an inward sigh. He walked out of the room as she curled up in front of the fire, tears beginning to run down her cheeks. Even she didn’t know why this was happening. But if anyone could answer her questions, the people to visit would be either the druids of Darnassus or the Shamen of the Exodar. She grabbed a piece of parchment, but wondered if she should leave him a letter after these sudden events. Would he even care now if she left? He seemed to have turned cold to her suddenly, but maybe these events were taking a toll on him that she couldn’t understand. So she wrote that she went to visit a Shaman.
----
Varian walked into the hospital wing and made his way to the room where Sir Belmonde was at. He walked in without warning, looking at the priest, “How is it possible that she knows about the events that happened privately between me and Lady Tiffin?” The priest looked at him shocked, “She does?” “Yes. Her nightmare was when she was killed and she had a dream about our first night together.” the priest pondered this a moment, “I’m sorry, my king, but the answers you seek may not be with me. This is truly an extraordinary event. My assumption would be to say that…your wife couldn’t leave you, so she brought herself back as another person to keep watch over you.” The words confused him even more. He had to find out what was going on. Maybe a trip to se a friend of his in Darnassus would help make sense of these events.
---
Ali had asked a mage to teleport her to the Exodar, and soon approached their wisest Shaman, Farseer Nobundo. He saw the Plate clad Paladin approaching him, “If you have come seeking training, I cannot teach you.” “I’m not here for training. I’ve come to you for assistance.” He nodded somewhat, “You are distressed abut something, correct?” “Yes, It’s a complex story, but I have learned that ever since I visited a specific grave, I have dreamt of that person’s memories.” He grunted a bit, “Say her name, I already know the situation. The spirits can tell of your plight.” She nodded, “I’m sorry.” “Do not apologize to me. Do so to her.” “I’m sorry, Lady tiffin.” The shaman turned to his burning incense bowls, “You wish to discover the truth of your past, correct?” “Yes. I only remember when I woke up in the last rites room of the Cathedral.” He nodded, “tomorrow at sunrise, meet me here. I will aid you for the knowledge you seek, for you both are of the same interests.” She nodded, “Thank you, Farseer.” He dismissed her as she walked off to the inn, buying a bed for the night, so she could rest for the event the next day.

Varian sat in the throne room, talking to one of the Archmages as he arranged to travel to Darnassus to speak with the leader of the night elves Priestess Tyrande. As he spoke to the mage, another mage came up to the throne room, answering the call on the board of heroes, “King wrynn, I’m here about the issues in the highlands.” He gave the task of escorting his son and training him slightly to him for the moment, continuing to talk to the Archmage, “I have to find where Lady Ali went as well. Arrange to contact me upon learning of her location. The mage looked back at him, “Excuse me, but do you mean the paladin who goes by the name of Loremaster Ali?” He nodded, “What of it?” “She came to me asking for a portal to the Exodar earlier, saying it was urgent.” “Send me there, now.” The archmage quickly made a portal to the Exodar and Varian rushed through it,asking the first guard he saw if he had see a human paladin come by and where she was. “She should be in the inn now. She visited the farseer and I saw he go to the inn, sir.” “thank you.” He bit the guard goodbye, running up to the inn, “Excuse me, but I’m looking for a human paladin named Ali.” “She’s in room 3, but-” The innkeeper was cut off by him running towards the room she stated. He looked at the door know however when he got there. The events of the afternoon flooding his mind. He was cold towards her, and she was scared of what was going on with herself. She had no idea and he can’t make her know. But he at least had to try. He slowly opened the door, peeking in to see her fast asleep on the large bed. Her armor sat on the floor, the blankets covering her body. He tried to walk in as quietly as he could, beginning to take the pieces of armor off and placing them next to hers. She was a heavy sleeper though, so he managed to strip down to his boxers without her noticing. He walked over to the bed, pulling the blanket back enough that he could slide into the bed with her, knowing that this would likely be the action that would wake her up. She moved a bit, feeling his weight come into the bed and began to turn her head over, “Ehh…?” She didn’t care too much, rolling her head back to a more comfy position and going back to sleep. He wrapped his arms around her, waking her up again, but before she could object, he leaned over to her ear and whispered, “I’m sorry…” She felt a warm tear drip onto her face as she burrowed her head into the pillow. Tears began to stream from her eyes and into the pillow as the two laid there. “I didn’t want to hurt you… I was just overwhelmed. I shouldn’t have treated you like that. Please… forgive me…” He whispered into her ear, tears rolling down his face. She pretended to be asleep, but as her face felt the tears, she cried silently to herself.
