Prologue: Looking to a dark future
It was a normal Tuesday morning in the town of Kyoto. Two new graduates fresh out of law school had begged to come work at the law offices of Phoenix Wright and Co. Maya had long returned to Kurain Village, along with Pearls. The country though, had been in quite a rut recently. Due to an accident, a new leader was in need and that leader had just recently been picked. His name was Crowlin Narssicu, or as he preferred to be called by his peers, Crown. He seemed to be an ideal leader only wanting the best for his world and only wish he could make it a place of true peace and serenity.
One of the newbies working for Phoenix had sensed something odd about this man. He seemed all too willing for a perfect world. with some research she uncovered something that might have been able to prevent the unfortionate chain of events about to set themselves into motion. She entered the main office, "Um, excuse me Mr. Wright, but i need to talk to you about something." Phoenix looked over to her, "Just call me Nick," He smiled at how she reminded him of Maya when they first met....except under better circumstances. "What is it you want me to look at Katryna?" "Well, Mr. Nick, I decided to look up Mr. Narssicu's personal data. I found a few things that don't quite set well with me about him being our country's leader." He took the file from her and looked over it. Apparantly, he had been in military school his whole life and passed it with flying colors, and his role models were somewhat odd. "Admires Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, and Mussolini...Well Kat, it might be somewhat unsettling, but i doubt he would do anything to his own country, and I'm sure if he tried to, the military wouldn't let him." Kat sighed, taking back the file. Something didn't settle right with her about this guy, and she would just have to be patient to see if he really would do something demonic like her senses told her.
