The Darkness's Prologue
This is like, my first-written Yaoi on here ^^; please don't be mean; I tried my best. This chapter is just a prologue and it's like...PG-13 for the first few chapters, but it'll get to R and up later. For now, enjoy!

He was borne in a never-ending ocean, falling down into its depths as if he were falling through air. All of a sudden, his speed increased and as he opened his eyes, he stood on the beautiful beach of Destiny Island.

The boy gasped for air as he sat up roughly, clutching his throat. His bright blonde hair shimmered in the warm tropical sunlight, as did his deep blue eyes. His clothing was simple; a purple t-shirt with an wing printed upon it in a slightly darker shade of purple, while he wore almost violet pants of the same wing design, although the wing on the pants was a lighter shade. His tennis shoes were white with blue stripes.
The blonde wore a thick chain around his neck, donned with a pendant in the shape of a stretched heart with a thorny ‘X’ across it. He paid it no mind; he had it as far back as he could remember. The boy looked up and down the length of the balmy beach and seeing no one, delved into his recent and extremely vivid dream.
He had been standing on the beach, where he now sat. The blonde was looking out at someone whom had navy-blue hair. He recognized the person clearly, but strangely, he had never seen them before in his life. The person was standing in the water, and he felt happy and moved to greet them, but as he did so, the sparkling crystal water drew back; the prelude of a tsunami.
The person--or rather, young man, for his features showed he was older than the blonde teen--turned to look at him with a smile and opened his arms wide. The teen ran out towards him, trying as hard as he could to reach him, but the ocean beat him, and swept them both below the waves.
After the blonde had been tumbled around a bit, he looked to the navy-haired boy who had all but shifted from the force pushing him beneath the water. His arms were still outstretched, and in a sudden burst of unknown energy, the blonde collided gently with him, whom embraced him warmly and swam upward.
The two broke through the surface of the water, the older boy holding the blonde in his arms, whom was resting his head against his savior’s shoulder. At the shore, a blonde girl a few years older than the blonde boy waved frantically and mouthed a name.
The older boy brought the smaller blonde to the beach, holding him until he stirred when they neared the shore. The blonde girl and the older boy smiled as he awoke and the teen smiled back at them. Suddenly, the blonde girl looked to the sky, followed by the navy-haired boy.
The blonde teen followed suit, and saw what he couldn’t otherwise describe as meteorites falling. A figure was seen falling down from the sky as well, and he examined it closer to realize it was him, donned in a black cloak with his thick necklace dangling in the air rushing past.
Suddenly, he felt himself falling backward, and seemingly fell into the shore. As he did so, he reached back up longingly to the blonde girl and navy-haired boy, wishing he could go back, but he knew it was not so.
The girl collapsed as she stared in utter amazement, and the boy pounded his fist on the shore just before they rippled out of view.
The blonde kept falling for a long time until a sun lay directly ‘above’ him, and when he collided with it, he was thrown into water, though which he fell and landed on something blank. When he took one step, it changed into ravens, which flew away revealing a towertop with his friends imprinted on it.
He stood until he heard a voice. “Trinity...” it whispered, all around him. “You are the Green Piece. You must take up your weapon,” it whispered again, and four odd handswords materialized infront of him. He approached one that seemed to be made of gold and ivory. “You will take the Absolution?” the voice said, and he decided against it. He approached the next one, made of all onyx with a single blue gem in its hilt. “You will take the Oblivion?” the voice asked, and again he didn’t choose.
The final weapon--or weapons--was a duo of key-like blades, one solid black with white wings donning its hilt, and the other, white with black wings. Both had a gem of shimmering violet where the wings conjoined on each. ”You will take the Solemn Memories and the Forgotten Memories?” the voice said once more, and he took the keys into his hands, spinning them talentedly. The water that had once been able to support him suddenly started to strangle him, and he jerked and coughed until he woke up.
