The resurrected Legend

Comment: this chapter will have often changing points of view as I thought it would be a good way to show and get to know their feelings and background.

Quinn, Andrew and the inn in Selma district are some of the NPC's and story plot characters and belongs to GW2 itself and copyrighted to ArenaNET and NCsoft.

I just named the inn "The golden Chalice" as I am not really sure if it even has a name.

I found the book "my life on a turtle shell living with the Luxons by Mhenlo"  at one of the book stands in Divinity Reach. I found it quite funny as one of the last places I had been at with Iva Katamiya was the Jade Sea and  the Luxons. Mhenlo is also one of my favourites from GW1.

I can only take honor of the plot and story background of Kierra and Uziel. I don't make money from this.

Uziels POV

Uziel stared confused at the young woman who held such an uncanny appearance of Iva.  She was also the one who told him that his apprentice and love was dead – for 200 years ago.

He sat heavily on one of the wooden chairs, messaging the bridge of his nose. A headache had begun to form behind his temples as there were so many new impressions and information to consume. He felt oddly tired.

“Where are we?” he asked as the first question on his mind. For a Ranger of his calibre, the location told almost everything which was needed to know.

The woman, Kierra she had called herself, looked thoughtful at him before she took a seat at the other side of the table.

“Many things have happened since you were put into sleep,” she began hesitant but patiently as if she really needed him to understand it, “We’re in Divinity Reach – you do know it right?”

He nodded but he had a bad feeling about where the conversation was going.

“At your time I believe it was nothing more than a coast outpost. It has since developed into a city and is now the last Capitol standing in Kryta. Lions Arch fell 100 years ago; however it has been built yet again as a Safe haven and Asura travelling point.”

He was literally paralyzed by the news but soon got over the first shock. The world as he knew it had been turned upside down.

Kierras POV

It was obvious that he was surprised, shocked even, by what she was telling him. And she would feel the exact same way. Now she just fretted to tell him the worst part - about the Elder Dragons.

Kierra bit in her lip and drew attention to herself by looking so uncertain.  Uziel caught her gaze and she sank. Better now than later.

"This... this is not all," she said nervously, "The reason for all this is the Elder Dragons, whom have returned to the surface of this Earth. They have awakened one by one through the past two centuries - and by doing so, nothing remains as it were on the map. The Norns have been forced to move further down in the Shiverpeaks. The Charrs have been in the same situation and have moved into Ascalon.  We have lost all contact with Elonia and Cantha. "

She could read by his expression that Ascalon had been a great loss - She was only guessing but it had probably been his home through the Prophecy days.

"I'm sor -" She began but before she could even register what happened, she heard the door slam shut as he left the room abruptly.

She sighed. She guessed it would be better if she just let him be for a while to think, before she went out to find him.

Kierra rose and went over to one of her small shelves where she took her copy of "My life on a Turtle shell - living with the Luxons by Mhenlo" and sat back down to read. She couldn't really explain it but she found Mhenlo and the Luxons quite fascinating.

Uziels POV

Uziel could hardly perceive what she had told him about his country and that everything he knew had either died or lay in ruins.  It was just too much even for an earthbound ranger as himself  and there was only one thing to do - drink.

It had always been his way of dealing with sadness, loneliness and anger.

He stumbled out of her house with no idea where to go as he was not familiar with the district nor the city, when he caught the sound of what could only be the right place.

He followed the music and noise of drunken people and within 10 minutes he had found the local tavern. Uziel gazed back over this shoulder wondering if she had followed him but she had apparently decided otherwise - for that he was grateful. He couldn't bear to look one moment longer at her without thinking about Iva.

It was still too painful.

He walked inside and was met with the classical tavern atmosphere. Finally something he knew and it was still unchanged. He took a seat by the desk and studied the tavern owner, who had some pounds too many on his belly and with grey hair and beard. The man was polishing some mugs but when he saw the newcomer he left the work to later.

"Welcome to the Golden Chalice, My good Sir! You look like one, who could use a strong drink. We have Juniberry Gin, Hard Apple Cider, Hunter's Ale and Hearty Ale, and Rice Wine, " the man said cheerfully,

"I would take a Hunter's Ale, thanks" Uziel replied.

"A Hunter's Ale it is Sir," The tavern owner said while he poured some ale into a large stein. "Here you are. It would be 16 copper. You are long away from home aren't you?"

Uziel took a sip of his ale, judging the taste and then took a greater sip.

"Yeah, you are about right," he muttered into the stein.

A couple of Ales later....

"Well isn't it miss Katamiya! It's so good to see you. It has been a while!" The tavern owner said to a person behind  him. It could only be Kierra. He didn't bother to check, but did only lean closer into the desk and sipped from his sixth Stein of Ale.

However Uziel sensed that she sat down next to him.

"Good evening Andrew. It looks like you're quite busy tonight. I'll take an Apple Cider please" Kierra answered politely.

"I believe you have been occupied with your new home, right? Or am I mistaken?" The so-called Andrew continued. Uziel felt  a starting annoyance - did they really have to talk when he most of all just needed to be left alone?

Kierra laughed bitterly: " You're too kind, but you know I come from the streets, Andrew. So there weren't really many things to move there. I choose to help the Village of Shaemoor instead as you're also well aware of - since then I have been given continuing assignments."

The Apple cider was served and she took a sip.

"The streets?" Uziel exclaimed loudly while lifting his gaze from his drink and looked at Kierra. She stared right back. There were something in their conversation which brought him back to present.

"Long story with an ancestor who gambled and drank the whole Katamiya fortune up. So yes, I'm a born Thief. It's not what I want anymore for a living but it's the only thing I'm really good at, so I use it as a battle technique," she replied with clenched teeth and emptying her drink with an angry swing of her mug. She then ordered a new one, "Don't pity me. "

Uziel was needless to say surprised by her revelations: He had thought that the lineage of the Katamiya would still be Rangers, when she in reality had been banned into the lowest class of Society and had to fight her way back into the higher ranks. It seemed as if it worked. She was indeed a strong woman - just like Iva.

He had been so engaged in their talk that he didn't realized that the room had fallen silent nor the time of the clock. Obviously she had by the way she answered.

"How did you find me?" He said, changing the subject. The last remaining customers returned to their own business.

This time she laughed for real, "Oh it wasn't so hard. I just thought of the place where I would go myself when I have something which bothers me. It's not as frequently as it have been though. "

Some things apparently don't change Uziel stated drily to himself, finishing his Ale.

Kierras POV

Kierra cursed under her breath as she in her tipsy state of mind tried to direct Uziel home. They had left long after all the others costumers, but Andrew didn't say anything. She assumed that he could see that they  obviously had needed it badly. She had paid over 1 silver while fighting to keep Uziel standing and outside it didn't went much better.

"For a man who have slept for several centuries you're quite heavy. One should have thought it had been an effective diet," She mumbled to herself as she guided him with some trouble down the street to her home. There's not far, Kierra. You have defeated loads of bandits so this should be no different, an inner voice said.

Uziel laughed, "That was quite hilarious Iva! I didn't think you had it in you,"

Kierra rolled her eyes: "Please repeat it with a dagger at your throat and let's see if you change your mind. And you're drunk - I'm not Iva. You don't know me at all," she said through clenched teeth. Even though she could feel the irritation bite in the pit of her stomach, she began to understand how much she must look like her ancestress.  It somehow frightened her. How was that even possible?

This only made Uziel laugh harder, "Nonsense! You don't know what you're talking about Iva! And you have never used daggers!"

The rest of the short walk was accompanied by his laughter.

When they were inside, Kierra could finally sigh in relief as she dumped him on the bed.

"I believe I have some spare clothes which is much more comfortable to sleep in from my friend Quinn when he last had to change his appearance. Are you capable of undressing yourself? " she asked with her hands resting on her hips.

Uziels POV

He stared at the person towering above him, supporting his head heavily on one hand. He couldn't see  who it was. He blinked a couple of times, trying to clear his vision. Why did he had to drink so much? He should have seen it coming.

"I believe so," he muttered and began fumbling with the buckle of his pants. It wouldn't bulge.

The person in front of him kneeled and a pair of beautiful hazel-coloured orbs filled his vision. Iva. Or rather Kierra. He was sure that he had called her Iva.

"I apologize if I have caused you any harm," he said as soberly as he could muster. He needed someone in this hazard world.

She shook her head, making her short dark locks dancing around her soft face. "Don't think about it.  You properly know the saying 'you hear the truth from drunk men and children'. It just had me realize that I obviously have more in common with my roots than I knew of. Except the humour apparently," she smiled wryly, earning a laugh from Uziel.

The toxic fog which had clouded his mind began to disappear a bit and he was now capable of following how Kierras delicate fingers opened his buckle with a small click.  She seemed to have control of herself even though he knew she had done a fair drinking too.

The Katamiya women kept impressing him.

Kierras POV

Kierra tried to ignore his intense green gaze while she unbuttoned his vest and shirt but it was getting to her.  She didn't have as much control as she wanted him to believe. She felt tipsy.

Heat rose to her cheeks and she wanted to blame it on the warmth from the stove and that there was rather crowded in the small house but she knew better.  In the blazing light his blond hair on both head, chin and chest shone like pure gold and his eyes like jades. He was - beautiful.

In a moment of absence her hands slipped their grip and she fell face down into his lap.  Fumbling for balance she placed her right hand somewhere which happened to be his bulge. When she noticed everything seemed to stop. Her heartbeat drummed hard in her ears and her cheeks flushed red.  She licked her lips, feeling her throat tie up as they looked at each other for what seemed like an eternity.

"Kierra?" he whispered hoarsely without letting go of her gaze.

She didn't know what to say, feeling how the sexual tension rose between them.  A tickling sensation grew from her sensitive parts and in an attempt to suppress it, she pressed her legs tighter together. With quite the opposite effect.

"Yes?" she answered back just as hoarse.

Instead of answered he took the hand that still rested at his bulge and guided it inside the waistband. She gasped when her fingertips touched Uziels tip of the member which was surprisingly soft.

In a combination of drunkenness, lust and exhaustion,  Kierra didn't need more encouragement and soon were his pants somewhere at his thighs, leaving the member fully exposed.

Kierra didn't really know what to do as she watched the proud shaft rise from its base. She have had a bit fooling about with some boys in the district but it had never gotten this far. She carefully closed her hand around the member and began stroking it in a slow pace while keeping an eye on his reaction. A groan escaped his lips and she decided to speed up the pace.

A transparent semen appeared at the tip which made her bend over in curiosity and lick it off. It tasted a little salty but other than that it was alright.

She licked again and by doing so, earning a new moan from Uziel. Kierra studied it for a moment before taking it all in, while stroking the lowest part of the shaft where she couldn't reach.

Uziel POV

It was obvious to Uziel that she was inexperienced but he was taken aback by the way she confronted it. Head on. Curious.  Even though Kierra was like a replica of Iva - she couldn't be more different from her in personality.

Her hot sweet mouth was closed around him and he had a hard time thinking. He pushed the thought aside as he closed his eyes to concentrate on the sensation which was building inside of him.

"Lick it," he groaned and leaned back on his arms for a more comfortable pose.

She seemed to pause for a moment before he felt a moist and soft tongue slide from the base to the top in one fluid motion. Then she sensually began to lick small strokes around the tip and continued with the base again.

After a while she used one of her hands to massage his shaft and balls as she took it all in again.

Her hands was working in a steady rhythm and it was driving him crazy.  It wouldn't take long.

Uziel had barely thought it before he came in her mouth. Her dark eyes grew big in surprise but she swallowed it all.

With a small smile she whipped her lips with the back of her hand and did a move to rise. He grabbed her wrist.

"Where are you going?" he asked with a frown.

She stopped, confusion painted on her face: "To sleep on the floor next to Thorn. I have been used to it my whole life. I don't need the comfort of a bed,"

"What's wrong with sharing it? We can both be here," he replied with equal confusion.

Kierra seemed lost in thought before she finally climbed in fully clothed beside him.

"Alright. But keep your hands to yourself or you'll regret it," she retorted with her back to him. However a tiny smile rested on her face as she fell asleep.

I would like to hear what you think - please R'n'R :)

I am working on chapter 3 but I don't know when it will be finished.
