CHAPTER ONE: VX-99999
Rain stood at the control panel, "Commander Faye, are we ready to test the prototype?" Rain asked with seriousness.
"Yes, bring in the mecha." Faye said as he entered the "Prototype" A.G.W.S.
"All systems show no errors, VX-99999 is ready for combat."Now equipping weapons....Dual HGG-AG5 equipped, LW-VX4 now equipped to R.Alt. Battle sequence shall now commence." Raine spoke as she prepared everything for the simulation battle. Faye controlled the Anti Gnosis Weapon System, as he poised it with the gattling guns ready to blast away at the enemy,
"C'mon, I can do this, WE can do this." Faye thought as he studied the status of his prized "weapon" carefully.
"Now sending Proto Dora simulation battle, will now commence, loading target, and strategic moves....." Typing is heard, "simulation..... Begin!" Rain shouted as the field started to come together.
Faye was onboard Proto Merkabah, as a massive Mech-Type enemy materialized from the area. "Analyize!" Faye called as his perfect A.G.W.S. used an Ether and studied his enemy. "Weak against beams are you?" Faye mocked as he readied his LW-VX4 for a spread beam attack. Faye fired a blaze of the Beam attack at the immense machine, only to have it reflected by an Ether shield. Faye grinned as he said, "Open Ether Circuit.... Ether Limit!" Faye shouted as the spread beam weapon powered up for an explosion attack. The energy waves it released were much bigger and packed a big punch as it peirced straight through the shield and cracked holes in it's armor. Proto Dora slammed on of it's might steel claws into the ground, with an attack called "Steel Press." The A.G.W.S. flared out of the way, in a blaze of fiery twirls, dodging the attack by far. "W-ACT." Faye said as both of the triple gattling guns fired in unison. The giant shells bashed against the ground, cracking the floor. "Now it's time to finish this...." Faye said with a grin as the guns were set on ablaze with the Ether Circuit.
"No! Faye, First Division told us not to use the third degree Ether techniques!" Rain shouted as she watched Faye, she put her hand to the glass and looked a little sad, "You could be hurt...." she whispered under her breath.
"Open Ether Circuit! Fa Destruction!" Faye yelled as lasers were blasted out of the gattling guns, the beams were so powerful, they streamed through the mecha, leaving large perfect circles where the blast had peirced. Proto Dora exploded as immence waves of fire bursted from it's imploded body.
Faye jumped out of the "weapon" and put it in a "shut down" mode as he walked into the observing room. "I barley even used a tenth of it's power, where's the report? I'll take it to central command." Faye said with a serious tone.
Rain slowly walked to Faye, checking the report one more time, making sure everything was perfect. "Here you are...." Rain said handing him the disk. Faye walked out of the A.G.W.S. Hanger, and to the elevator. An electronic security voice was heard.
"Please state your name." Faye walked closer. "Requiem Faye, First R&D Divison." Faye said as he waited impatiently. A slot opened to scan his eye. "Access approved, Welcome Commander Requiem." Faye emerged from the elevator and walked to Lieutenant Zaon. "Here is the report of the VX-99999 and it's third degree Ether percentage." Faye said with calm tone.
"You piloted that A.G.W.S.?" Zaon asked.
"Yes, sir." Faye responded.
"That figures why you used the Ether, you were told not to, yet you did it anyway. It better be well over acceptional." Zaon said looking at Faye.
Faye glared at the Lieutenant, "I have been working on that A.G.W.S. for nine years now, it is beyond perfect. I used less that a fraction of it energy on that Ether. It could have destroyed the ship if I wanted it to." Faye said turning his back to Zaon.
"I did not dismiss you." Zaon sneered.
"I dismissed myself." Faye argued with a harsh tone walking away, into the elevator.
"How did it go?" said a figure who had been in the shadows leaning against the wall. "Still on bad terms?"
"Shriek, how do you always come out of nowhere?" Faye said with a smirk, "Yea, we never have gotten along..."
Shriek shook his head, "I see... well the preforming of the VX-99999 is outstanding, but that wasn't much of a battle, the power of that mecha was amazing, but it was slow. You need an opponent that excels in both speed and strength." Shriek said firmly.
"I agree, I want to see my weapon's true power." Faye said as he walked with Shriek back to the A.G.W.S. Hanger.
A loud crash was heard as the two walked together. "What was that?" Faye yelled as Shriek looked at him, then charged off for the A.G.W.S. hanger. Faye looked around as he entered the area, a large hole was in the top, and a large Gnosis, known as a Rainon SE stood with a soldier in it's grasp. The man struggled, as he gasped for breath. Faye's face went very serious, as he gazed at the Gnosis, he held his gun up, "Requiem Chaos." Faye shot a terrific blast of dark energy, a technique, at the Gnosis, as it ripped it to shreds. The ship began to shake, as more Gnosis attacked.
"All soldiers and realian battle employees, report to battle station or report to your assigned A.G.W.S. we are being attacked by the Gnosis." A voice over the loudspeaker called.
Shriek and Rain looking at each other, they didn't have to say it, but they were both thinking the same thing, they had never seen Faye act like this.
Faye looked at Rain, then glanced to Shriek, "Let's go, get ready for battle."
Faye ran for the VX-99999, "No more simulations..." Faye said aloud as he took control of the Ultimate A.G.W.S. The Hanger rattled as the A.G.W.S. was ready to launch. The magnificent A.G.W.S. blazed off in a fury of red flares. The VX-99999 uncolied and spread it's long crimson wings, and took aim at the powerful Gnosis. The powerful blasts of the HGG-AG5's bullets passed through, without any damage. "Hilbert Effect sequence commence, stage one." Faye said as the glass face of the VX-99999 emitted an azure glow. "Final stage, Ultra-Wide Hilbert Effect spread." Faye said as the VX-99999 let loose a massive amount of blue wave, turning all the transparent Gnosis into combat able monsters. Faye readied the HGG-AG5's for an Ether W-ACT attack, as he aimed at a cluster of Gnosis surrounding the central area.
"Hey, don't shoot! You'll kill lieutenant, and most of the crew!" A soldier called from his A.G.W.S. piloting closer to Faye. The LW-VX4 fired an all spread beam attack at the soldier, peircing through his cockpit. Rain's eyes opened widely as she saw what Faye did, she put her hands to the glass.
"C'mon!" Shriek yelled, "We have to get to the escape pods!"
Faye's dual gattling guns charged with a blood red tint. "3... 2... 1..." Faye said before he let loose a massive wave of beams at the fleet ship. Explosions roared throughout the surroundings at the ship was set fire, the ship finally exploded, as bits of the ship were scattered through the 6th Division area. Two escape pods made it before the explosion of the massive ship. Ruins of the once great Vector cruiser littered the surrounding, everywhere you looked, either pieces of the ship or pieces of bodies could be seen. The two escape pods fell to a space foundation, the Kukai Foundation, many kilometers away. Faye piloted the VX-99999 to the Kukai Foundation, and boarded it.
