Signas’ First Love.. Lost..
Chapter 3
Training
Signas had given orders to everyone in the building to be on the look out for anything suspious. Bass and Treble decided to stay for awhile till the new evil shows his face. X and Alia were also on the look out gathering information. Reploids in the building are also on the look out even though Lindsay’s watching them. Zero was getting worried day by day. Zephyer, their son, was wondering what was the matter with his mother. She hasn’t been herself lately. She has been very moody, like yelling at him just like for the past months. He just stayed by his father’s side and away from her. Zero told him to stay way for awhile until she calmed down.
“Daddy.” Zephyer asked.
“What is it?” asked Zero.
“Wha’s the matta wit mama?”
Zero knows that his son has to fight soon. He thinks that Lindsay will train him to battle very soon since the new evil is coming. He kneeled down to his son. “She’s... worried.. about everyone. Even... herself.”
Zephyer nodded.
“You’ll understand when the time has come to learn who you really are. And what she is as well.” Zero knows but not his son. Zephyer or anyone else, except for Bass, Axl, and X. Soon she will train him to learn his powers.
Lindsay was meditaiting in the bedroom. She knows the time will come to train her son. This means she’ll be harsher on him, even though she hates the way she’s treating him. She knows it’s the only way to make him into a figher like Zero and herself.
He’ll learn quick. He’ll become like me and Zero.
X came and saw Zero looking very worried. Zephyer went to play with Leon and Melissa.
“Hey Zero. What’s wrong?”
“Oh hi X.” he said.
“You look down. Is something wrong?”
“It’s... it’s Lindsay.”
“What about her?”
“She’s... been very harsh on our son for months now.” He said while taking a drink of beer. He takes this whenever he’s down.
“I’m sure she has a good reason to be. We all know that she’s an arrogant, harsh, push-over, cocky, woman, but deep down Zero, she still loves her son.”
“You’re right X. I know this. She maybe that, but she still loves Zephyer. I know she doesn’t show this but, she will someday. She showed me how much she loves me, she’ll show him that she loves her son as well.”
X knew that he looked upset. What’s wrong Zero? What’s happening around here?
Soldjer went for a walk and saw Lindsay at the rooftop. The two were close friends, kinda like sisters. She sees her looking worried. “Is something wrong Lindsay?”
She turned her head and sees Soldjer. “Not really. What brings you here?”
“Nothing. Just swinging by. You look worried.”
“It’s nothing.” She kept staring at the city. This.. might be the last time..
Soldjer looked worried. Something’s not right with her.
Weeks have passed and Lindsay decided it was time to train her son. “Zephyer! Zephyer!!” she called out for him. “Damn! Where is he!?”
“He’s with Leon and Melissa.” Said Zero shutting the door.
“Zero?”
“What’s wrong Lindsay? You haven’t been yourself lately and everyone’s beginning to worry, even I’m getting worried about you.”
“I.. I’m sorry..”
“If there’s something wrong.. tell me. Tell me what’s wrong.” He hugged her. He knew something is wrong.
She hugged back not letting go, fearing that this maybe the last time. I might.. not see you again Zero, since Soldjer’s life is in danger I may have to intervine to protect everyone from this evil. Even if it means.. to sacrafice.. myself.
Her end may come soon, but only time will tell.
The next week she took Zephyer out on the island where her palace once stood. Now it’s in ruins. No one has ever come here except her and Zephyer. The island has been in good shape for over 105 years since she has been revived by Wily. Now it’s time for her to come home, to train her son for the battle to come and to take his palace as an emperor like his mother.
They landed. “Whare are we mama?” he asked. He looked around and sees a rubble palace.
“It’s where my palace once stood son.” She said. “This is where I lived and looked after earth for 150 years. Now it’s your turn to take it over.”
He looked at her confused.
“Today you will learn on what it takes to be a figher and a demon sorcerer!”
“Twain? As a wha?”
“A demon sorcerer son. We’re both weredragons.”
“A wewr dwagon?”
“You’ll see soon enough. First we’ll train in the art of combat fighting, then using your powers.”
“Hwh?”
“Observe.” She held out her hand toward a rock. Her hand glowed and an energy was released shooting at the rock blowing it to bits with a bang.
Zephyer was amazed. “Hw ya do that mama?”
“I’ll teach you. Right now.”
Zero was looking all over the place for Lindsay and his son. “Hey X!”
“Zero! What’s up!?”
“Have you seen Lindsay or Zephyer lately?” he asked.
“No. Why?”
Soldjermon came over. “I know where they are at.”
“Huh?” the two said.
“She’s out training her son to become a fighter like herself.”
“SAY WHAT!?” said X.
Zero was shocked. Lindsay... training our son? Is she finally showing how she feels or.. He gasped. I know why she is training him!
Bass was watching the whole thing. It seems Demi’s time will be up soon.
For the next few months Lindsay has continuted to train her son. Zephyer got stronger each time and has learned and mastered his powers. The next challenge will come when she teaches him how to... transform.
