BATTLE FRONTIER

Noland introduce himself as Frontier Brain of the Battle Factory. He show him many Pokemon or ask Ash from which Pokemon he battle. Noland tells Articuno to use another combination of Ice Beam and Water Pulse which attack and strike Charizard. Noland tells Articuno to finish the battle by getting above Charizard. Ash realizes it's time to use that attack Charizard learned all on its own. He tells Charizard to get above Articuno, and use Overheat, Charizard glows bright red, and the ice on the wing melts, Noland and Articuno are both stunned. Articuno use Steel Wing on Charizard and Charizard crash on land, Charizard looked tired.

Articuno use another Steel Wing. Charizard stays unmoving in midair, right before Articuno can strike, Ash orders Charizard to grab it. Charizard grabs the glowing wings with its claws, taking both Noland and Articuno by surprise. Ash directs Charizard to perform a Seismic Toss, Charizard brings Articuno in close, and spins downward, faster than ever before. They collide with the ground, raising a large cloud of dust, when dust cleared Articuno fainted, Charizard has won, defeating a legendary Pok¨¦mon, and giving Ash his first Battle Frontier Symbol in the process. Ash say goodbye them, Charizard and Liza go to Charific Valley, Ash and co. heade to next Battle Frontier.

At the way of Battle Arena, a Gravelor, a Geodude and many Rock Pokemon r kidnapped Ash friends. Here Ash and co. find the Ribbon contest held in Saffron City, they decide to go Saffron City.

Ash send Snorlax, Hariyama use Focus Punch Snorlax dodge it and use Ice Punch and defeat Hariyama.

Medicham use Focus Punch and Snorlax fall back, Medicham use Ice Punch and Snorlax use same, by which Medicham freeze, Snorlax use rest. Medicham use more Focus Punch to break ice, or when he ready to strike Snorlax wake up and dodge, again hit Hyper Beam and followed Body Slam by which Medicham knock out. Greta awards Ash the Guts Symbol, Scott tells Ash that the next facility is the Battle Dome. Ash and co. rest the Battle Arena tonight to continue journey next day.
