Prologue~
Kazuya hadn’t seen it coming nor did he ever expect her to do something like that. One moment they were arguing about her father, the next a hot pain torn through his right cheek and the warm, oozing sensation of crimson spillfortforth from the wound. He remembered that she tried to apologize to him as he held a dishtowel to his cheek in an effort to staunch the bleeding, but he didn’t listen. He was trying his best not to give into the desire beat her viciously for slapping him with a piece of broken glass. 'I could have killed her for that!' he thought to himself as he drove him from the hospital. ‘She had no right to do this to me!’ Kazuya gingerly fingered the gaze bandage that cover the two-inch long wound. It took ten fine stitches to close the gapping wound on his cheek. He then slowed his Tahoe as he turned onto the long, winding drive leading to his home...
