Time...passes

ok I lied it was a while since I updated and I'm sorry about that...this one is short and not at all what this needs which means there WILL be more chapters

----------------------------------------

Time had passed.

Seasons in Azeroth had come and gone and the heat of the summer had just slipped away. Tasha was trying to rebuild from the chaos and confusion that had happened after the incident at Zul'Farak. Currently running errends for the Darkspear in Zabra'Jin, she was beginning to put things back together in her head.

Looking back.....

She'd talked with Omen that day. Talked and discussed and rehashed and tried to make sense of the events of the past. Imon's revelation had shocked her and Omen's anger had not helped at all. He had felt used by the situation in several ways and tried to get that accross to her...gently of course. Her reactions were slightly colored by Kuu'Jin's assertation that she should take the chance with Omen. Tasha knew that sooner or later she would need to seek a mate...now. Her refusal to notice this before was in a way what had precipitated this whole chaos and confusion.

The talk phase had lasted several days. Both of them knew they needed to think about what had been said, Tasha wanted to make a snap decision for once but her natural wariness won thru...that and Imon's message. It had been brief...telling her to think things thru before she decided, to be sure on what she wanted.

Then Omen mentioned having to run an errand, while he was gone she had a call for assistance from a friend. She packed her things and headed for Shattrath to assist in disposing of an Fel-Orc encampment. By the time she got back to Orgrimmar there was no sign Omen had been there at all. So she waited. A day then another and on the third day she once more aided in repulsing an alliance incursion within the city. He still didn't show.

She packed her things up and headed for Outland once more, determined to continue her work...and try and forget what had happened.

Picking up most of the pieces had been easy enough. Except for one. Scotour was avoiding her. The friend she'd had was now physically avoiding her and she couldn't figure why. Once a week she spent time hunting about Orgrimmar and Sen'Jin looking for Omen and then a little more time seeking out, or trying to seek out Scot.

Nothing.

Nada.

It was like they had both pulled a hole in after them and she finally shrugged and closed off her heart and her mind, not wanting to drag herself thru it any more. Several male trolls, both within and outside the Army asked her to eat with them, accompany them to this or that place, or asked her if she needed their assistance. She'd smile softly and refuse politely before heading back to the small tent she'd rented in Thrallmar.

Then recently she went to Zabra'Jin....and who should be there but Scotour.
