Through another set of eyes

Disclaimer: I don't own anything from Nintendo, except for all my precious games and systems that I bought with hard earned money! I don't own the characters though.

Author's Notes: Chapter 2 of my demented little story! If people are wondering, I'm calling Princess Peach by this name rather than her original name of Toadstool because people have dirty minds about the word "Toadstool". I should also make it clear that you petty much say that this story is after Super Mario RPG, but before ones like Super Mario Sunshine. Well read and review people! It boosts my tiny little ego.

Chapter 2


"My king, this merely a serum to allow you to have a human form. I created it so that it would be far easier for you to get the Princess to trust you. The good thing is that this doesn't have time limit..."
"Meaning...?"
"Meaning that you don't have to hurry in leading the Princess into a trap." Kammy spoke as she paced around the room. Bowser was back in his bed, awaiting the clothing that some of his lackeys were told to create for him. The problem with suddenly becoming human meant that the Koopa King was completely naked. He sighed, running a hand through his spiked red hair. "So what you're telling me, is that I'm a human until I drink your antidote? But this means that I can easily get closer to Peach without having to worry about Mario..." A cruel smile spread over his lips before he began to laugh. "Perfect..."

Donning the green leather pants and vest that were quickly and crudely stitched together for him, Bowser looked at himself in a large mirror that was within his room. The Koopa King before turning on his heel to head out the door. First was to take his Chain chomp out for a walk while trying to figure out how to get close to Peach.

He had headed down the halls, keeping out of sight of the major populace of his own castle. Not everyone knew that Bowser was human so he couldn't give himself away to anyone. By the time he had gotten to the room which held the chomp, Bowser had to bypass and hide from many of his underlings. Bowser pushed the heavy door open, whistling to catch the attention of the chain chomp. As soon as his whistle was caught by the metallic beast, it was awake and barking at it's master. Once the human was in it's view, the chomp reared back before lunging, digging it's teeth into Bowser's ankle.
"Ow!" He whacked the chain chomp in order to force it to dislodge from his now tender ankle. Far enough away from the creature; he ignored the slight pain of the bite, more worried as to why he would be bitten in the first place. "Does she not recognize me? That must be it, she's never bitten me before..."

More slinking and sneaking around his castle was needed until Bowser was finally free to wander around on his own. He was able to look at the world in a different light now. Everything seemed so different to him in this human form. Bowser took a few steps down from his keep, but slipped on loose rocks. His body began tumbling down the rock face, only able to grasp onto an edge before he plummeted too far. 'Is this how I'm going to die?' His mind was racing with fear. 'I don't want to die. I can't die like this! I can't die until I can admit my feelings to Peach!'

After those few thoughts, his fingers began loosing their grip. Bowser was falling, the fear of fast coming death causing his world to go dark...

Short, only because I'm lazy. I have to work on the next few chapters, but my mind forgets about this story.
