Chapter 13: Who's up for a swim?

Chapter 13: Who’s up for a swim?
Rebecca’s Log
And to think…I always thought that swimming was a relaxing sport. I can’t believe we almost died like that. God…how embarrassing would that be? Jill and I started searching the building together after we…ahem…got acquainted with each other properly.

(I was pretty well acquainted after the first couple of times, you know…)

Right…anyway, we checked down the hallway that we had used to come to the room that we met at. While we searched the place we told each other about our adventures in the mansion and I have to say that I feel like I got the short end of the stick. Then again, she’s upset that she missed out on the snake so I guess we’re even there. We walked down the hallway, towards the curve that eventually led to another door. This door led into a large open room with doors all over the place. We looked around, but were immediately drawn to the double doors right across from us. It was at the end of it’s own little hallway and there were vines, leaves, tendrils and moss growing all over it. I had the feeling that it was behind those doors that we would find the place that the vine that fucked us both earlier was hiding, and Jill agreed with me. I was all for rushing in there and having some fun, but Jill was a little more cautious. I wasn’t sure what she was being so uptight about, but I agreed to do what she said since she is still my superior. So we walked up to the door slowly and were just going to peak inside to see what was there, but the door refused to open, and when I tried shoving it open, the door shoved right back, sending me sprawling to the floor. I slowly got up while Jill tried desperately to stop giggling. I quietly grumbled to myself and decided not to hold it against her. I’d just kill her later. We decided to go around the room in the direction we’d already started on. That’s counterclockwise for those of you keeping score at home. The next door over led us to a simple bedroom with a few bookshelves and a private bathroom. There didn’t seem to be anything interesting in the room until I found a report about a giant plant. According to the report, the plant that is now known as Plant 69 was just a normal plant until it was infected by something called the S-virus. After it was infected, the plant mutated into a giant beast that only cared about sex. The only scientist that managed to escape from it when it was first infected said that it immediately killed all of the male scientists it could get it’s tendrils on and started to fuck the females into oblivion.

Jill and I looked at each other with trepidation. We both knew that this S-virus that had infected the plant must have been the same thing that turned all of the people and things in the mansion into sex-craved monsters, but we had no idea of what the S-virus was supposed to really do. This report was meant to be read by someone who already understood what the S-virus was so there was no information about the S-virus itself. I was extremely curious about the S-virus from two completely different standpoints. As a chemist I wanted to know all about this strange virus because of the knowledge I would gain; but as a person who might be infected with it I needed to know how contagious it was, what long term exposure would cause and, most importantly, would we turn into mindless sex-craved zombies too? We both showed the symptom of a voracious sexual appetite but, fortunately, neither of us have shown any signs of mutation…yet. The two of us left the room in lousy spirits, and slightly freaked out by the implications of the report, but we kept going, mostly because there was really nothing else we could do. I looked down the darkened hallway to our right and didn’t see another door, but Jill said she saw something glint in the darkness. I wasn’t sure about that, so she went to look for herself. She said that she found a key before screaming and running back down the hallway, chased by a swarm of giant mutant hornets. I wasn’t about to see the amorous ways of these things so I took off too. We ran to the nearest door that we hadn’t tried yet and attempted to open the door, but it was locked, so Jill used the key she found and quickly opened the door. We both fell in and I kicked the door closed, leaving us panting on the floor as we listened to the sounds of the angry hornets slowly fade and disappear.

We looked around and found ourselves in, of all places, my element. It was a decent chemistry lab, full of beakers and vials of different kinds of acids and bases. I was looking through the chemicals when Jill brought my attention to a note posted by the door. The note mentioned Plant 69 and a special mixture that the lab boys used to kill weeds in the area. The V-jolt, as it was called, was supposed to kill any kind of plant instantly as long as it was applied to the roots of the plant. Personally, I was uncertain of the validity of this chemical compound, but Jill said that we could try making the stuff to get rid of the plant and see what was in the room that it was guarding. Damn unscientific logic.

(Hey, you’re the scientist. I’m just a soldier!)

Whatever. We went about making the V-jolt, which was a complicated and tedious process that took way longer than it should have. While I was making the weed killer Jill found another note that mentioned a secret passage into the basement in the head of security’s room. We both figured that that was the room that we found the note about the plant in, so after I got myself a nice big beaker full of V-jolt, we headed back there. I must admit to being a little surprised that the hornets didn’t attack us, but I’m not really all that upset by that either. After a thorough search of the room, we finally found the passage hidden behind one of the bookshelves. I had to wonder why anyone would hide the way to the basement in their room, but ours is not to reason why, right? There was a short ladder leading into darkness which, I have to say, creeped me out no end, so I was happy when Jill went down first. As it turned out, the basement wasn’t as dark and foreboding as the vertical tunnel lead us to believe. It was well lit and rather bland looking…if not a little damp. Actually, it was very damp. A lot more damp than you’d expect a normally damp basement to be.

(Yes, yes, it was damp! Get on with it!)

Sorry. Anyway, the basement also had a lot of crates that didn’t seem to have anything in them. There really didn’t seem to be any point for there to be empty crates just hanging about, but they turned out to be useful as they helped us get over a small gap in the floor that looked like it had once been a way to a sub-basement but was now completely flooded. Jill and I pushed the crates into the water and they made an unstable bridge for us to cross the water with. The pathway continued onward until we came to some steps leading down into the inky black waters. Well, sort of. The water was about waist deep and there was a door right in front of us, so the two of us decided to just go for it. But neither of us were very happy with the idea of wet clothing so we took off our gear and left it by the stairs. I’ve never tried skinny dipping before, but if it’s anything like this, I doubt I’ll ever try it again. The water was freezing! But, on the other hand, I got to see Jill naked again, so it wasn’t all bad. Man, I hate to see her leave, but I love to watch her walk away!

(Rebecca!)

Whoa! Damn, she’s scary when she’s upset. Jill took point and headed to the door first. After she opened the door and looked inside, she motioned for me to follow her closely. Just to be safe, we left the vial of V-jolt back with our clothes. We didn’t want it to break if anything happened; not after all the trouble that went into making it. The room that we entered had a giant aquarium in the center of it. It was also hip deep in freezing cold water! As we searched the room we found out why; the tank in the center of the room had a huge hole in it. The room appeared to be empty, but anyone with half a brain would be able to reason that a big tank would equal a big fish. Unfortunately, my brain wasn’t functioning because of the cold. We waded our way through the room until we saw a door that looked promising at the other end. We must not have been paying much attention to our surroundings because, as it turned out, we were being watched. Okay, I admit that I thought while I was walking past the tank that I felt something swim past my leg, but I didn’t see anything afterwards, so I thought it was just my imagination.

Anyway, we were just about to get to the door when Jill suddenly disappeared beneath the water. I have to admit that I would have freaked out if Jill hadn’t shot back up a few seconds later. Well, shot up isn’t exactly the term. Her head barely broke the surface as she scrabbled blindly for the edge of the tank, trying to hold herself up. I couldn’t understand why she was doing that until I looked down at her body and saw the three giant lampreys attached to her breasts and hips. Considering how flushed her face was and how she was gyrating around, I could guess that they were all suckling on her sensitive bits. But regardless of how good it must have felt, her survival instinct kicked in and she screamed for help. I have to admit that I feel a bit ashamed that I didn’t help her sooner, but I was transfixed to the image of her with the fish and wondering how it must have felt. But, her safety was more important than that. I was reaching for the ones on her breasts when I felt a huge weight on my back and I was pushed under the water myself. As I slowly opened my eyes under the water I saw what it was that was on top of me. It was a great white fucking shark! I screamed in terror as I tried desperately to claw my way back to the surface, but the creature’s weight was far too much for my small frame to be able to lift, even underwater. Jill was no help in this situation as she was still trying to extricate herself from the lampreys, so I was in dire straights as my panic was causing me to lose air at an alarming rate. My mind was completely fried, so there was no chance of me coming to my senses and holding what little air I had left. And then what little I did have left was taken away as the monstrous fish pushed it’s huge cock inside of my ass and started fucking me. Apparently it was too stupid to realize the difference between my two holes, or maybe my thrashing around caused it to miss, I don’t know. The lack of oxygen and the water I was taking in with my panting was slowly making me lose consciousness and I knew then that I was gonna die with a fish up my ass. Damn, that would have been depressing.

(Yes…yes it would have been. I would have cried at your funeral…and made sure no one knew of you as the one who died because a fish fucked her…*snicker*)

Very funny! You would have followed me! Anyway, about the time that I was blacking out I felt a hand grab my hair and drag my head to the surface. It hurt like a bitch, but the pain was exactly what I needed to get back to the land of the living. My arms wrapped around the edge of the tank and I shot Jill a smile between fits of horrific coughing and vomiting. By the way, for anyone who might want to know, getting fucked while you’re trying to get a lot of water out of your lungs is not fun! But the shark didn’t even seem to care. As long as it’s gills were beneath the surface, it was fine with me being able to breathe. Pompous jerk. It wasn’t long before the thing came, shooting it’s thick sticky goop up into my ass. I was happy when it pulled out of me, because I could slowly get up again, but I waited a short while before I made for the door. The shark had moved on to Jill, swatting the lamprey off of her and actually fucking her pussy. She seemed perfectly happy with her current predicament, so I bolted for the door and slammed it shut behind me. I found that the place was the control center for the basement. I grinned maliciously as I saw the control that would drain the water from the basement and flipped it without a moment’s hesitation. I was rather happy with myself until I heard a scream from the tank room. I ran out and saw that the shark was slowly asphyxiating…on Jill. No wonder she screamed. That thing must weigh a lot! I ran over and helped her get it off. She thanked me…sort of, and then the two of us checked the rest of the basement. We found another door that opened to reveal the root system of what we guessed was Plant 69. I ran back to our stuff and grabbed the V-jolt, placing it underneath the root system. I popped the top and quickly backed away as the stuff caused the roots to whither and die in a matter of seconds. It worked, just like the note said it would. We were both so happy that we hugged and kissed each other… Ahem…after another half-hour long love-making session, we got our clothes and I started making this report. We’re going to be heading for the room that we couldn’t enter before thanks to Plant 69 not being interested in visitors. I just hope it’s not pissed at us or anything. Rebecca Out.

Wesker’s log
Well, the Neptunes came pretty close to killing them both. If they hadn’t been together they would have both died. But, is that what I really want? No one knows what happens to women who have had long time exposure to the S-virus. If they survive all the way to the end of this laboratory (which, considering how they’re doing so far, they will) I may just have to let them go. Well, let them go to another facility after I put them both under lock and key. All of the valuable test data they could give us. It just boggles the mind. Well, that’s for the future. For now, let’s see how they handle Plant 69. They may think it’s dead now, but it’s still got enough fight in it to give them one last hurrah! Wesker Out.

*Shinobu, you've asked some decent questions...unfortuanately, I can only answer one of them and not give away information that will be revealed later on in the storyline. I can, however, say that yes, the F-virus is my little shout out to the G-virus. I found it quite an interesting coincidence that if you go up one letter from T you get S and the same with going up from G, getting F. It worked out so perfectly that I couldn't resist mentioning it. Once you figure out what the S in S-virus stands for, it's pretty obvious what the F in F-virus stands for. As for your continued request for me to continue with RE 2 and 3...uh...havn't got around to playing them yet. ^-^; I had originally planned to write this as just a fic for RE and leave it at that...but after playing through RE 0, I got the idea for a fic. It's hiding somewhere in my brain right now. I suppose I could at least write little one-shots for 2 and 3...once I've gotten through them, but don't hold your breath on that...mostly cause you'll die. Don't do that... Playing Mantis out*
