the parting
our relationship we very well after that night, on on knew that we were
together, though the priestess was impressed at how much better my healing
was becoming.
it was about a year after i met him that my life turned upside down, i was
on my way back to loredoreon with a basket of herbs i gathered that morning
when i knoticed a trail of blood leading into the trees.
panicking i felt as though something bad had happened and dropping the basket
i rand to find out who or what was at the end. a cold sweat broke out across
my boday as the sick sinking feeling of dread got worse the more i followed
the blood. i cried out in shock as the worse possible sight greeted me, my
beloved daniel was leaned against a tree, a huge deep gash acroos his chest.
"DANIEL!" i cried running over to him i started sobbing " please danel wake
up! pease wake up!" only silence was my anwser. "SOMEONE! ANYONE HELP PLEASE!"
i tried as hard as i could to call the light to me, i begged the light to let me
bring him back, silence once again was my anwser.
sobbing i pulled my dead lover into my lap, i held his unmoving form as i cried
out my grief, my sadness ended abruptly when tow of the royal gaurds grabbed
my arms and pulled me away from my love.
they questioned me, interigated me, and even tried to beat the anwsers out of me,
but i never said anything anymore. i sat alone and in pain in that dank cell
the only thoughts where of my dead beloved, i spent much of my time crying or
being depressed was only broken when prince Kael'thas was brought in struggling
along with the others of my race.
(traitors?, we are not traitors) i couldn't understand what in the world the
gaurds were talking about. i had hoped that at least my brothers and sisters
would notice me, but no such luck, no one paid me any attention.
i was shocked when later that very same night, a female naga came in with her kin
and freed prince Kael'thas and the others, but left my cell completely untouched
"what about that priest?" on eof the nagas said pointing to my cell, Prince Kael
looked over his shoulder at me and said "leave him" before turning and walking out
the naga nodded and left to follow the others out.
i was alone, i had lost the man i loved and now i had been betrayed by my own kin,
left to rot alone in this dank dark cell. i sat and listened as the gaurds yelled
about the prince and his kin escaping, many a time my name came into question,
most likely trying to figure out why i wasn't freed too.
their conversation was broke by alot of ccreaming from above, i never found out what
happened, only after what seemed like a eternity to me, did a undead lady and a
demon come into view.
the lady walked over to my cell and said "varimathras this bloodelf still lives" the
demon was confused and asked " what whould we do with him, we can't keep him here
that would violate our treaty with the horde" she agreed with him and opened
the door to my cell.
