The cure.

“Where we be goin’?” Marri asked as she followed Windhorn over the grassy plains. She kept adjusting her armor. Slenga had finished her new armor and it barely covered anything. How could this be better armor? The top was barely more than heavy leather straps Slenga had called a harness. The bottom was barely more than heavy leather panties. Her flat tummy was completely exposed, so was much of her breasts. The boots clung to her shapely legs. Coming up above the knee. The cloak came down to the small of her back, leaving her round bottom mostly showing. The shoulder pads were small and looked more decorative than protective. The gloves stopped just before her fingers. The Gauntlets came to just below the elbow. So much area was exposed she felt half naked.
“Thunder Bluff.” He replied. “My mother lives there.”
“What about ya fada?” She asked.
“He died in the fight in which I was captured by Prin and her companions.” He replied.
“I see. I be sorry, mon.” Marri said.
Windhorn was silent for a little while. “Do you think he’ll be long?” He asked finally.
“’o?” She asked
“Eroth.” Windhorn looked back at her. He didn’t get an answer right away. They walked in silence for nearly a minute before she spoke.
“’e an’t comin’ back, Wind’orn.” Marri said.
Windhorn stopped. “What do you mean?” He asked. “He said he’d catch up.”
“He lie.” She said continuing to walk.
“Why would he do that?” Windhorn said. “Why would he abandon us after he just married you?”
“’e be sent to die.” Marri said. “e’ dead.”
“How do you know? He said he’d be fine. That he’d catch up!” Marri finally stopped and looked back at him. She walked over to him. She placed her hand gently on his snout.
“Ya truly be quite young, an’t ya? Ya didn’ notice da look in ‘is eyes. ‘e know ‘e gonna die.” She said. “’e sent us away so we not die too. Because ‘e care for us.”
“How can you be sure?” He asked.
“I be in more dangerous places den Elwin before. I be fine dere unless ‘e go ta Stormwind.” She said. “’e be strong. But not strong enough to survive Stormwind. Not alone.”
Tears were falling over the furry cheeks of the Tauren now. He’d been with them for such a short time, but they were the first people to care about him since he’d been captured. Now all of a sudden, Eroth was gone and not coming back. He dropped to his knees.
Marri gently hugged the large bovine. “Shhh... dere dere.” She said soothingly. Windhorn was reminded of his mother by the way she talked to him. Soothing, soft, kind.
“How can you be taking this so calmly?” He asked.
“I already do me cryin’.” She said. “I know de moment we part, I never see ‘im again.”
He sniffled and stood. He felt stupid for crying in like that. He wasn’t a child anymore. He needed to act like a man. And it had to be much worse on Marri. He dried his eyes on the fur of his arm and dusted himself off. If Marri could be strong, he could too.
Marri looked at him sadly. “Dere be no shame in cryin’, Windhorn. Tears be pain ya heart squeeze out t’rue ya eyes. When ya done, ya not hurt as bad.” She said. “Don’ well it up ‘cause of me.”
Windhorn shook his head. “I’m okay.” He said. “This isn’t the time nor place to cry.”
Marri nodded. “Den we continue?” She asked.
Windhorn nodded. “Thunder Bluff isn’t far now.” He said.

To answer HordeFTW's question, Eroth doesn't honestly care what the words mean. He's a music lover. Admit it. It's a pretty song. *^_^*
