To be Loved by the World
Infinity on the Horizon
Meral marched down the long winding path through the misty woods of Azuremyst. She was tall, not unlike nearly every draenei. Seven feet roughly, her body naturally curved with widened hips, thick muscular thighs, toned muscular upper body and ample chest. Looking to gear up once she made it too Azure Watch a familiar voice shouted from the distance behind her.
Looking back she saw her exhausted sister panting for air, her tiny body dragging a large two handed hammer behind her. Heaving for breath she shouted between gasps. "Got this... From... The wreckage. Dad's old mace." Meral grabbed it as her dumbfounded face turned to a smile. "Thank you. I'll treasure this." Effortlessly holding the rustic grey stone beast with one hand. It was very old, and very warn. A lump rectangle of feldspar, held with a long wooden shaft, head painted in gold with the family crest. "It had no name.." The young one gaining it's breath. "I just called it 'Old Smashy'." Meral gave it a few practice swings. "Thank you so much." Tucking the hammer in the sling behind her back she gave her little sister one last hug before parting for Azure watch.
Testing her hammer out she slated many stags, gathering meat to supply her journey. "Functional.." She whispered with a smile as she secured her first kill.
When she made it to Azure Watch she stopped by the local inn, if it could be called an inn. It was crudely made from a chunk of the Exodar, our escape vessel from the Burning Legion. It was one room with no privacy and the limited space their was was occupied by refugees, most far weaker than her. Time was an issue and she didn't want to spend another night in some place so close to where she started. Using what little money she had she bought some crude copper armor.
She looked around for an appropriate place to change she asked the innkeeper, a young robed draenei woman named Chellan where she can get some privacy. "Well. This isn't a resort. You could wear it over the your current armor. Might chafe a bit." Smiling insincerely she thanked her anyways. "Well. I have a cot with some blinds. I've been helping the wounded and my... more messy procedures. I don't want the traumatized people to see anymore blood." Initially creeped out at the thought of changing on a medical table she accepted what she thought was the offer. "Just don't go in the cot, wrap the blinds around you. Contamination procedures."
"Ugh. This going to be a juggling act." She thinks. Getting behind the blinds with her stockpile of gear she slides off her equipment piece by piece. The blinds blur and distort what touches them, clearly not made to be so close to what they were supposed to hide. A curvy moving blue blob was scene, most patrons at the "inn" too injured and tired to focus on her.
She stands in her underwear, with her new armor at her feet. Her face flushes a deeper blue at how bad this could go if she left the safety of her tight little tent. Her heaving blue bussom was clad in a cotton indigo bra, her muscular toned midsections almost microscopic hairs stood on end and the thing her sister tormented her about for as long as they new eachother was more than apparent in her underwear. Despite wearing purple boxing trunks like men often did that still wasn't enough to conceal her massive bulge. While not unheard of, many races have anomalies like her and when you come from a particularly Puritan society like draenei, there is some shame associated with it.
Scrambling to get her gear on, while managing not to fall out of the blinds she runs out the door in a flash wanting to leave that experience behind her. The Caretaker Chellen yelled out the door "You forgot your big hammer!" to which Meral responded "I do not have a big hammer!" Face flushing blue. "Oh.." She says with an exhale. "That." She walked in, grabbed Old Smashy and dragged it through the dirt behind her in shame.
After a walk to the docks she was boarding the ship to Stormwind. A world of endless adventure had begun.
