Chapter 3 –
Dealing Revenge
“Vinnie?” Toni
called as he walked into Vincenzo’s warehouse again.
“For crying out
loud, Toni!” Vincenzo answered from inside his toilet cubicle,” Don’t I get any
peace? I’m already blocked up, last thing I need is you on my case…but as
you’re still here, you know, I’m not seeing any money coming in from that
dealer. You know why?”
Toni reply dripped
heavy with sarcasm,” Enlighten me,”
“’Cause he’s dead,
idiot! Some chump whacked him. The Sindaccos have started dealing, and on Leone
turf too! You gonna accept that, Toni? I want you to get over to
Toni turned hot on
his heel and walked out,” Alright, ‘Boss’, I’m on it,”
As Toni shut the
door behind him, Vincenzo groaned in disgust again,” Aw God! Why’s there never
ever any God-damn paper in here!”
Toni got into the
Kuruma he parked outside and, once again, followed the bend of the road and
followed it straight across Trenton, pass Callahan Bridge, and into Chinatown.
He carried on pass the Chinese-decorated streets and Punk Noodles, back to
where he had dropped the dealer before hand. He immediately spotted the
Sindacco dealer, talking to a prostitute and a homeless guy. He climbed out and
headed for the gang-rival, spooking the hooker and homeless man.
“Stay off Leone
turf asshole!” he warned before locking his eyes onto the dealer and curling
his hands into fists.
The Sindacco
attacked first with a punch to the jaw but Toni evaded it and returned the
punch to his cheek. The two continued to brawl, with punches, head butts and
darts, until Toni got the upper hand and beat the Sindacco dealer senseless to
the ground.
“You want some
more, ass-head?”
Toni ran out into
the street, searching for more rival dealers, and spotted one beside Mr. Wong’s
Launderette and ran straight for him.
“You wanna say
something?” The Sindacco jeered as his traders ran for their lives and Toni
punched him with a rising uppercut to the ribs.
The Sindacco
swiped Toni as payback, but Toni kicked in him the stomach, causing him to fall
to the ground. Toni took the opening to kick while he was down; resulting in
him lie in a pool of his own blood.
“The Leone’s deal
in this city! Nobody else! You hear me, you Sindacco fucks!” Toni shouted
furiously at the lifeless body on the pavement.
He spotted another
one opposite the Chinese restaurant and noodle house.
“Gonna beat you
black-and-blue!” The Sindacco taunted and raised his tighten fist up to his face.
Toni punched his
jaw with his right fist, followed by another punch with his left fist and
backed the Sindacco up against to wall. He constantly beat him with both fists
until the rival gang member dropped to the pavement, dead.
and walked towards his car, wiping the blood off his knuckles on his jacket.
