Night shrouded Hyrule. The field was dark, the blackness of the night permeated by a pulsing, reddish glow. A fierce, burning light, a beacon of energy, shined from the top of what used to be Hyrule Castle.
Ganon’s Tower. It had been glowing since the day prior, outshining both the sun and moon. The people of the land worried, fearing the omen of whatever may come.
Even from the distance of the desert, the Hero had seen it, pulsing in the distance of the sky like a dying star. He knew what it was. The Evil King was calling him, challenging him. Approach if you dare.
Link spurred Epona onwards, focusing only on the impending battle, avoiding any other questions that tore at him. The tower steadily grew nearer.
…
The horses in the stable whinnied uneasily, unable to sleep with the sinister light glowing in the sky. The entire atmosphere of Lon Lon Ranch was ominous and pregnant with the threat of doom, much like the rest of Hyrule.
The curtains were drawn in Malon’s room. The faint glow leaked through the fabric of the shades. Malon was fast asleep, nude under the covers. Her lover sat upright on the edge of the bed, staring silently at the glow peering through the curtains.
Dark Link had been staying with Malon for the past few days. Talon and Ingo had traveled to Kakariko with a delivery of milk, leaving Malon alone. At least, that’s what her father thought. Dark had been helping the farm girl with her chores each day, and tending to her in bed each night. Unbeknownst to her, he planned to make himself known upon her father’s return. He had become quite fond of her, and was tired of sneaking into the ranch at night.
Then, the day before last, the light had come. Dark Link knew all too well what it was. Either the Hero had succeeded in his quest, and The Evil King was challenging him, or the princess had finally surfaced, and was in Ganon’s clutches. Perhaps even both. No doubt the Hero was already on his way to Ganon’s stronghold, ready to do battle. Surely he would be killed. It was foolish to challenge the mighty Lord Ganondorf.
He tried to turn his gaze away from the window, to go back to sleep and dream with the beautiful girl sleeping beside him. It wasn’t his problem anymore; what did he care?
But he found that he could not. He cursed himself for it. He had finally found his place, he felt. He had tough, fulfilling work to do, and a wonderful, beautiful friend to be with. He needn’t concern himself with matters of the Hero or the Evil King anymore. He wasn’t a pawn in their game of chess any longer.
Yet, at the same time. He remembered the way the Hero had looked at him, with the Sacred Blade against his throat. He had spared him. And not under false pretenses of being noble, not because he was expected as the Hero of Time to be just and merciful. Link had truly seen the goodness in him. He had simply done him a favor. Something a friend would do.
Dark Link couldn’t say he really liked the Hero. After all, the young man had bested him in swordplay twice, something he did not take kindly to. But if Link had not spared him, he would never be where he was now, on the ranch with Malon. She and Link were friends, as well… All things pointed Dark Link towards the castle. Surely the Hero would be killed on his own? At least he himself had been in the castle, and knew the place.
And even besides the Hero, there was Ganondorf. To the Evil King, he had been nothing but means to an end. A lifeless tool to be instrumented against his adversary. He felt shame when he thought back to the Water Temple, where he had been forced to beg Ganon for a second wind.
The man was evil, feeling nothing for those he used. Dark Link remembered the other subordinates that he had worked alongside. The mysterious Sheikah girl, who had watched the Hero’s progress so intently. He had always felt the Ganondorf had kept an especially close watch on her, as if he had expected her of betrayal. Or there was the strange young wind mage, who seemed indifferent towards everything. Dark Link wondered about the wizard’s past. He looked so young, yet seemed so old.
Ganon would be ready to cast them all into the fire if it insured his victory. That was the kind of man he was. And if he killed the Hero, which he would, there would be nothing in his way. Nobody would be safe. Malon surely wouldn’t. Ganon had already tried to seize the Ranch once.
Dark Link rose from the bed, gathering his clothes from the floor and dressing his naked body. He sighed as he did. It was with reluctance that he prepared to leave. But it had to be done. He couldn’t stand by and watch the land crumble. He had someone to protect now, someone he cared for.
He looked to Malon. Her nude form was outlined by the sheets she lie under. Her beautiful scarlet hair draped her face, and her lips curved in a soft smile as she slumbered. Finished dressing, Dark Link leaned over the bed and kissed her softly. He couldn’t bring himself to wake her, to tell her what he planned to do. Better she just think he left before her father returned, instead of worrying.
I’ll be back for you, he thought to himself. I promise.
…
There was a strange pillar in the center of the room in the dark stone tower. The water in it glowed with many colors, a window into the world. Ganon stood over it, massive arms crossed, a smug grin of satisfaction upon his face. Zelda watched this with disdain.
She was bound in chain against the far wall of the room, her wrists clasped together above her head, her feet upon the ground so that she didn’t hang by her arms. Her arm length gloves irritated her wrists under the manacles.
Zelda’s mind was turbulent with thought. Some were of Link, and of all the things she wanted to say to him, of all the feelings she felt she couldn‘t rightly express. Some were of Ganon, and the strange feelings she felt for him, an intolerable loathing mingled with a purely physical lust for his god-like body.
But mostly, she thought of Sheik, and of where she might be. Seven years ago, When she had been on the run from Ganon, Impa had proposed the idea. Ganon would never think to look for someone else. Perhaps it was safest at the breast of the enemy.
So it had been done, the magic of the Triforce having given her mighty powers of sorcery. More than merely donning the garb of the Sheikah, Zelda had transformed herself. Originally, she had planned to changed herself into a boy, to further insure that she wouldn’t be discovered, but that had proved to difficult for her magical prowess then. But still, she had changed. She was then no longer Zelda, but another person entirely. Sheik.
She had trained under Impa, learning the ways of her people. When she had come of age, she had sworn her allegiance to Ganon, proving her loyalty by carrying out his mission of spying upon the enemy. Looking back on it now, it seemed as though Ganondorf had known of her identity all along, or at least suspected it.
What confused her the most, though, were Sheik’s feelings. The two women were connected by a deeper bond than anyone could imagine, and Zelda could feel the Sheikah girl’s emotions as if they were her own. Zelda could feel Sheik’s anger at her, her feelings of betrayal that the princess would change back and take her away from Link. But more intensely, she felt Sheik’s feelings for the Hero.
She loved him. Zelda could feel it. But… Zelda loved him… didn’t she? She couldn’t be sure. It was true that she had, when they were children, a pure, innocent love. But then she had ceased to be Zelda anymore, and Sheik was born. She didn’t know what she felt, or what to think. Was it possible to fight over a man against one’s self? The notion was ridiculous, yet it seemed to be happening.
She could hear Sheik’s voice in her head, vocalizing her anger and betrayal at the princess. Warning Zelda to keep her hands to herself. Zelda had to laugh at this.
“What’s so funny, princess?” Zelda’s giggle was caught in her throat at the sound of Ganondorf’s voice. She looked up to see him standing before her bound figure, his arms still crossed. She tried not to gawk, keeping her regal composure. She hated herself for being attracted to him, even if it was just physically. She said nothing in reply to him.
“You don’t wish to speak to me?” he said in a mocking voice. He smirked at her, reaching towards her and brushing a lock of silken hair out of her face. Zelda made a noise of disgust and whipped her head away from his touch. This time, Ganondorf laughed.
“Don’t play coy, princess, I know your thoughts.” Zelda’s eyes widened at this, her cheeks flushing in embarrassment and shame. He laughed again. “No need to be embarrassed. Although I don’t think Sheik ever had such fantasies.”
Zelda spat in Ganon’s face, surprised at her own audacity and boldness. How dare he mock her so.
“Don’t you dare speak to me in such a manner!” She cried at him. Ganon wiped it away from his face, his smirk having faltered for a moment, but now back in full.
“You‘ve quite a temper, don‘t you, princess?” He said, his voice dripping with ridicule. “You just can’t stand the fact that your clever little disguise finally failed you, I think.” Zelda finally dropped her livid gaze, once again unable to look at him.
“I thought it was you, this entire time,” he said, beginning to pace the room. “I couldn’t be sure, but I had my suspicions. Did you really think me to be that foolish, princess? Why else do you think you were assigned to guide the Hero? I knew you would show up eventually, if I let that foolish kid wander around long enough. And sure enough, you did.”
“Although,” he continued. “I never expected you to actually have transformed into a different person entirely. Sheik was clever enough to keep you from her thoughts, so that I couldn’t find you by reading her mind. You’ve outdone yourself, princess. You should be proud. That transformation was quite something.”
Ganon approached her again, getting uncomfortably close. She tried to squirm away as best she could, but, being bound in chain, it did little to help. Ganon whispered into her ear, his breath tickling at her in an alarmingly pleasant manner.
“I can transform, as well, princess,” he whispered. “Would you like to see?” Zelda said nothing, only whimpering in mixed discomfort and sensation at Ganondorf’s whispers in her ear.
Then she felt something happening. The air was alive with magical energy, and she could see, on the back of Ganon’s right hand, the glowing sigil of the Triforce, brightening each second. Zelda closed her eyes against the light of the Triforce. Then the energy faded, and Zelda opened her eyes.
Ganon stood before her, although much different than he had been a second ago. Surely this must be how he had looked in Nabooru’s memory’s, as Link had described to Sheik in the desert. He was younger, now looking to be about her age. His skin was lighter, still dark, but not unnaturally so. His garb had changed from jet black armor, to a dark, light material, the same that the Gerudo had worn. His body was fit and muscular, and upon his handsome face, partially concealed by his wild Gerudo hair, was a smug grin. Physically, he was now even more attractive, but his eyes were still the same. It was still him. Zelda held his gaze, trying her best to defy what they both knew to be true.
“What’s the matter, princess?” The younger Ganondorf asked in mock concern. “Are you not impressed?” He came closer, pressing his body against hers, causing her to shiver. “Because if you’re not, I can remedy that…”
Zelda’s eyes shot wide open as she felt a hand slip under the hem of her dress, slowly running up the length of her calf, then thigh. Zelda bucked away from him as hard as she could, crying out in disgust of his touch.
“Don’t touch me!” She screamed. She swung a bit, being suspended by chains. Ganondorf watched in amusement. When she stilled, he advanced again, holding her in place with one arm, so that she couldn’t pull away. She could feel his fingertips running up her leg once more. Once more, his voice whispered to her, his breath tickling the nape of her neck.
“Don’t struggle, princess. You can’t deny your desire. And it’s been too long since I’ve felt a woman’s touch.” Zelda suspected that there was more to it than that. It was true that bearers of the Triforce were naturally drawn to each other, but it seemed more likely that Ganondorf was attracted to her simply because she held a shard of the Triforce, a testament to his lust for power.
As for her desire, she didn’t know what to say. She was repulsed by him, yet, at the same time, extremely attracted. Her feelings and emotions had been kept under lock and key for better than seven years, with Sheik living in her place. Now she was finally free, and her body was demanding her to act on her impulsive lust.
What about Link? She thought. Did she still have feelings for him? She knew that she did, but whether she loved him or not, she couldn’t say for sure. All of these contradictory emotions were too much for her at one time.
As she felt Ganon’s hand creep nearer to her center, she felt sure of one thing: he was going to have his way with her, regardless of her consent. The least she could do was allow herself to not feel completely taken advantage of.
She felt Ganondorf’s fingertips brush at her between her legs, causing her to moan softly. He smiled at her responsiveness.
“Decided to play along, have we?” He asked smugly. “Don’t think that you’ll get off the hook that easily.” While he spoke, she pressed into him, kissing him passionately. It wasn’t nearly as bad as she thought it would be; pleasurable even.
As they kissed, Zelda could hear the soft rustle of his pants slipping around his ankles. His fingers pressed against her luxurious, silken panties, causing her to sigh and quiver as their tongues caressed each other. The other hand that had previously held her against her will now began groping at her breasts, teasing her nipples beneath the soft material of her dress. Soon after, he pulled the top of her dress down, exposing the fair, pristine flesh of her breasts. Ganon pawed greedily at her, his other hand still coaxing at her silk panties.
Zelda felt Ganon slip her panties off, moving his hand so that she may wiggle them down her legs and kick them off. He pulled away from her, stepping back so that she could see his erect member. He waved his had lazily, and Zelda fell forward onto her knees as the chain binding her hands gave a bit, lowering her to the ground. She knelt before him, his grin stretched even wider. She hadn’t expected this, but knew that she had gone too far to deny him. Reluctantly, she took him into her mouth.
She bobbed her head in an unpracticed fashion, slowly working herself as far down his shaft as she could manage. It was humiliating, kneeling before him, her breasts exposed and her hands bound above her head as she worked at his manhood with her tongue and lips. Something about the degradation aroused her, though. It felt forbidden and naughty.
Ganon reached down, combing his fingers roughly through her hair, probably on purpose. Once again, the ill intent further aroused the kneeling princess.
Finally he pulled away, the chain retracting, yanking Zelda back up to her feet. Ganondorf pushed her, causing her to stumble around. He felt his hands stop her so that her backside was facing him. She felt him press up between her legs from behind. She cried out as he pushed himself inside. The chain lowered, so that she was bent over forward, holding herself up only by the chain.
Ganon thrust into her hard, eliciting moans and cries from Zelda. Everything about this was shameful and demeaning, making her feel less like a princess and more like a common whore. She loved everything about it, however. That she had been denied such carnal pleasures the last several years of her life seemed extremely unfair. She had envied Sheik as she had laid with Link, jealous of their pleasure and tenderness. Their was no affection now, but she felt the physical ecstasy that must be at least similar to what Sheik had felt. It grew in her middle, feeling ready to explode.
Finally, she pulled away from Ganondorf, feeling his manhood slip out of her. She turned herself around and faced him, wrapping one leg around his waist and pulling herself up to wrap the other one around in the same manner. She pressed into his member so that it slid back in, grinding herself against him.
He thrust into her responsively, absolutely wild now. His hands steadied her at the hips as he bucked against her. Zelda tossed her head back in rapture, her breasts bouncing as she rocked against him. She could feel herself on the edge, her body tensing up.
Then it burst, and Zelda felt an electric current run through her. Her cries echoed throughout the stone walls of the tower as she peaked, her body slowly relaxing.
As soon as she did, Ganondorf lifted her off of him. The chain slackened once more, so that the princess was on her knees again. Ganondorf’s hand was at his own member, coaxing himself to orgasm. His seed shot forth all over Zelda, splashing her all over her face, dripping down onto her exposed breasts. She had never felt more used, more objectified and demeaned in her life. Somehow, she still felt a forbidden bliss, a tingling sensation still between her legs, the feel of hot passion on her lips and neck and breasts, the iron manacles holding her arms bound. She felt tired, worn out, as though she were about to fall unconscious from exertion.
Zelda closed her eyes, letting the darkness take her, lest her physical rapture diminish and her feelings return.
…
The tower was hovering above a lake of fire. It seemed to rotate slowly, as if it were some giant, malevolent top. Link had already tried the hookshot, but it wouldn’t reach the front entrance of the dark castle. What now?
Just as he thought it, he felt a strange wind blow. The air was suddenly static, as if with magical energy. He looked to the castle and the lake of fire. Between the gap, he could see something taking shape.
It was a bridge. It was transparent, yet somehow many colors. Forest green, fire red, a deep blue… all colors he recognized. No doubt this bridge was the work of the Sages. He smiled a little, the first time he had in a while. Time to get to work, I suppose…
He started forward to cross the bridge, but stopped, his long elfin ears twitching slightly. Somebody was here, behind him. Who would be following him?
The pursuer tread just behind him, perhaps ready to strike. Link, in one swift movement, drew his blade and spun around, ready to slash. His sword collided with another, the metallic sound ringing out loudly. Link’s eyes went wide with shock.
It was his doppelganger, Dark Link. He smirked mischievously, his pointed canines showing.
“You look surprised to see me, Hero,” he said lightly. Link jumped backwards, readying his stance to fight. Dark Link waved the notion aside nonchalantly, sheathing his sword. “Don’t bother, Hero. I’m here to help.”
Link gave him a puzzled look. Help? He wasn’t seeking revenge? He peered inward, using the Eye of Truth to find that the double was telling the truth.
“What’s the matter, Link? Don’t trust me?” Dark Link grinned devilishly, waiting for the Hero’s response. Link hesitantly sheathed his sword, keeping his eyes on his counterpart. Dark Link’s smile widened.
“Don’t worry, Hero,” he continued. “You’ll be glad I’m around before too long, I’m sure.” He motioned to Ganon’s Tower. “Shall we?”

I feel as though some readers might get upset over the Zelda/Ganondorf pairing. Before you do, consider the facts that:
1.) Zelda and Sheik are entirely different people, that are "sharing" a body, and
2.) The last time Zelda had a body of her own, she was just an almost-teen-kid, so her feelings/thoughts/desires are in super overdrive at this point.
All in all, I think(hope) it came out well, if your into bondage/S&M stuff, and it makes more sense than Zelda immediately getting together with Link. That being said, I don't know yet if I'm going to pair them, or if I can even find a place to fit it. Then again, it does seem like a pretty important pairing. We'll see, over the next few chapters. Once again, I will ask for reader's input. The more responses, the more I'll have to go off of. "Jarty," thank you for the review, glad you are enjoying it.
Same as always, Read/Rate/Review, and ENJOY!!!
