Miracle
Once Lusca told him not to do it, and thanks God he didn’t listen to him.
He’s free now. All because he decided to take the risk. There was a moment of hesitation when he realized how easily he could get killed. After all he let the insane man guide him. Or rather he thought he’s insane. And still he agreed to this desperate act. He escaped from prison with Belbet. It was a miracle they didn’t get shot.
Belbet sleeps beside him. His hair are shorter now. He’s clean and didn’t stink like he used to in prison. He’s not even so insane as Guys thought at the beginning. Guys never believed in miracles but he’s started to. He doesn’t remember how they became lovers, but it’s not important now. What's important is only a present moment.
