This is a great fanfic. The world needs more fanfics with Arthas dominating Jaina and Sylvanas. And there need to be more Warcraft fanfics with breast expansion. You combined both. I enjoyed the way Sylvanas was transformed and I look forward to the next chapter. That said, I'd have made the sex scene at the end a bit more detailed.

In regards to Jaina, I think instead of an alternate continuity with Jaina, you should have both of them as his Queens in one timeline. That way you could set them up in a threesome or have them compete for Arthas' affections. You could also add other girls as consorts, like Alexstrasza and Tyrande to provide some variety.
